Maria (10/5): El mejor lugar de Córdoba - Principalmente la atención desde el momento en el que llegas es impoluta tienen tu tarjeta tus datos si llegas como yo antes de la hora disponen de checking anticipado por un pequeño coste. La zona del circuito del Spa es increíble. Todo está muy limpio. Las personas son muy serviciales. El momento en el que yo quería usar el gimnasio estaba disponible para mí. La comida es 10 de 10 tienen varias actividades dentro del lugar. En fin, un 10 la verdad es que me parece poco para lo mucho que me dieron durante esta estancia tres días y sin duda volveré Absolutamente nada, todo me ha gustado

AYELEN (6/5): - Las habitaciones están muy bien , y el tamaño de hotel hace que sea cómodo ! En nuestro caso tuvimos la mala de suerte de no poder descansar por la cantidad de ruidos que venían del piso de arriba, realmente parecía un mudanza . Y a la hora del teatro se escucha todo, así que básicamente no podes descansar hasta después de la una de la mañana. Y el café del desayuno es el más aguado y transparente que probé

Hotel viejo, gastado en todo sentido... ruidoso no solo por diseño sino que ni siquiera tienen el tino de evitar los ruidos a partir de las 7 de la mañana siendo un sabado !

Quizás al momento de pedir la comida, era un poco lento o se olvidaban de los pedidos. Solo al estar en el sector de la terraza. Luego del servicio a habitacion. Impecable.

Made (5/5): Agradable - El gimnasio muy básico y sucio el piso, pileta excelente estado pero poca atención del personal del bar, falta ambientación musical en el sector, desayuno aceptable, falta una tostadora ya que ofrecen las tostadas frías. En cuanto a variedad es muy bueno. La falta de atención del personal del bar en la pileta, deberían poner un teléfono en la barra para realizar los pedidos, si es q no tienen una persona destinada para el sector.

Algunas cosas deberían revisar , tenían un pollo pero el estado era lamentable, la sala de juegos de chicos también le faltaba mantenimiento!, en la habitación el aire ,la heladera y el Internet era bastante deficiente en su funcionamiento! No había pava electrica , y quizas faltaría alguan gentileza en la habitación!

tete78mil (7/5): Buena opción para hospedarse en Villa Carlos Paz. - Las dimensiones del hotel, con un gran spa. Las instalaciones modernas. La vista desde la terraza con pileta. Las distintas actividades para niños e incluso adultos. La comida en el comedor podría ser mejor, y durante el desayuno se genera bastante caos ocasionado por la cantidad de gente. Los TV son muy pequeños.
Juan Pablo (7/5): A destacar la atencion del personal! - El desayuno estuvo genial. Variado. No me gusto que no tenga disponible la piscina climatizada para todos los huéspedes en forma gratuita solo abonando. Ademas no esta bien organizado ya que te brindan una hora gratuita del uso de las instalaciones como el hidromasaje, piscina climatizada y saunas pero estaba abarrotado de gente ya que nadie respetaba el horario por ese motivo terminamos yéndonos, parecía una lobera. Por lo que abonas el servicio es malo. Otro motivo es que todo te queda lejos, las cocheras pagas tenes que abrir y cerrar un portón en forma manual el propio huésped, por el valor debería haber alguien que lo haga. La piscina con poca sombra. No cumple con la categoría 4 estrellas.

Daniel Reinaldo (6/5): Regular - Nada era un caos, para el spa habia que reservar, demasiada gente para cualquier servicio que quieras utilizar. Desayuno, comedor, piscina, juegos... etc. Habia un evento por tal motivo estaba desbordado. Si hubiese estado al tanto de este evento NO lo contrato.-la limpieza . Llegamos la habitacion no estaba lista, nos la dieron despues de 1 hs y media mas tarde. Nos cambiaron de habitacion ( que no se si es la que habiamos contratado), y cuando ingresamos estaba sucia (pelos en la ducha, manies en la ventana, papeles tirados en la habitacion ademas de los pisos mojados porque no se habian terminado de secar). Contrate una triple solo habia toallas para 2, y en la ducha las botellas de shampoo y crema de enjuague estaban vacias.-

ZEM12 (7/5): - la pileta cubierta estaba bien pero no te daban batas para estar y las toallas eran medio pelo, . Para acceder al spa habia que pasar por la pileta descubierta en pleno invierno. Deberian re ver ese acceso. Todos los empleados del spa. eran buenisimos como en todo el hotel, el gym era muy chico y el desayuno estaba bien y los mozos eran todos muy buenos en su trabajo y con una simpatia que era la fortaleza del hotel nos tuvieron que cambiar de habitacionn porque la de la plata baja tenia algo de humedad, luego en el segundo piso estuvo todo bien. muy buena predisposicion de los chicos del front desk lo resolvieron muy bien y rapido.
