- Donnie (8/5): A great place to stay for a luxurious experience - The hotel is located conveniently in Ba Dinh area making the old quarter and other parts of the city easy to get to. The staff were very friendly and attentive, making sure to always help us with our luggage and accommodating for my partner's tricky dietary requirements. The rooms are spacious with a good layout and the cleaners did an excellent job every time the room was tidied. Plus the rooms are completely soundproof so I had a very restful night's sleep the whole time. Only one small thing was slightly frustrating; the room did not provide proper shampoo or hair conditioner, only bath foam and shower gel, meaning I had to buy my own for the duration of the stay. I also thought that maybe there could have been more variety in the breakfast buffet for long-stay guests, but these are very minor gripes.

- Bate (7/5): - Bed was really comfortable. Rooms clean. Breakfast buffet was decent. Location of the hotel was in a good location for shopping as two shopping centres close by. Staff are very nice. Listing says a walk-in shower and a bath, but to shower, you have to get in the bathtub, which is a bit awkward to get in and out of. Not suitable for anyone with mobility issues. Looked at the spa and wellness menu for a treatment, but a few items listed are no longer available. Just felt could be noted. There was no room service on the day we arrived and weren't told until the time of placing an order. The only option given was to order from outside the hotel.

- Trip54541200653 (4/5): Grandiose hotel Hanoi review - I was wrong. The location, far from the old city for tourists is not worth it. But we arrived. The staff is not as nice as in all the other hotels we stayed in Vietnam. We entered the room, what an unpleasant smell and how suffocating! Well, let's turn on the air conditioner, I didn't understand if the air conditioner wasn't working or I didn't get along with it. This is not what I expected from a hotel of this level. But the highlight came when we received the invoice for the little laundry we had. I am attaching the items and the invoice. I almost forgot another thing I didn't like, for coffee from a coffee machine at breakfast, you have to pay extra! In short, we will not return to this hotel and I do not recommend it to any tourist.

The pressure of the water is soooo low that the button to switch to shower is always popping back out! The room is soooo small, that there's no place to open my bag.

- Gavinella (7/5): pleasant - we liked the size of the room, the bathroom and the breakfast was decent too. the room had an extremely musty smell which took a while to get used to. room service also stops at 10pm and at 9.50 declined an order which was annoying. we also asked the staff about a night market who confirmed it was a good one to check out. however we spent 1 hour looking for the market only to find out it was no longer running. the TV also had minimal English channels on it. maybe 1 or 2.
- Samuel (10/5): Exceptional - This hotel is in good location and close to city centre. My room is upgraded without fee and it is great with a balcony. It is a wonderful experience there, especially with the people, like Hồng Hạnh, who is so nice and always provide very helpful support to me. Definitely I will choose it again when I am in Ha Noi next time.
- Lucia (9/5): Superb - The room was spacious and comfortable. Hotel staff are very nice and helpful. Breakfast buffet is great. Neighborhood can be a bit noisy from early morning or at night.

- Sumie (5/5): Passable - it was bad smell in the room.it had not hot water,i asked front deskbut they didn't check it.(i waited a repair person but didn't come and i told about that but front desak said just "i told repair person."they didn't do anything.and i can't take a bath(spa)during stay there open hours are very short.
- Edson (10/5): - Great accommodations near everything! Rooms were nice and spacious. The only remark I have is the funky set up for bath tub and showers! You have to climb on a stepping stool to get in!

- Euiyoung (2/5): Do not book here on an important day - Customer beware. This hotel double books their rooms to guarantee their sales and tries to provide other rooms to customer saying it’s an upgrade. I booked a suite room at this hotel 2 weeks ago online. When I arrived at the hotel today, I was offered an upgrade - apparently to a bigger room - but I refused it after taking a look at the new room because it was uglier and did not have a private balcony as I wanted. So I came back down to the lobby to ask for the room I initially booked for, but guess what the room wasn’t available from the beginning because someone else has taken it already. The hotel repeatedly asked me if I could stay in the room they’re offering just for tonight following me outside and stuff but I was so annoyed I couldn’t bear to listen to it. Now it’s almost 7pm I’m looking for a new hotel for myself for tonight. This has totally ruined the first day of my business trip as well as my meetings scheduled for tonight. Probably the worst hotel experience in my 40 years of life.

- Minh (9/5): Just great! Definitely come back! - Very clean, modern facility, great shower and bathtub, comfortable bed. Small breakfast but very delicious. We travel with a baby and staff were very accommodating with early check in and late check out as baby was sleeping. We should book a room with a better view looking out to the street next time. Would be nice if breakfast could last longer so we did not have to rush.

- Nina (10/5): I could not have asked for a better stay and look forward to staying here again! - The staff were incredibly helpful and thoughtful. I missed breakfast one day and they arranged to deliver a plate of fruit to my room. The wifi stopped working another day but they quickly fixed this. The breakfast had a variety of options including a lot of meat/seafood but the staff were very accommodating with arranging other options. The location was perfect, the facilities are clean and there is a beautiful view from the restaurant on the 10th floor. The spa facilities were also wonderful. Overall, I would recommend without hesitation.

- 32bradd (10/5): Wonderful hotel in Hanoi - My son and I stayed here for 4 nights and would stay there again. Rooms are very nice, the breakfast buffet each morning had a ton of options, and the staff throughout the hotel really stood out. The ladies working the breakfast remembered us each morning and were very friendly. And at the front desk, Thu and Hanh were especially friendly and helpful. The only thing to consider with this hotel is its distance from the Old Quarter. It requires a cab to get there which costs about 70-100 dong. Luckily, cabs are easy to find.
