• Ian (9/5): - Well equipped and nice location with bay view through the trees. Sound-proofing is poor from upstairs flat. Our neighbours walked around in stocking feet but every step was audible. Not a problem for us but could be a problem with less considerate neighbours.

• Xanthe (5/5): Pleasant but frustrating - We liked the location and size of the property. We couldn’t hear the people downstairs too much either so that was good. The view was lovely. The amount of pillows provided on the bed was great! We were disappointed to find a note on the fireplace that said we couldn’t use it until May. We were not advised of this at the time of booking and I chose this accommodation over another one specifically because there was a fireplace in the living room. Although the ad did not state there was a fireplace, it is obvious there was one from a photo - and there was no mention of it not being available during our stay. A few other things to note… - The shower nozzle does not stay facing up - the holder seems loose and so it tilts down easily - The stovetop is extremely slow to heat to an appropriate temperature for cooking - it took over 30 minutes to get a pot of water to as close to boiling as possible and still it wouldn’t fully boil (I had to sterilize bottles for our baby) - The range hood only turns off at the powerpoint - the button doesn’t work

• JIE (10/5): 公寓位置很不错，离酒杯湾蜜月湾沉睡湾都很近，走累了可以早点回去休息，酒店对面的海边也是看夕阳的好地方 - 公寓位置不错，就在海边，过个马路就能看到海，离酒杯湾很近，开车几分钟就到了。公寓有个很大的花园，很漂亮，有很多野兔出没，我们住在一楼，房间里的设施还是蛮全的。 酒店隔音还是有点不那么好，第一晚二楼房间没其他客人，不觉得，第二天有其他客人进来，楼上有人走路什么声音就比较明显
• Joel (8/5): Good rental near beautiful Freycinet national park. - Great location near Freycinet. it is the bottom floor of an older building. we were glad it had the BBQ and simple kitchen making dinner and breakfast prep easy. We enjoyed the beautiful flowers and glimpses of the water and the Hazards while eating breakfast. everything was a bit dated, but we were there for the national park, not the accommodation. the fry pan was pretty beat up but it was adequate to scramble a few eggs.

• Peter (10/5): A room with a view - Die Lage und Aussicht waren fantastisch. Die Grösse war perfekt für 2 Personen. Die Kommunikation mit der Verwaltung war schnell und unkompliziert über Booking - ganz ohne australische Nummer. Grill wurde leider nicht heiss genug - mein BBQ ging in die Hose :-( aber vielleicht lags ja auch an mir. Wenn im oberen Stock auch Bewohner sind bekommt man wirklich alles mit. Das Gebäude ist sehr hellhörig.
• Susan (7/5): Great location - Wonderful location with spectacular views of the Hazards. Easy stroll to the shore, close to the shops and an easy drive to the start of the walks. Walls of the apartment were very thin and some area of the apartment were tired and in need of repair/ renovation, but that did not spoil our trip. Our apartment was upstairs so we had to carry bags up the outside steps… it would be very difficult in howling wind and rain!
• Warwick (7/5): Coles bay - Great location to all attractions and tours. Lovely fire place and enjoyed it on the cold nights. Coles bay was nice and we enjoyed the wine glass bay tour. We initially had no towels, no sheets for the 2nd bed, even though we asked for a 2 bedroom house, and drain from sink leaked every time it was used. Had to collect the sheets ourselves and next day they dropped off the towels. House needs renovating.
• Jillian (10/5): A home away from home 🏡 - It felt like home rather than a hotel. I love all the things that make it homely. The beds very comfortable and the view outside my bedroom window was amazing each morning. Also all those little bunnies hopping around. I loved that the staff had the warm air con on, so warm to walk into . it is a wonderful little spot to stay. Thank you 2nd bathroom needs a shelf to put shampoo etc on.

• Charmaine (9/5): Rest and relax - Nice apartment on level 2. Nice seaview from house. The staff had warmed up the home before we reach. Beautiful home for family with children. All we need for cooking. Heater in bath room. The bed were warm. Didn't even need to cover blanket in cold winter. Many rabbits hopping in the garden. The bathroom water was not hot. By the time the third person shower half way the water became cold. The fourth person needed to wait for sometime. Even the hot water tap water wasn't hot enough. Good thing was that there was a heater in the bathroom.

• Rabirashmi (9/5): Superb - The location and the overall amenities. The level of hygiene was also very high. It would have been good to have the ability to lock the bathroom (and the small toilet) from inside. It does pose some privacy issues.

• Stephen (4/5): Disappointing accommodation although good location - Location, view and good shower Tired, old fashioned, second bedroom dark and cheerless, marks on the walls, main bedroom had no side lights and only one bedside table and was quite small. Whole place needs updating and some tlc. We do not recommend until changes have been made.

• Luam (10/5): Exceptional - This accommodation had everything we needed and the view and grounds were absolutely magnificent. The bed was extremely comfortable. You could tell that a lot of love, care and thought went into this beautiful apartment and the photos were a perfect representation of the space. We would highly recommend this place.
• Geoff (6/5): Lack of privacy and noise levels detracted from an overall good quality property. - Location was excellent. Most of the facilities were very good although a problem with electrics. Stove and washing machine were very old. Three light bulbs were not working, and the fan switch was intermittent and possibly dangerous. There is definitely a need for an electrician to check the whole house. Our main complaint was that the apartment was advertised on booking.com as "the place is all yours" It was not made obvious that it was the bottom half of a house. There was considerable noise from the upstairs from just normal activity. It meant ours and the above tenant's privacy was compromised. We felt like we were on eggshells the whole time.

• Anne (8/5): Cove Beach Apartment 1 - The apartment is set in a lovely garden with a beautiful view of the sea and the Hazards mountain range. It is very light, airy and spacious. The barbecue didn't work and the staff weren't very helpful.
• Rachel (7/5): Good - Location, facilities, space. No soundproofing from upstairs apartment. We could hear every footstep, doors being slid open and shut, people talking. The occupants were not being noisy, they were just going about their normal lives. At times I thought there was someone in our apartment because it sounded as if they were in the room next to me. The upstairs living area is directly above the main bedroom, so as the guests were awake later than we wanted to be, it was impossible to fall asleep. If the owners rectify this issue, it would improve the overall stay immensely.

You can hear every step and the doors to the front being opened, our neighbours moved until after midnight. I don’t think they were trying to be noisy it just needs more insulation

When I booked months ago it said checkin was 3pm, we wanted to unload, change and head for a walk, but no compromise just it was denied. I was in Coles bay it was raining and saw the apartment it was ready so sent another message to say it was raining any chance of getting in earlier please let me know and had no reply., we sat in the car till 3.05 still no code sent, I had to ring to get it, so very disappointed on their flexibility as we checked out at 6am on the Monday morning.

The access road into the property is a nightmare. We were lucky because the weather was fine, I would hate to access the property if it was raining.

• Smith (9/5): It was wxcellent except for mosquito bites while in bed and having other people above us - it was comfortable easy to get in and out had everything we wanted and needed well set up .Easy work to shops and beach nice area to sit and have lunch plenty of cupboard space plus washing machine and soap powder was nice touch . There were no fly screens on a number of windows and those that were fitted didnt fit properly my partner got bitten twice while in bed .Also having other people in unit above you moving around at night is not really the peace and quite we thought would be available in such a beautiful location .Also the driveway at the entrance is not good as you could damage your car driving in as it is so bad
