• Sneha (8/5): Great Resort close to Plitvice National Park! - Location was very close to the park and breakfast was good. Very personalized service. The staff gave great instructions on how to get to the park and which trails to take. Entrance 3 is a 15 minute walk from the Resort and the other entrances are a 15 drive away. There is free parking at the resort that is away from the cabins. Our cabin was very clean and spacious. We had dinner at the Resort as well and they had a table ready for us. Dinner is a little pricey but better than finding a place on our own. We went at the end of April but it seems like in the summer they may have more activities on the property. They also offered us a 40 minute private Jacuzzi or Sauna experience included in our stay. We only stayed one night so we didn't have time to take advantage of it. Water heater took a while to heat up.

• Carl-Wilhelm (9/5): Toller Kurzaufenthalt in den tief verschneiten Plitvicer Bergen - tolles Resort direkt am Nationalpark, schöne Anlage mit ein einzelnen Gebäuden im Stil traditioneller Bauernhäuser; innen sehr modern und komfortabel. Angenehmes Restaurant mit guter Karte. Sehr gutes Frühstück. Lage top, da man von der Anlage direkt in den Canyon loslaufen kann. Im Preis war 1x Sauna für 40 Minuten (!) inbegriffen. Das macht für entspanntes Saunieren wenig Sinn. Den Jacuzzi im Vorraum braucht man nicht, dafür wenigstens 1 h um 2 Saunagänge bequem machen zu können.

• Cindy (9/5): Well appointed room in a great location - The location is great---15 min from the entrance to Plitvice. The grounds are beautiful and there is plenty of free parking. The room was spacious and immaculate. Dinner was delicious (all meat options on the regular menu but there is a separate vegetarian menu available if you ask and the pumpkin risotto was really good). The staff was outstanding at check in and in the restaurant. The room was very warm (heater had been on) and there was no a/c. We opened the windows initially but a couple bugs flew in so we had to shut the window. I had a small travel fan with me but it wasn't enough. Also, there is a spa that you can book for a 40 minute window but I wasn't aware of it until check in and all that was left was 10pm so I wasn't able to take advantage of it.

Fornite ottime istruzioni per le escursioni. Non si può parlare di camera perché era un vero appartamento fornito di tutto. I due bagni con tantissime boccette per ogni esigenza. La struttura è strategica per la visita ai laghi inferiori lasciando l'auto nel vasto parcheggio gratuito che trovate davanti all'ingresso. Cena ottima con vini pregiati co ottimo rapporto prezzo qualità. Staff molto bravo e collaborativo. Prezzo qualità assolutamente corretto. Assolutamente nulla. Tutto perfetto

Our suite had a small kitchen, dining area, living area with wood burning fireplace, a large comfortable bedroom, huge bathroom as well as a half-bath. The decor was lovely. The property has a nice restaurant, and breakfast was included. Everything looked brand new and was spotless. Highly recommend. Nothing.

• Dan (10/5): We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this resort. We wish we could have stayed a few more days. - The location was quite remote. Lovely grounds. We were there in the winter, so extremely quiet. It would be a fun place for a family gathering in the summer. The rooms were recently remodeled with up-to-date furniture and fixtures, including heated floors in the bathroom. We enjoyed dinner in the restaurant. Breakfast, which was included, was excellent. Staff gave us helpful information about Plitvice Lakes. Only thing was that the temperature in the room was a little too warm. Everything else was perfect.

• Domazet Lošo (7/5): - Apartman je predivno uređen i u jako lijepom okolišu. U apartmanu je bilo dosta mravi te mi je to u potpunosti umanjilo ugodu u sobi. Osoblje je nesto pokusalo napraviti po tom pitanju, ali mravi su i dalje bili tu. Žao mi je da je bilo tako.

Imali smo probleme sa grijanjem al su reakcije osoblja bile jako brze. Doručak odličan, raznovrstan i ničeg nije nedostajalo. Ambijent u restoranu također savršen za provesti zimsku večer. Savršena štrudla sa jabukom. Spa zona je privatna i također odlična. Svakako planiramo povratak u skoroj budućnosti :)

Das Personal war super freundlich, das Zimmer mit dem Kamin war super groß und sauber und warm. Die Nespresso Maschine mit den Kapseln war auch super. Das Essen im Restaurant ist auch zu empfehlen! Spa ist, wenn man es zuvor reserviert für 40 Minuten in einem extra Haus und man ist dort privat. Whirlpool und Sauna 👍🏻 In max. 10 Minuten ist man am Großen Wasserfall zu Fuß.

• Lucija (5/5): - Smještaj je solidan, ali ima nekoliko ozbiljnih nedostataka. Put do smještaja je bio vrlo loš i nepročišćen od snijega, što ga čini izrazito opasnim. Jastuci su neudobni i loše kvalitete. Također, wellness je potrebno obavezno dogovoriti unaprijed jer u protivnom, čak i ako ste već u smještaju, svi termini mogu biti rezervirani. Zbog navedenog, iskustvo je bilo ispod očekivanja.

• Krešo (10/5): - Jedan od najboljih smještaja u kojima sam ikad bio. Sjajna lokacija, čitavi resort koji je jako lijepo uređen i ima čak i vlastite vidikovce na potok Plitvica. Jako lijepi ugođaj pogotovo jer nam se potrefilo snježno vrijeme. Apartman dosta dobro uređen, grijanje jako dobro, sve je "cozy". Wellness i doručak koji su uključeni u cijenu su super, a svaki dan smo i ručali u istom restoranu koji ima jako dobru hranu i uslugu. Osoblje je super i uvijek stoji na usluzi. Svakako ćemo se vratiti! P.S. Obzirom da je sve na jednom mjestu, par ideja da resort bude još fenomen-alniji: nekakve životinjice (koze/srne/kokoši/zečevi) jer je svakako puno obitelji sa djecom + nekakav mini gym i mini trgovina bi bili sjajni. Ali i ovako je sve super, a pogotovo priroda :) U dodatnoj usluzi za košaru drva za peć bude premalo triješčica i dosta debljih komada drva pa je relativno teško upaliti vatru kako treba. Zavjese su super ali bi svejedno bilo super kad bi se grilje mogle zatvoriti u potpunosti. Svakako sitnice.

• Mario (10/5): - Ne treba trošiti riječi za ambijent i okoliš Plitvičkih jezera, jer objekt je u samoj blizini jednog od najljepših mjesta na svijetu tj Velikog slapa Plitvičkih jezera, ali sve ostalo je isto na visokom nivou. Kućice su predivne, udobne i tople.. svaki detalj pokućstva i interijera je odlično uređen, te iznimno funkcionalan. Bili smo u razdoblju kad je neprestano padao snijeg te je uistinu stvoren bajkovit ambijent i svakako se skoro vraćamo. Usluga i osoblje je na jako jako visikom nivou, hrana je odlična i posebno jutarnji doručak koji je raznovrsan i sve namirnice jako ukusne. Sauna odlična!
• Marko (7/5): Lijepo mjesto,osoblje ljubazno ali treba dosta poraditi na popravku u smjestaju u kojem smo mi boravili. - Lokacija Boravili smo u kući pinus u kojoj je grijanje samo na drva.U kupatilima ne radi podno grijanje tako da je pre hladno a tako i u boravku je prohladno jer sva toplina odlazi na kat tako da na katu i u sobama imate 40 stupnjeva i neda se bas spavati na takvoj vrućini.U kući postoji jos jedna soba u kojoj je dnevni boravak ali i tamo morate loziti jos jednu peć ako mislite boraviti u njoj.

• Ela (10/5): - Resort Fenomen Plitvice oduševljava prekrasnim ambijentom, izvrsnom organizacijom i iznimno ljubaznim osobljem. Doživljaj je bio bajkovit, boravili smo u vrijeme dok je padao snijega. Ležaj za dijete je trebao biti udobniji i primjerenije veličine.
• Ivana Gledić (10/5): Romantic or with family-it is a perfect getaway in nature! - Excellent breakfast. Amazing location in the middle of the national park Plitvice. Beautiful landscape. Very professional and kind staff. Everything is exactly as in pictures. Added bonus is the working fireplace. Definitely will be coming back during springtime. Everything was amazing.
