• Avalon (10/5): Good value for location and comfort. - The location, the owner and staff. Francisco and Joao were the most pleasant and helpful. The apt was comfortable. The steps leading up to the apt is very steep. But, that’s just the design and it couldn’t be helped.

• Younghee (1/5): - 없음 오래된 건물내 복도경사가 엄청가파름 4박예약했는데 타월은 첫날만 주는걸로 끝 타월문의했으나 첫날주는게 끝이라함 세탁기 작동안됨 냉난방기 작동안됨 샤워하면 욕실내 바닥 물이 첨벙첨벙. 미끄러질 위험 상당히 큼 건물내 정전이 되어 마지막1박은 불빛도 없이 식사도 샤워도 짐도 제대로 챙길수가 없었음 정전이 일반적이라 하는데 양초도 비상램프도 없음 항의하나 덜렁 헤드랜턴 하나 갖다줌 보상조치 없음 최악의 숙소임. 위치도 지하철역에 가파르게 900미터 떨어져있음 비추
• Laurence (8/5): Un endroit cosy a lisbonne - L appartement etait bien. Tres cosy. Arret de bus dans la rue, restaurant, petit supermarche, bars dans la rue. Animation pres des bars. L appartement est calme.au 2 eme etage. . La montee d escalier est dure 😉surtout quand on revient le soir et qu on a marcher et monter des cotes toutes la journee. Mais bon ca c est lisbonne. 🙂🙂

• Anne (10/5): - Très bien situé. Épicerie, restaurants, parcs et autobus tout près. Propriétaires vraiment gentils et qui veulent s'assurer du bien-être des résidents. Situé au dernier étage. Escalier très étroit et plusieurs marches à monter.

• Manuel (9/5): Magnífica estancia en Lisboa. - La ubicación era excelente, junto al barrio Alto de Lisboa, pero sin el trasiego de gente. Con sitios cercanos para comer y descansar, y hasta parque para disfrute de los niños. El anfitrión, Joao, una persona amabilísima, más preocupado que nosotros por la llegada, se deshizo en atenciones y nos indicó sitios donde comer y cosas para ver, cómo movernos o dónde aparcar por la zona. Podría decir que el ruido, pero no se escuchó apenas el trasiego de la calle aunque durmiéramos con la ventana abierta.

Wir freuten uns auch, wieder einmal persönlich begrüsst zu werden, ist leider immer seltener. Daher netter Kontakt. Hübsche Einrichtung, bequeme Betten, innerhalb des Hauses sehr ruhig.

• Wilfred (5/5): Our stay was pleasance but we had to use uber to get around due to location. - The facilities for cooking and bathroom were good. The property is really a one bedroom apartment. The second bedroom is location in a loft that is to low for an adult.

Personally as an older lady the steep hill and the steps to apartment were oxygen sapping but we managed

• Konstantinos (3/5): Katastrophe - . Unfortunately, our experience with the accommodation was disappointing. The place had a bad smell, and the neighbors were unfriendly. The owner asked us for extra cash because our check-in was delayed, which was unexpected and unprofessional. Additionally, he did not provide us with any useful information about the city or the area, which made it difficult for us to get oriented. We would not stay here again. The value for money was poor.
• Suzanne (5/5): I would not stay there again. - The flight of stairs up to the unit was quite high, and I had injured knees, so it was quite difficult to climb up with our suitcases and down with them early in the morning for an airport ride. We did not like that there is no one available to assist. The host was receptive by text, but still.

• Alasdair (10/5): Highly recommend this flat!! - The flat is in a lovely area and it's easy to get around other parts of Lisbon from there. There are plenty of bars / restaurants & a supermarket within a 2 minutes walk. We travelled with a 2 and a 4 year old, so we also visited plenty of playgrounds in the area. The flat itself was clean and having 2 double bedrooms in addition to the lounge was great. The stairs leading up to the flat were pretty steep, but this was not a problem for our children (or us!). We would highly recommend it!
• Cristina (1/5): Disgusting, unmannered people, unprofessional, don’t care about customers they are just after your money - The property was absolutely a disaster, not like in the pictures and a very heavy smell of smoke inside , you couldn’t breathe The girl in charge with the apartment Luisa was the most unfriendly, unprofessional and unmannered person I ever met I told her I don’t like the apartment specifically because of the smell in it but she was very rude We were asking the money back or at least some of them because we didn’t stay there not even one night , we end up booking a hotel . Not we didn’t see any euro back but the way we were treated was disgusting. So overall we had the worst experience ever , customer service in booking . com was useless , I will never ever go back again It’s nothing to be liked , the smell in the property, the false advertising , that wasn’t 2 bedrooms apartment because it was one bedroom and another bed on the top of the stairs where to can get into bed you had to crawl The property it’s disgusting I regret I didn’t took pictures to show how is really looking that apartment but I was too upset and busy to look for a decent place to stay

For over $200 per night, we expected a cleaner experience. - It was quiet, the air conditioning worked really well which was key as the temperature went up to about 90deg Fahrenheit while we were there. We still follow a Covid cleanliness/hygiene protocol in our minds so swabbed everything with sanitizing wipes on arrival. A few things were questionable: 1) the host mentioned he was sleeping in the apartment at check in 2) our sani wipes were black and covered in short black hairs after wiping the floor; there were also hairs on a couple of our pillowcases on the bed 3) the bathroom shower had a lot of mold in the shower pan and in the sealant/grout
• Brett (6/5): It could be nice with some work - Overall, a good location, for the most part a comfortable stay. Double pane windows did a good job of blocking out noise. Unfortunately, there were some maintenance issues that keep me from giving this property a better review: - Toilet seat was broken - AC units leaked water on the floor/stairs whenever used, so they were basically unusable. - shower door leaked all over the bathroom floor with every shower. - shower looked like it wasn't cleaned. Moldy and a glob of hair in the drain. - main door at street, the lock was broken.

• Verified traveler (10/5): - Ottimo soggiorno nell’ appartamento di Francisco. Appartamento comodo, pulito, confortevole e ben equipaggiato. Ideale per chi ama uscire la sera tra i locali di Principe Real e Bairro Alto che sono davvero a pochi passi. Davvero un’ottima esperienza.
