• Dirk (8/5): Sehr gute Unterkunft mit freundlicher Gastgeberin - Eine sehr nette Gastgeberin und einfache Abwicklung des Besuchs, das Zimmer sauber und mit allem, was man braucht. Die Lage sehr nahe am Zugang zur Metro und damit alles gut zu erreichen. Das Zimmer lag zur Straße und damit war es wirklich laut, weil auch das Fenster den Lärm nicht sehr effektiv gedämpft hat. Am Wochenende ist Hochbetrieb bis zum Morgengrauen.

• Martina (8/5): Völlig OK! - Die Unterkunft war seh gut angebunden an die Metro. Wirklich klasse! Es war auch alles top saubr. 2 Punkte die man, wenn mn so gut angebunden sein möchte vielleicht in Kauf nehmen muss: Relative viek Verkehrslärm. Nicht wirklich schlimm: Eigenes Bad einmal kurz über den Flur. Etwas laut durch die Piazza Bologna. Aber auch sehr gut angebunden!

• Alena (9/5): Хороший мини-отель - Очень понравилось внимание к тому, что мы приехали в праздник, в номере были приятные тематические новогодние сюрпризы! Чисто, хорошо, есть холодильник, чайник и кофеварка. Теплое одеяло. Достаточно места, чтоб разместить вещи. Большая комната с душем и санузлом. Расположение очень удобное и район хороший, спокойный. Не понравилось, что ночью отключается центральное отопление, но насколько я поняла, это не вина отеля, а такие порядки жилищного устройства.

• ANASTASIA (10/5): Si sente coma a casa - La casa è molto accogliente, pulitissima e tranquilla. Tutto è arredato con il gusto. La signora Elion è molto disponibile e il suo cagnolino Argo è molto carino. La camera, come scritto, è dotata di frigorifero, bollitore elettrico e macchina di caffè a cialde. Al piano terra c'è anche un negozio Conad, quindi volendo è possibile fare colazione in camera oppure in uno dei bar nella piazza sotto casa. La casa si trova in una zona tranquilla, proprio accanto alla stazione metropolitana Bologna. La stazione ferroviaria Tiburtina è a 15 minuti a piedi. Anche la splendida Villa Torlonia è raggiungibile in un quarto d'ora a piedi. Vi consiglio a visitare anche il bellissimo quartiere Coppedè che è un po' più lontano, ma ancora raggiungibile a piedi.

• Viviane (10/5): Conforto em localização perfeita. - Localização sensacional bem na frente do metrô Bologna, e do lado de um supermercado Conad, os arredores aparentavam ser seguros para andar mesmo de noite. Havia alguns restaurantes por perto mas não atrapalhavam o descanso noturno. Sobre o quarto, era muito confortável com frigobar e mesinha com duas cadeiras onde improvisávamos nossos cafés da manhã. Banheiro privativo grande e ventilado (apenas o box era pequeno) com chuveiro que esquentava bem, secador de cabelo disponível e outras amenidades muito bem vindas. Tudo muito limpo e anfitriã Eva muito simpática e gentil. Apenas o box do banheiro era pequeno, mas isso na Europa tende a ser a regra.

• Stefania (10/5): Se cerchi un posto che ti faccia sentire a casa e che ti offra ad un ottimo prezzo qualità, pulizia e supporto lo consig - Ho apprezzato tutto quanto: dall’accoglienza dell’host al posto, la location, il livello di pulizia e il grande supporto per qualsiasi necessità. Ho saputo last minute di dover estendere una notte ed è stata trovata una soluzione velocemente. Mi sono forniti consigli ottimi anche per cena e tutto e’ avvenuto con la massima gentilezza. Mi sono sentita a casa :)

• Filip (10/5): Exceptional - Excellent location, very close to the metro. Host was amazingly kind and helpful, gave us a lot of tips on sights to see and anything we needed.
• Adriana (10/5): Great value for the money, great location with easy access to the main attractions - We really enjoyed our stay. The room is exactly as in the photos. It was clean, had private bathroom and separate set of keys. The host is very friendly and the small dog is a delight! we are a family with 2 small kids and we appreciated all the facilities and small gifts the kids received for Easter. The beds were new and mattresses were very comfortable. It shows great hospitality. The location is perfect, just 50m from the metro station and buss station, with easy access and connections to the main attractions. I highly recommend this apartment! everything was perfect

• Jun (9/5): Clean place for kids and family - Very cozy place and the warm welcome from the Owner. Clean and enough space with capsule coffe machin and many kinds of teas!!! Do not recommend if you are sensitive at noise and music during the weekend. It is not because of the place, but the bars outside. For us, slept right away without any of the noise irritation due to the tiredness.

• Mila (10/5): Would recommend and when planning next trip to Rome no doubt it will be Elion again. - Great location with the closest metro station only 50 meters away, daily cleaning of room, highly professional and very kind personnel, coffee maker, tea and fridge made the stay even more comfortable, rather big and cozy bathroom, nicely decorated warm environment. Not to forget lovely neighbourhood, where you can enjoy your cappuccino while planning your Roma adventure for the day.

When we weren’t in the room the hostess came to clean the room, change de bathroom towels and make the bed sheets. She always brought us new coffee capsules. She was very kind and understanding and even let us leave our baggages after check out so we can visit more of Rome until our flight. Plus, the bars around are great for a good aperitivo. We recommend Blend & The Meeting Place, very good Aperols & friendly staff! Nothing to add, we enjoyed our stay.

• Olegets (4/5): Disappointing - Nice location near a metro station. Good supermarket nearby. I booked this property by a mistake thinking it's a separate apartment because of a high price. In fact it's an apartment owned by a woman living there. Any hostel would be a much better choice for much less money. Having no privacy as in a hostel, here you pay almost as for a separate apartment but get no kitchen, no laundry, no 24 hours help desk, etc. The funny fact is that there is a kitchen in the apartment but you cannot use it. There are also some minor cons like low lights in the room, a mess with power outlets, annoying services. You also need to check out too early. Not a value for money.
