• Gianluca (10/5): Eccellente! - Ho avuto il piacere di soggiornare in questo B&B e l’esperienza è stata davvero eccellente. La struttura è accogliente, curata nei minimi dettagli e impeccabilmente pulita. La camera era spaziosa, confortevole e dotata di tutto il necessario per un soggiorno rilassante. Un ringraziamento speciale al proprietario, sempre gentile, disponibile e attento a ogni esigenza, capace di far sentire gli ospiti come a casa. La posizione è strategica, ideale per visitare la zona e muoversi con facilità. Consiglio vivamente questo B&B a chiunque cerchi un ambiente tranquillo, accogliente e di qualità. Sicuramente tornerò con piacere! Niente da segnalare.

• Giampiero (10/5): piacevole e confortevole - appartamento meraviglioso e silenzioso in zona servilissima, l’idea delle camere a tema cinema é molto carina , vi è una terrazza meravigliosa da sfruttare visto il clima di Roma e ci sono un paio di ristoranti top, come dar nasone nulla

• Olivier (1/5): Geen aanrader, zaakvoerder was niet de sympathiekste die er rondloopt - De prijs De hygiëne , er zat nog een drol en papier in de wc en ook (schaam)haar op de grond en in de douche; Volgens mij hadden ze alleen snel de lakens ververst….

La hospitalidad y la predisposición para ayudarnos a hacer check in fuera de horario (alrededor de la 01:00 am) es algo destacable. La habitación impecable. La ubicación es buena, para llegar al duomo o zona central solo es necesario tomar el metro. Nada que decir del alojamiento. Comentario general: para un latinoamericano puede resultar un poquito caro, pero en general Roma tiene alojamientos muy caros, este fue uno de los mas baratos que pudimos conseguir sobre la fecha. Sin duda, hay que reservar alojamiento con bastante tiempo de anticipación.

• LEONARDO (5/5): - Camera arredata con gusto, bagno nella norma . Bene la pulizia. Titolare molto simpatico e disponibile Ubicata in zona in cui è difficile parcheggiare, però sotto l’edificio vi è autorimessa a pagamento

• Aannaba (10/5): Alojamiento que da buen sabor de boca a la ciudad de roma - Me gustó la forma mas sencilla de comunicarme con el anfitrión a pesar de no hablar el mismo idioma,su amabilidad, el confort de la habitación,la decoración de muy buen gusto,la cocina muy completa,muy contento con todos los detalles,el cafe que regala super rico.por cierto he cogido a 2 km del centro de roma para evitar el problema de aparcar y he acertado totalmente,antes de entrar al apartamento de noche saco el tikit de la zona azul para la primera hora del dia siguiente para salir tranquilamente. Un gusto estar en el apartamento de Leonardo. Repetiría sin dudarlo. No hay nada que no me haya gustado

• Bryce (8/5): Very good - Leonardo was a great host! Responded promptly to all messages and was there to help us find the place and check in. He also gave us several recommendations for laundry and dinner in the area! Our original accomodations had cancelled on us the day of our stay and there were almost zero last-minute available rooms because the Ryder Cup was that same week. Leonardo's listing was accurately available (many other places pretended to be available on booking.com but were not) and the bedroom and bathroom were nice and large enough for our stay.

Can't believe no one had cleaned it. Food left out in communal kitchen. Leftover, uncovered, unlabeled food in the refrigerator. No pots/pans for cooking. Limited dishware and silverware. No wine opener!

• Herlinda (10/5): great still - I loved everything about my stay here it was a last minute booking and Leonardo was there help us and greet us and welcome us the room was nicely decorated and clean and quiet during the and day Leonardo even recommend places to eat he made his self available anytime for anything or questions we needed He got me taxi to take me into to look at sites and he also got us the best taxi driver to us the airport I mentioned to him that we didn’t get to see the colosseum but he managed to drive by so I did get see it. Leonardo was the best I definitely recommend staying there nothing not to like
