The ambiance was excellent and the food was delicious. The room itself has low ceiling beams so it was easy to hit your head if you were not super careful. Also the TV was hung at an odd angle that stuck out of the corner of the room and was another potential hazard. Additionally, the shower doors were broken did not stay on their sliding track. The shower handle had a leak so that water sprayed everywhere.

Location in Rolle city center The rooms were quite warm in May, and actually it was difficult to sleep with windows open due to the street noise. The breakfast selection was very limited.

Everything was clean and well presented. View of the lake was amazing. Food in the hotel or plenty to choose down the street. Staff were very accommodating, helpful and friendly. Loved every minute! Nothing, it was lovely!

• Un suisse (8/5): Bien situé et personnel très sympathique - Le personnel est extrêmement sympathique. L'hôtel est très bien situé proche du lac et les chambres sont très confortables. Lors du rush au petit-déjeuner, quand il y a beaucoup de monde, il arrive parfois qu'il manque tout en même temps : eau chaude, pain, café, etc.

Gérante très désagréable et qui a voulu nous faire payer un supplément pour le chien, compris dans l’offre de prix, et surtout parce que nous étions deux alors même que nous avions réservé pour deux !!! Supplément aussi pour stationner dans la rue devant l’hôtel… La chambre donnait par ailleurs sur la sortie des hottes de la cuisine d’où du bruit et surtout des odeurs désagréables. Articles de toilette limités à un distributeur de savon liquide. Pas de mouchoirs en papier dans la boite prévue

• Adrian (9/5): Très agréable, nous y retournerons sans hésitation. - L'accessibilité à l'hotel et parking disponible à proximité de l'hotel. le personnel est aux petits soins avec ses clients. Nous étions des humains avant d'être des clients! Rien à redire, hormis que nous avions spécifié sur booking que nous voulions réserver une place de stationnement et que nous venions avec un chien, mais il semblerait que l'information ne soit pas passée entre booking et l'établissement. Heureusement, que des parkings étaient disponible autour de l'hotel. Ce n'est pas la première fois que cette transmission de communication ne fonctionne pas, mauvais point pour booking.

Mucho calor y un ventilador súper ruidoso. El desayuno y el espacio donde se sirve me recordaban más bien a un albergue que a un hotel
