Cindy (6/5): Clean but not friendly staff at front desk. - Clean rooms and facilities. Front desk staff not friendly at all. She wasn’t friendly when I checked in. Neither key worked on both outside doors. Had to drive back to the entrance and go back in. When I told her neither key worked she just took them from my hand and ran them again. She just handed them back to me without saying one word!

Cynthia (5/5): Choose a different location or at least a different type of room. - the front desk staff was terrific and tried to be very helpful. The housekeeping staff was not. The hotel was quiet. We reserved two king suites with sleeper sofas. There were not any bed linens or pillows for the sofa sleeper in either room and the mattresses were so thin and old, no one could ever sleep comfortably on them. One worse than the other. Asked to change to a different room, was told none available and they would send the housekeeper to the room to talk to us about changing the mattress. She never showed up. Asked for bed sheets and pillows, no one brought them. Finally chased the house keeper down and followed her to get the sheets and pillows. She gave me one sheet and when I asked for additional sheets and a blanket for two beds, she seemed very put out and when I asked for pillows, she piled 4 of them on me then I had to ask for pillow cases. I thought she would know what it took to make up a bed. Never offered to help carry the items to the room or to make up the beds. The mattresses were so bad we finally drug one to the other room and put them on top of each other just to be able to sleep there. Both couches had stains on them and looked bad. The breakfast was nothing to brag about and did not open until 7 and ended at 9. One elevator was out of order, the toilet in one room leaked when it was flushed, reported but not fixed. Trah cans were so small, they would not hold 1/4 of the trash we had from one take out meal. Never did find the ice machine I have stayed in Comfort Suites several times and this property was not up to my standards at all.
Miranda (1/5): Disgusting roach infested room. Staff didn’t care. - Thought the room was fine until I woke up the next morning and saw roaches on the wall and by my bags. I had to spend the rest of my morning standing in the parking lot and having to go through each and every single item in order to make sure I was not going to bring a roach back home and infest my house with them. When I told the front desk staff, they were uncaring and flippant. They told me they would “send someone to check it out” and did not offer any further help beyond that. I managed to take a photo of one of the roaches on the wall before running out of the room. I’m absolutely disgusted. When I book a hotel, I expect it to be bug free. I don’t even want to know what the kitchen is like if we found roaches in the bedroom. Dirty. Customer service line was absolutely useless and “would look into it”. I want my money back. I couldn’t even relax when I get home because I had to keep checking all my luggage to make sure none of the roaches managed to hitch a ride home.

Becky Montelongo (6/5): - The size of the room was nice and comfortable. The bed was too hard and the pillows suck. And as far as location, yes, you're close to Six flags and the stadiums. But the hotel is back off the highway and surrounded by businesses barely any restaurants. Didn't like that.

Melissa (10/5): Preis-Leistung war top! - Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hat uns sogar für eine privates Anliegen so super geholfen. Wir möchten uns nochmals bei Frau Alanna bedanken!!! Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und auch schön groß (2 Erwachsene und 2 kleine Kinder), Frühstück war gut, die Waffeln sind sehr zu empfehlen. Es war auch sehr ruhig, so konnte man super schlafen (Ruhe ist uns sehr wichtig). Die Lage war auch klasse, wir waren auf einem Festival und hatten nur einen kurzen Weg. Die Stühle im Frühstücksraum müssten neu bezogen werden und der Kühlschrank im Zimmer hat komische Geräusche gemacht.

We will absolutely be returning Kind of expensive, and the 100$ refundable deposit is a little rough- I don’t love that because other people don’t know how to treat a public space I’m out 100$ for the 5 days it takes to refund, but that isn’t the hotels fault

Blaze (9/5): - Everything was pretty spot on. Clean room, quiet area, comfortable bed. Only two things could have been a little better. The shower curtain rod was installed high so the shower curtain barely touched the inside of the tub causing water to run onto the floor. No big deal, just move the towel around on the floor. Also, for some odd reason, the remote control would not turn off the television. All other functions worked, just not the off function. Besides those two small details, everything else was great. Even the other guests were very friendly.

Sable (1/5): Worst hotel experience ever. - Nothing at all. Not like the pictures online. The price I payed was way too high for my stay. I booked two rooms. The personal room I had for myself I tried to extended the stay and the front desk workers refused to help me. Then, I had to pay an incident fee of $50.00 for both rooms, I was told I would receive a refund and I still haven’t recieved one. No one gave me my receipts and everytime I call to check in the refund no one answers the phone. The bed in both of my hotel rooms had stains on there, the sheets weren’t washed properly. They didn’t clean the rooms or hallways. Each elevator had a weird smell. Wouldn’t recommended this hotel for stay.
