- Alexandra (8/5): Would stay again for convenience. - Close to great distilleries and restaurants. Museum was close to hotel and it was easy for driver to pick us up for bourbon trail. Late nite snacks right at food court ,didnt need to leave hotel. Lounge area was nice and the bartender was great. First impression was not a good one. The Asian girl behind the desk was annoyed to take care of us on Wednesday afternoon check in. Had to ask her a million questions to learn about hotel {isn’t that her job}.

From the moment we checked in with an upgraded room, to a small gift bag with a personal anniversary card and a box of chocolates. THANK YOU SO MUCH! Our 1st time there and the experience was AMAZING! Everything was beautiful and we loved the rooftop pool and hot tub! Our room was beautiful. Had a nice view of downtown. Only thing I didnt like was no parking. You either had to do valet(which we did. You pay 1 flat fee per day and can come and go as you please), find parking on street, or use the public parking garage(i dont think it had a flat fee for daily). The valet service was amazing as well. We've never done this before and felt helpless because we are so used to getting our bags out of car ourselves and taking our bags to our room. Which they did all of that. So it was well worth the money!
- X1402UWsamc (10/5): Amazing Experience at Omni Louisville - My wife and I visited the Omni Louisville for her birthday. We could not have had a more pleasant experience. Saiko and her team were so accommodating. They were helpful with coordinating the reservations, providing restaurant recommendations, and even let a gift in our upgraded room. Everything was top notch and our only regret was that we did not end up checking out the speakeasy Pin and Proof. We will be recommending the Omni Louisville to all of our friends and will definitely stay there again.

The rooms were very clean and the beds were very comfortable. Loved the shower as well. Valet parking was great too! Honestly I loved everything about this hotel.

Once seated it was 45 minutes to get our breakfast brought to the table . The store had no cashier, had to use the coffee line took forever
- brandonhP6872JY (10/5): I wouldn’t go anywhere else if possible - Everyone that works here from top to bottom was absolutely professional, and the most polite I’ve ever met at a hotel. If we could have almost all of our conventions here I would definitely do it. The location is perfect. You are right near almost everything, restaurants bars, historical places, distilleries and a block away from 4th street live. You’re within walking distance or 5-6 minute drive to everything you could possibly think of. There are many others hotels in this area but the staff and experience here top them all!

Staff was friendly. The rooftop was the best. Very comfortable. The ac in the room wasnt working right. I did tell the front desk, and they offered to have someone look at it but it was late so I asked for a fan. The front desk guy said he was giving us a better view...it was the top of a parking garage. The room wasnt worth almost 300 bucks. There wasnt anything special to it.

The rooftop pool was a highlight for our kids and offered beautiful city views, while Falls Market had great food and beverage options, including bourbon tastings. The event space was beautiful and the food was good. But the bartender at the Neighborhood Restaurant & Bar was awesome. I wish I could remember her name, but she was a highlight to our trip!!!

If you are someone who needs to put on makeup I'd think twice or request additional lamps. The bathroom light option was terrible. I love dark and moody but I hotel room needs to have options.

The food was a highlight every meal was a masterpiece, from the exquisite breakfast spread to the elegant evening dining. And the service was top-notch fast, personalized, and really made me feel at home couldn’t have asked for more!

For my situation, instruction/guidance on self parking would have been better. The valet parking WAS convenient, but I would have preferred to leave my car parked where it was, take my luggage to the car while I attended my daughters event. I explained this but the options I was giving didn't fit my needs very well. I had to have the car brought around to me, then go re-park it myself and pay parking again.

- Cydney (9/5): Thoughtful and attentive staff - It was beautiful. The staff decorated the room for my fiancé’s birthday. They also curated a gift bag for him and a charcuterie plate for us to enjoy. The mattress and pillows were too soft for my liking so I didn’t really sleep much.

The staff was rude, unprofessional - our door key didn't work with our daughter trapped in the room. The staff blamed us. Security never came. The phone in the room didn't work either. It was unsafe.
