• MOHAMMAD (10/5): اختيار موفق وجميل - الموقع خيالي جدا عباره عن دور ارضي ودور اول وثاني ولا يوجد مصعد مايصلح لكبار السن والاطفال لان الدرج حلزوني تقريبا لكن كل شي ممتاز والغرف كبيره ووسيعه والنظافه ممتازه جدا والخدمه ممتازه وموظفين الاستقبال خدومين جدا وبالاخص شخص تركي اتوقع اسمه فادي بشوووش وخدوم وكذلك السعر حصلت عليه عن طريق بوكنج بسعر مناسب جدا عدم وجود اصنصير فقط

Grande chambre avec coin salon, grand lit, grande sdb et grande douche, le tout pour un prix correct. Frigo, eau minérale offerte chaque jour ainsi que le petit-déjeuner. Le seul reproche concernerait l'offre télévisuelle qui ne comprend que deux chaînes d'informations en langue anglaise mais aucune chaîne de cinéma. Parfois aussi quelques odeurs de fumée de cigarette s'infiltrent jusque dans la chambre.

Petit-déjeuner banal et il a fallu demander du pain et du jus qui manquaient au buffet. Enfin, chambre très mal insonorisée vis à vis de la rue. Les fenêtres sont en double vitrage mais très mal installées : de l'air et du bruit passent parce que l'espace entre le mur et l'huisserie a été très mal bouché !

• ABDULAZIZ (8/5): Everything was good except the noise from windows, but we managed. - Everything good Insulation of the windows, you can hear the noise from the downtown and parking as there is no temporary parking to had-over the car to staff (Valet). However, the staff help me with parking and they are so cooperative.

• Sahar Ali Alouf (10/5): انصح فيه بقوة مكان رائع - موقع مميز جدا طبعا مكان نظيف والموظفين نشيطين وموجودين دائما في الخدمه وسريعين في التجاوب وجود الفندق في هذا الموقع يجعلك لا تنعم بالهدوء،طبعا بسبب الحركة الدائمه امام الفندق الفطور جيد وكل شي كان مريح تقريبا لم يعجبني ان الفندق في مكان صاخب جدا والسرير لا يعتبر مريح جدا ولكنه جيد والثلاجة لم يكن فيها جزء تبريد للثلج مثلا كانت فقط تبريد عادي

Спасибо персоналу, который переселил нас в другой номер, который был на другой стороне отеля и в нем было относительно тихо. Они даже предложили 2 номера поменьше вместо нашего большого номера Шумоизоляция просто ужасная. Сначала жили в номере 216, после 22:00 начала играть музыка в баре внизу. У нас тряслись стены и пол. • sadra (2/5): - I liked the location I found Insects in the room , a few of them at the time of check in, Hotel did nothing to handle the issue even though I informed them directly about the insect issue. Stuff were not nice, even rude ! Even though I asked they only gave one room key card while we were two people staying in the room. Room was cold and the heating system was not working. Bathroom was cold, bathroom floor was cold. Windows were not sound isolated and room was noisy. Hotel has no elevators and we had to carry luggage to the 3rd floor our selves through a narrow way. No parking space available.
