• Isolde (3/5): Großer Irrtum - Das Personal war sehr feundlich. Die Beschreibung war sehr schlecht. Wir wußten nicht, dass das Hotel im Transitbereich des Flughafens liegt und man durch die Passkontrolle muss, um es zu erreichen. Das Doppelbett war direkt an der Wand, d.h. der Hintenliegende mußte immer über den vorne Liegenden steigen. Der Preis ist u.E. für diese kleine Fensterläden Zelle nicht gerechtfertigt.

• Lea (9/5): Very convenient stay - Convenient for a flight transfer and spend a comfortable night. Very quiet. Staff very nice and helpful. Body wash, shampoo and lotion were available in the room. There is filtered cold and hot water available at the reception and some tea bags, it was very welcoming! I chose the room without window so obviously it felt a bit tiny when I woke up in the morning. otherwise, I would mention the price that was a bit expensive for the small room. But this is if I try to find what I did not like.
• Ramona (8/5): Excellent solution for a long lay over between connecting flights. - It was perfectly located in the transit area so I did not have to exit the airport or go through the controls again in the morning when I went to board my connecting flight. The room was comfortable, had a window and was sound proof although it was next to the runway. I had my own shower facilities, toilet and washbasin, as well as power sockets (including USB socket) and a small desk/ work area with a chair and a directional desk lamp. I had to be there before 20:00 to be able to check in and my flight arrived at B gate shortly after 19:00 but the transfer to gate Z took 30 minutes.

• Elke (9/5): Super für frühen Flug - Vorab: Aufgrund des Streiks konnte ich das Hotel nicht ganz nutzen, wie geplant, aber das Personal hat die Situation super gehändelt! Die Lage ist genial, insbesondere für einen frühen Flug. Das Personal im Flughafen ist mittlerweile informiert und bei kleinen Abweichungen sehr hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war sauber, das Bett bequem, das Internet funktionstüchtig, es gab einen kostenlosen Wasserspender mit und ohne Sprudel, aber auch für heißes Wasser geeignet, funktionierendes Badezimmer und in meinem Fall Aussicht übers Rollfeld. Aufgrund des Lufthansastreiks wurde ich auf eine andere Fluglinie umgebucht, konnte also nicht wie geplant meinen großen Koffer am Abend vorher abgeben. Ich hatte das Hotel extra bis zu meinem geplanten Abflug gebucht und musste nun streikbedingt wieder aus dem gesicherten Bereich raus, den Koffer aus der Gepäckaufbewahrung holen und einchecken. Nach diesem Akt bin ich kurz zurück ins Hotel, wo der nette Rezeptionist meinte, ich hätte ja eigentlich gut 2 Stunden länger gebucht als ich das Zimmer hätte nutzen können, es sei noch nicht gereinigt worden und durch minimales Ändern der Reihenfolge der Reinigung der Zimmer würde es auch nicht stören, wenn ich das Zimmer noch die zwei Stunden bis zum neuen Abflug haben würde. Ich bin dankbar für die Flexibilität, die an diesem Tag möglich war.
• Andrés (9/5): Comfortable, clean, supported by competent and helpful staff. - A transit hotel means tiny rooms in which space is maximized to the milimeter for guests who spend only a night with a cabin-size piece of lugagge with them. The room was very comfortable and exceptionally clean, and the staff was very helpful in giving instructions and advice on how to circulate among the terminals to make it on time for boarding.

The amenities were appropriate, the bed was comfortable, the shower was hot. It was a little hard to find coming into the terminal late at night.

• Regina (8/5): Guter Stop für Auslandsflüge - Gutes Zimmer für eine Übernachtung mit Fkug am nächsten Tag. Es gibt auch Zimmer ohne Fenster, dies hätte ich angeblich gebucht aber mir wurde sofort eins mit Fenster gegeben. Dieses kann man leider nicht öffnen aber man hat Blick direkt auf die Landebahn! Nichts auszusetzen

• Susan (9/5): Every international airport needs a MY CLOUD Transit Hotel! - It was convenient and comfortable - with just about everything I needed. Plus I loved the morning coffee - and the vending machine. And it was actually located right by my departure gate! I'd chosen a later flight from Alicante that didn't connect with my transatlantic flight (that departed the next morning at 10:45 am). So I arrived at around 9pm. It was the ideal alternative. Plus - I wanted a hotel in the airport. I didn't want to take a taxi or airport shuttle. The service was friendly. The accommodation was clean and new!

Sicherheitscheck bereits erfolgt sind, am Morgen muss nur noch eine Passkontrolle durchlaufen werden, bevor man direkt zum Gate geht. Es gibt an der Rezeption Snacks zu kaufen. Kaffee, Tee u. Wasser kostenlos. kein Restaurant, weswegen vor dem Hotel-Check-In im Sicherheitsbereich des Flughafens gegessen werden muss od. man wieder alle Sicherheits- u. Passkontrollen durchlaufen muss
• David (8/5): I'd use it again, competitive price but I wouldn't want to be in a hurry or late for 10 pm curfew - I wasn't offered breakfast nor was it mentioned to me when I vacated the room on time just before 08.00 that breakfast was available. I saw a coffee machine beside the lobby; that's all. Location is OK, bit of a long slog to get to gate Z 25 & minor hassle convincing the checker at border security that I had a booking. In the end he was OK with what I showed on my phone. No complaint about the room, clean, quiet and everything worked as it should. Poor/little or no signage from the central lobby to guide one down the long corridor to Z 25.
