Katherine (10/5): Best Experience! Would love to return! - Had the best experience ever! The hotel staff are the sweetest loveliest ladies. You can rent a motorbike with them with ease, they have a restaurant on the property and they will do your laundry as well if you would like. I got sick one day and they brought us medicine. They are so friendly and sweet it was the best. The room was lovely and right on the waterfront. They have sunbeds and places to sit and relax on the property. It is a very relaxing and chill vibe, perfect for couples. The property is located on the east which is a little quieter, and most things are located on the west. This wasn’t an issue as we rented a motorbike and it was quick to get there, however there isn’t much other transport on the island.

There is no large beach ,but the loungers and little bungalows in the railings invite you to chill out. The staff is extremely helpful and super friendly, so you immediately feel at home.
Dipanwita (9/5): Good location - Excellent location, clean rooms near quite area in east coast. Both hosts are pretty welcoming ladies. Host Mem had arranged barbeque setup for us to make our food. Lizard poops all over the balcony area is a menace that host can take care of.

Ruth (5/5): quiet and nice resort but run-down bungalow - the resort is very nice, it is very quiet with a beautiful sunrise and the staff is very nice, competent and helpful. It stank in the bungalow, the light was poor, it was cramped and you couldn't open the door to the terrace, so we always had to go through the narrow kitchen door and could also let less air into the room. the bathroom is very narrow and you definitely need a motorbike to do some shopping or find restaurants

I would definitely recommend if you’re going to the east coast The taxi to the venue was more expensive than to the west (500bht) as I was the only one travelling east and the shuttles don’t drop east so I had to make my way from the ferry.

Simon_loh (9/5): Very calm and relaxing stay - Friendly host, thanks to her for upgrading us to a deluxe room with no additional cost, as the room we booked was not ready. Clean and spacious bungalow facing the sea, with a separate living room, and a kitchen with a working gas stove. Good WiFi, TV with ample programs, and air-con inside the bedroom, but the living room only has fan. Enjoy sitting at its veranda, but at night there would be many geckos accompanying. Vehicle can be parked anywhere inside the field. Many types of sitting areas outdoor, including some beach chairs, and there's an in-house restaurant. This place is very calm and peaceful. not too many people, not too hot, with many trees around its compound, perfect for sunrise view. A short walk to a nearby Chinese temple in front of a jetty, and a local grocery store. A few more restaurants along the main road. This place is more convenience for those with own vehicles. Big ants inside the bathroom, and its walls need to be better cleaned. You can still walk along the beach mostly with pebbles, not barefooted though, but I could see that the water is not that clean, probably a number of jetties around, and it's facing the mainland in a distance.
