• Manu (8/5): Todella hyvä - Olen aikonut jo muutaman kerran yöpyä kykseisessä hotellissa, mutta jostain syystä se on aina jäänyt väliin. Ylensä siihen on vaikuttanut hinta, joka tällä kertaa oli inhimillinen, ja siksi varasin sen. Otin paremman huoneen, jossa oli tilaa ja jopa kaksi parveketta, joita kuitenkaan ei virallisesti saanut käyttää... Kokemus oli oikein miellyttävä. Hotellli on aivan kaupungin ytimessä hyvien kulkuyhteyksien ja palvelujen äärellä. Huone oli siisti ja palvelu ystävällistä. Rahoille sai täyden vastineen.
• Verified traveler (6/5): Хотелось бы лучше - + Центр города - Еду на обед и ужин нужно заказывать до 12 (а это важно во время ограничений). Трудно отрегулировать горячую и холодную воду. Номер очень небольшой. Есть балкон со столом и стульями в некоторых номерах, но туда нельзя выходить согласно правил гостиницы. На завтраке нет яичницы, выбор небольшой.

• ELENA (10/5): - Отель понравился. Очень удобно расположен, прямо в самом центре города, рядом со всеми основными достопримечательности. До большинства можно дойти пешком. Порадовали завтраки и бесплатный чай в течении дня, который можно выпить в ресторане с прекрасным видом на город. Отель расположен на 3 и 4 этажах. Понравилось, что отель не огромный, а камерный и очень уютный. Порадовало что есть лифт, потому что во многих исторических домах в центре лифт отсутствует. Если окна выходят на город будьте готовы к тому, что до 22-23 часов под вашими окнами будет звучать живая музыка. В моем номере, даже с закрытыми окнами её было слышно, а вот в ресторане было тихо, несмотря на то, что окна тоже выходят на Невский. В номере есть кондиционер, но только шумноватый. Не знаю насколько здесь будет комфортно летом, но в межсезонье, когда можно не открывать окна, в отеле достаточно комфортно. В остальном, впечатления очень хорошие, всем рекомендую.
• Anastasia (10/5): Замечательный отель - Проживали в отеле в августе 2021 года продолжительностью 3 дня. При том, что окно номера выходило на проспект Невского (шикарный вид вечером на проспект), шума с улицы не было. Чистый уютный номер, удобные матрасы, небольшой холодильник без морозильной камеры, 2 стакана, из банных принадлежностей - тапочки, шампунь и гель для душа. В номере нет чайника (он и не нужен). Отдельное спасибо отелю за вкусные разнообразные завтраки, каши, выпечку, кофе. На каждом этаже стоит кулер для воды, в ресторане крекеры для перекуса круглосуточно (можно вечером попить чай). Очень приветливый персонал отеля, все подскажут, расскажут. Вход в отель по звонку у двери, открывали всегда сразу (как ночью не знаю), поэтому затруднений не составляло. Все достопримечательности в центре в шаговой доступности, удачное расположение отеля от торгового центра (мин 25 пешком), площади (мин 20 пешком). Напротив через дорогу станция метро, автобусная остановка. По итогам поездки в данный отель сложились только хорошие впечатления, рекомендуем.

Из минусов: устаревший дизайн номеров (нужны более современные решения) и явно завышенная цена (отель уровня 3* не должен стоить ~100$)

• Anna (10/5): Сапфировый Питер - Удачно расположен - напротив Гостиного двора. Фасад здания на ремонте, но внутри всё отлично. Можно оставить на хранение багаж. Прекрасные сытные завтраки. Кулеры с хол/гор водой на этажах и доступ к чаю с печеньем в ресторане 24 часа. В номере холодильник, кнопочный сейф и кондиционер. Уборка каждый день, замена полотенец. Выдают мыло, по одному саше геля для душа и шампуня - эконом вариант; мылятся плохо, на длинные волосы лучше взять свои средства. Роскошь интерьеров, конечно, китайская, но смотрится неплохо. Главное, чисто. Слышимость через стенку присутствует, но с улицы ничего не слышно. Окно во внутренний двор. Если в отремонтированном виде стоимость не изменится, с удовольствием бы ещё здесь остановилась!
• Natalya (10/5): хороший отель в центре Петербурга - Хороший отель, удобная планировка и просторные номера, комплектация номера- отлично. Кулеры на этаже и чай/ кофе круглосуточно в ресторане отеля. Завтрак очень хороший! Еще в качестве бонуса нам добавили ланч и поздний выезд, спасибо, всем воспользовались. Даже в стандартном номере ванна, это плюс, после долгих пеших прогулок попарить усталые ножки! Расположение очень удобное- угол Садовой и Невского! Во время пребывания стояли леса снаружи, но работ никаких не видели, это не помешало. В общем, отличный вариант!
• Verified traveler (10/5): - The rooms are small but enough for a comfortable stay. The decor was modern and the facility was extremely clean. The staff was very helpful whenever needed. The only issue with this hotel is if you have limited mobility the only way to access the elevator is up one flight of about 15 stairs. Wasn't a concern for me but may be for a handicap guest.

• Marianna (8/5): Suosittelen - Mahtava sijainti, Gostinyj Dvoria vastapäätä. Silti huone oli hiljainen. Erittäin siisti, vaikka 1hh oli tosi pieni 14 m2. Sänky leveä ja sopivan kova. Aamiainen oikein hyvä. Joustava varaus ja maksu. Menen uudelleen ehdottomasti.
• Dmitry (8/5): Would consider this place again for my next trip - Stayed there for 3 nights in August 2019. Hotel is clean, service is excellent, and location is perfect. Our room was big, clean with a small fridge and a safe. Contemporary appliances. If your room windows face Nevsky prospect, if could be somewhat noisy at times though it was not a big deal. Breakfast is decent for the price.

• Bee Bee (6/5): - We were first given a room that has the unbearable strong stench of a 'urine stained' toilet (felt like I was sleeping in a toilet for the first night).Thankfully, after one night (booked for six nights) they allowed a change to a definitely cleaner but much smaller room then we have paid for. The curtain does not have blackout, therefore wakened by bright sunlight every morning, early 4am sunrise. Breakfast: minimal quality & quantity, bread usually dry (not fresh) & not even replenished when finished; meeting minimal standards for quality (only on our last day, it improved with quality & quantity). Only one staff is responsible for everything, explained why he served with a perpetual unwelcoming stoic face (maybe typical Russian persona). Hotel guests must sign an open statement for charges if one should break/damage anything (quite a long list) in the room, ranging from a glass for 150 roubles to toilet seat (!!!) for 1500 rouble (even toilet is listed)...never in my travel, have I encountered such a compensation list from the hotel. Guest must also pay 200 roubles for registration as a guest. My credit card statement has not arrived, wonder what else would be charged??? Counter service staff speaks good English and is helpful, though being more smiley & hospitable in persona will be appreciated in service industry.

• Annette (4/5): uncomfortable stay - the hotel location was great. the bed was HORRIBLLY hard and uncomfortable, little to no sleep for the 10 days I was there. I had to request several comforters to place on the bed to lay on so that we could sleep. the room temperature was hot and we could not figure out how to use the remote to change it and no one was able to help us. the language on the TV was not able to changed to English. During the night, you could hear what sounded like chairs being pulled across a floor, it was loud and disturbing. we left the TV on to drown out the noise but that didn't help much. The staff who serviced the room seemed nice enough only because of the language barrier we didn't get much service, we had to point/show them when we needed towels or toilet paper. Room service food was pretty good- salty but good. the room was pretty inexpensive, so I guess you get what you paid for. I would have rather paid more and had a more comfortable stay. It is difficult to stay in a country where you do not speak the language and are not able to communicate with many of the people. Some of the desk staff who spoke some English were great but it was difficult to order room service or items you may need in your room.
• Bob (10/5): - Brilliant location on Nevsky Prospekt. Large room and well appointed. Clean and well organised. Breakfast a bit chaotic and the quality could be better. We thought the room would be too noisy for us but in fact we slept well as the windows are well insulated.

Just 10 minute walk down to the church of spilled blood and the Hermitage. Nice dining room and breakfast. Room good. Would recommend it to friends as being very convenient for sight seeing and shopping.

• Verified traveler (8/5): Great location and some getting used to - I liked staying in this hotel and I would stay there again, but it might not be for everyone. The location is great, right over the entrance to the Gostinyi dvor subway station, with Gostinyi Dvor itself and Russian national Library across the street. And of course, many popular sites are just within walking distance anyway. I asked for a room with the view on Nevsky prospekt and I got it, which made me very happy, but... Nevsky prospekt is very loud. And the air conditioning was making the air somewhat hot to my liking with no way to control it, except to open the window. If you open the window, the air gets in, but so does all the noise from Nevsky. The housekeeping is very basic. You get only two towels, very small roll of toilet paper and very small piece of soap, so come prepared. Also, it would be important for many to know that elevator starts only on the first floor, and you will have to take your luggage there up the stairs from the ground floor yourself. I would also appreciate having a deadbolt on my door. But all this was worth it for me. I got the perfect location in the middle of a magnificent city. And it came with a good breakfast in a nice breakfast room with a view to Nevsky. Also, tea, coffee and cookies are available there all day long. And the staff are very nice. And the price, of course. So, if you don't need Ritz and have good legs to walk up the stairs, this is a great place to stay in Saint-Petersburg.
• Eugenia (10/5): New hotel with great location. - This is a new hotel in the heart of Saint Petersburg. Excellent location - very close to subway and the main attractions. An excellent breakfast for three star hotel. Their staff is very young and friendly. We really enjoyed our stay.
