• Tatianag71 (9/5): - Location assolutamente perfetta e strategica per girare in lungo e in largo il centro di Venezia. A due passi dal Ponte di Rialto ma in zona tranquilla di fianco al Teatro Malibran. L'appartamento gode di due affacci, da un lato si può ammirare il canale e dall’altro un tipico campo veneziano. Servizio di pulizia quotidiana, spazi confortevoli. Una bottiglia di prosecco di benvenuto da parte del padrone di casa completa l’ottima accoglienza.

• Christian (9/5): Beim nächsten Besuch mal schauen ob Charming Palace Corte del Teatro wieder frei ist :) - Die Lage ist sehr angenehm, 4 min zur Rialtobrücke, 9 min zum Markusplatz und 20-25 min zum Bahnhof. Wir hatten ein Fenster zu einem ruhigen Plätzchen und ein Fenster zu einem kleinen Kanal. Das Apartement war geräumig, die Schlüsselübergabe unkompliziert, der Gastgeber freundlich, was will man mehr. Wasser und ein Fläschchen Spumante zur Begrüßung fanden wir auch sehr nett. Von außen sieht das Haus "ziemlich übel" aus und im Erdgeschoß riecht man den Kanal ordentlich. Aber das ist Venedig und das Apertment war das genaue Gegenteil vom äußeren Eindruck.

• Gail (8/5): Very happy with our accommodation! - Perfect location. Close to everything, quiet, on a canal. We were on the first floor so we only had to lug our suitcases up one floor. Apartment was very spacious. Bathroom great - hot water! Very clean. Coffee was great. We also got complementary wine and water - sparkling and flat. Maurizio met us at the apartment and showed us everything. We were very happy with the space. The bed in the larger bedroom was not comfortable. It’s essentially a large sponge on a bed frame and after many guests it now sags in the middle. Only one mirror in the entire apartment so if someone was in the bathroom while you’re getting ready, you have to wait for the mirror.

Poi sul retro dava su un canale e di fronte dava sulla piazza del teatro Malibran, centralissimo. La scala per salire al piano superiore è un po' troppo ripida. Per il resto, se proprio volessi trovare un piccolo difetto, c'è stato bisogno di una coperta in più (ma c'erano comunque 4 stufe perfettamente funzionanti: era solo per non tenerle accese più del dovuto), però il proprietario ce l'ha fatta recapitare la mattina successiva.

Inoltre appena arrivati ci ha anche fatto trovare dell’acqua e un prosecco! L’appartamento è veramente bello, le travi in legno sul soffitto lo fanno sembrare ancora più caratteristico. Tutto pulitissimo! Lo consiglierei a chiunque venga a visitare Venezia!

• Rita (9/5): Flott leilighet, med super beliggenhet! - Fantastisk beliggenhet og nydelig leilighet. Utsikt til kanalen og koselig torg. Vi var to venninner på tur, og sov i hver vår seng. Min seng hadde et søkk i midten, slik at det var vanskelig å sove på magen. Det var også ganske kaldt i leiligheten, og ingen ekstra tepper eller dyner. Vi brettet dobbeltdynen i to, og da gikk det greit.

Loved being able to watch the gondolas with our canal view from our window. We appreciated the bottle of champagne on arrival. The apartment was perfect for our group. Maurizio made us feel welcome and check in was a breeze. Not having a lift made it a little difficult but was not a big deal.

• Anastasia (9/5): Prima appartement wat op een goede locatie ligt en zeker voor herhaling vatbaar is. - Locatie, comfortabele bedden en de ruimte. De gastheren zijn enorm charmant. Het appartement biedt alles wat je nodig hebt en is vooral gericht op huurders die erop uit trekken. Het uitzicht op het water is super en ook de aan je voorbij trekkende gondels zijn een cadeautje. Er had beter schoongemaakt kunnen worden in de keuken. B.v. de gaspitten en het gootsteen putje waren niet schoon. Vuilnisbak is veel de klein.

Great restaurants ( >4.5) and cafes literally seconds walk away. Walkable to Rialto and St. Mark Square. Free bottle of champagne was a nice welcome touch. Steep stairs to bedrooms. No lift (our fault as we didn't check). Low ceiling in bedroom - this isn't really a problem as that is the way the house is built!!

Great staff, daily cleaning and free water, coffee and a bottle of fizz! Plenty of room for 2 people and the balcony was just the perfect addition. It was very warm when we stayed and the apartment could get very warm during the night!

The apartment was clean and bedrooms were very spacious and the bathroom big enough for two people to share. The apartment could use a minor touches like cushions for the sofa. We didn't have blankets as the host informed us that they have been taken to laundromat. Fortunately the weather was warm , but this would have been a problem had the weather been cooler.

Además está también muy cerca la empresa que da el servicio de viajes en barco hasta el aeropuerto. El anfitrión (Maurizio) nos resolvió una incidencia a pesar de ser ya muy tarde para llamadas Aunque el apartamento no estaba sucio, la limpieza no podría considerarse perfecta. Además el personal de limpieza entró en el apartamento con su llave...estando nosotros dentro y sin avisar

Das Appartement ist sauber und schön eingerichtet. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich. Wir waren schon mehrmals hier und werden wiederkommen.

• Antonia (8/5): - El apartamento en sí esta muy bien. Pero al llegar la parte de fuera es horrible, parece una casa abandonada, ni una indicación que es un hotel y la fachada y alrededores terrible. La recepción pequeña, oscura y poco cuidada. Al llegar se te cae el alma a los pies… menos mal que al entrar al apartamento la cosa mejora puesto que esta bastante bien. No hubo nadie en recepción en ningún momento todo era a través del mail.

• Ligato (9/5): Lovely host. Nice ,clean and spacious apartment, good location. - Host was lovely, apartment was spacious and clean. Good location .Great for 4 people, the 5th person has to sleep on a sofa bed which is no good if they want a sleep in as the others will wake them when they get up to use kitchen facilities. It was a nice apartment. Nothing to dislike. We were all comfortable. Just for people to be aware that the sofa bed is right near kitchen area so maybe put the person that wakes up the earliest on the sofa bed.

• Richard (8/5): - Excellent location for a stay in the tourist area of Venice with easy access to all the tourist locations within a few minutes walking. Outside of property looks a little rustic which was a bit concerning initially. We misunderstood the need to ring the bell and wait for somebody to provide the key and take the tourist taxi in cash, but after that it was a perfect location for a family of 4.

• Carrie (10/5): - Wonderful accommodations! Though close to the very busy Rialto Bridge area, it’s in a calm quiet little square, with a lovely restaurant. The apartment is clean, comfortable and well stocked. The beds and bathroom are all very comfortable, the owner is absolutely lovely and it has a small deck (not big enough for chairs but big enough to stand on) over a canal where you can watch the boats go by.

• Julio (8/5): - However, we did encounter a disappointing interaction at checkout. I called the host for clarification regarding a note in the apartment asking to leave 20 euros in an envelope for the city tax (there was no envelope provided). I had already left the money on the kitchen counter and was literally standing by the door ready to leave. I wasn’t trying to argue—just confirm the process—but was met with an unnecessarily aggressive response, including a threat to call the police if I didn’t leave immediately. While the stay overall was good, the tone of that final call left us with a negative impression. A little more courtesy would have gone a long way.

• Maria (7/5): Central location, good view, overall pleasant experience. - Good central location, large rooms and helpful staff. Clean, overall good value. The smell from the canal was unpleasant but nothing that the hotel could do about that. Luckily the rooms were okay. The stair case and basement area did not smell good.
