• Cristina (7/5): Ottimo alloggio per famiglie o gruppi di amici! - Struttura molto accogliente , ottima posizione dotata di tutti i servizi. Molto bella la terrazza con barbecue. Peccato aver soggiornato solo una notte ! L’unico difetto riscontrato è stata la pulizia che non era al 100% ottimale soprattutto il pavimento e la lavatrice.
• Bradbury (8/5): - Nice place with a good layout with a fully equipped kitchen and a nice location. The beds are comfortable and the area is quiet. The door code is great for entry too. We had an issue with internet and the TV the last day. It’s a minor inconvenience, but wanted to report it.
• Keith (8/5): Nice comfy spot. - Nice comfy bed, quiet neighborhood. Everything we needed. Would rent here again. 19 minutes from town. Light switch near fridge funky, worn out. Would semi switch on light like dimmer but it’s not a dimmer switch. Dining chandelier missing 2 of 4 bulbs. Fireplace flame so low as to have no mood effect, worthless. A few things need attending to but not much.
• Pavel (10/5): Zatím nejlepší ubytování na cestě po amerických parcích. - Moc pěkné ubytování. Prostorné a plně zařízené. Jeden s řadových domků v malém areálu a bazénem na konci Moabu. Měli jsme tam zůstat o pár dnů déle :)
• Kristin (10/5): Would totally stay here again…and will recommend to anyone planning on staying in Moab. - Loved everything about this facility! Can’t really complain I guess the only complaint would be that most of the 2nd story vanity lights were burned out…I had to put my make up on in the downstairs bathroom.
• Simon (9/5): - A very nice place on the outskirts of Moab in a quiet residential area. The living room, kitchen, and terrace were great, and we especially enjoyed having a BBQ outside. The beds were very comfortable, so we had a very good sleep quality. I can highly recommend this place! Nothing really.

• Lynn (9/5): Beautiful, quite, spacious accommodations. Close to town and parks. - quite location, minutes from town, parking included. Spacious accommodations, clean. Refrigerator made a weird noise and was not super cold. Air conditioning was not adequate for the space.

• Britney (10/5): Had a great time so much we extended our stay here! - in a quiet cul-de-sac in a circle type drive, very little traffic. didnt hear the neighbors, has washer and dryer, along with stove, dishwasher and fridge. We loved it so much we extended our stay. Id stay here again if we ever come back. didnt care for how flat the pillows were, we had to double up. The bushes on the backside by the trail, really need to be trimmed we had to walk off the path to go around them.

• Bethany (9/5): Superb - Excellent location. Clean and comfortable apartment. Pleasantly surprised there was a fan, garage, patio, Netflix, and pool! Could never figure out how to use the pool or the 247 app mentioned in the information papers at the apartment (no instructions for login). Also, the furniture placement was awkward for watching TV.
• Price (10/5): Great place for a great price! - Great rate for the place. Would definitely stay again! Nothing comes to mind...

• Johns (10/5): Great family vacation!! - Wonderful amenities and close proximity to Arches National Park and the town of Moab! Thet had a BBQ grill on the patio so we could have a delicious dinner! And our kids loved the pool! The TV's wouldn't connect to Wi-Fi but they weren't aware of the issue and quickly responded that they would look into it.

• Kori (9/5): We would stay here again if when we come back to Moab. - Location was nice. Loved the place. Pool was nice. We really enjoyed the place. Wish there was a screen in the window that had the queen bed upstairs. It was hot but we didn’t want to open the window at night because we didn’t want bugs in the house. Also wish we could turn down the ac until below 71.
• Eoin (7/5): Good - Well apportioned, comfy beds, lots of space, very quiet. The a/c didn't work fully (switched off before it was cool enough) despite a nice worker (Miguel) trying to fix it when I arrived. It might be that the control console needed to have its settings updated or reset. Also, I received 14 emails and 2 texts from the hosts related to the booking. This is not efficient communication, especially when I received multiple "safety check" emails after completing it successfully on first request. Please improve this.

• Sonia (9/5): Peaceful stay in a great rental townhouse south of Moab - We visited during an extremely busy week. It was great to be staying outside of town. Despite all units on the property being full, it was always quite. Great back patio and views on the golf course and open space. We had an issue with the front door and property management fixed it quickly.
• Lida (8/5): Very good - Time with family all the way too short. Very comfortable for six people. We felt the carpets were dated and dirty and need to be replaced
• Baker (8/5): We enjoyed our stay and would recommend highly. - It was outside the noise of town but not too far. The neighborhood was quiet. The bed in master was very comfortable. The couch and chair need to be replaced. The couch is very uncomfortable. There was a hairdryer in downstairs bath but not one upstairs.
