• Randall (8/5): - The patio was my favorite feature it was quiet and a nice place to sit. If you're looking for somewhere close to the airport then this does the job but it's not close to anything really There's a couple of restaurants that are fairly expensive I would guess but it's not within walking distance of anything. No ATMs no markets. The people are helpful and if you need a shuttle to the airport it's 20 Euro and very convenient. It's not really close to anything unless you have a car maybe you can't walk anywhere really It would take about an hour to walk to the beach for example or I don't know how far away a supermarket is but it's a great place for being close to the airport and the host is accommodating. I wish that it had a microwave or a hot pot in the room it's really just a bedroom and a bath with no frills.

• sheira (9/5): great value. good location. cute rooms. - great location and they offer a shuttle to pick you up at the airport for a reasonable price. The area outside was very pretty. Room is lovely, newly renovated, excellent shower, AC. Restaurants and cafes in walking distance. Nothing! We had some confusion over the timing of the shuttle back to the airport due to the language barrier, but they sorted it out.

• Mina (9/5): Benissimo! - It was first time to stay B&B for me. Keeping touch with the hotel staff should be better then you can check-in smoothly. They are kind and friendly. Response is very fast and reliable. So we had very good experience. Also, the bed was fantastic for my exhausted body. There's no mini-market around this property. So buy waters and things you need should be bought in the airport.

It was difficult not having an indoor space to sit in, but luckily the weather was very beautiful to sit outside all day. The fragrance of the air freshener or cleaning supplies in the room gave me a headache and prevented sleep. It was tough not having access to drinking water or dishes or amenities to eat though I appreciated the grocery store recommendation.

• Michal (9/5): Fantastické - Thomas (hostitel) se snažil se vším pomoci (i s odvozem). V blízkosti i výborné bistro (snídaně, obědy). Klidná lokalita, čistota byla na vysoké úrovni, což je pro mě důležité. Zahrada i posezení venku úžasné. V místě není veřejná doprava, ale to není chyba hostitele. Doprava na letiště pouze taxi, popř. mít svoje auto.

Dès le jour de notre arrivée, Thomas a pris contact avec nous pour s’assurer que tout se passait bien et nous dire qu’il restait disponible à tout moment — une attention vraiment appréciable. À notre arrivée, nous avons reçu un accueil chaleureux et sincère. Thomas nous a installés dans une excellente chambre, parfaitement adaptée pour moi et mes deux enfants. Il nous a également recommandé un restaurant juste à côté — une vraie pépite ! Si vous aimez la viande, foncez, c’était délicieux. Petit plus très pratique : il propose aussi de vous déposer à l’aéroport. Un immense merci à Thomas pour sa gentillesse et son professionnalisme. Tout était au top — nous reviendrons sans hésiter !

On 3/7/26 around 10:00 PM, I arrived as a solo traveler with three large bags and was left outside without access to the property I had already booked and paid for. No one opened the door, no one answered the phone, and I was given no proper way to enter. Instead of helping, the host failed to do what was right, showed no accountability, and later refused to pull the video and told me to prove what happened. I have his text messages and proof. On 3/7/26 at around 10:00 PM, I arrived as a solo traveler with three large bags and was unable to access the property I had already booked and paid for (Booking number: [INSERT BOOKING NUMBER]). No one opened the door, no one answered the phone, and no proper check-in instructions were provided through http://Booking.com or by email. Instead, important access information appears to have been sent through a different application, which was never clearly communicated to me in advance. That is completely unacceptable. It left me locked out at night, vulnerable, and exhausted after travel. My taxi driver spent more than 20 minutes trying to help me contact someone, and I had to pay approximately $100 for transportation. Because I could not get into the property, I was forced to book another hotel immediately at my own expense (approximately $140), while still being charged $69.74 for this booking. What makes this even worse is that the host did not do what was right and showed no accountability. Instead of reviewing the video and taking responsibility, he refused to pull the footage and told me to prove it. I have his text messages and proof. This was a horrible experience from start to finish, and other travelers should be careful before staying here.
• Kaden (10/5): exceptional staff, comfortable room with a decent location - Room was cozy, very close to the airport with a bus to and from, and the train station. Staff was very kind and went out of their way to accommodate me. Buses in that location are a bit unreliable sometimes, walls of the room were a bit then.

• מיכל (10/5): Perfecto! - תומאס ואבא שלו הגיעו לקחת אותנו מהשדה לשהות קצרצרה בין טיסות לארץ. היינו 12 נשים עייפות עם המון מזוודות כבדות. באהבה העמיסו אותנו ואת המזוודות ולקחו אותנו כ 10 דקות נסיעה לבית רחוק מהבית. זכינו להיות רק 5 שעות בחדרים מחוממים ונעימים. להתקלח במים רותחים ולהניח את הראש במיטה נוחה. ב 4 לפנות בוקר יצאנו חזרה לשדה. הכל בחיוך ובעידוד וברגישות. ממליצה מכל הלב על המקום הזה Perfecto!

Told us where a very good restaurant nearby was and could also offer morning shuttle to the airport at a decent price (he drove himself). • Kelly (7/5): Good Stay for An Early Flight - The place is close to the airport, so it is perfect if you need to take an early flight the next day. The host was nice and easy to talk to. The garden was beautiful and welcoming. The room was a bit small and dark, but it was comfortable and good enough for a short stay. They provided free breakfast and drinks in the morning. Bonus that they can provide a ride to the airport if you needed (with a fee). Since the hotel is located in the outskirt of Rome, it was hard to access anywhere without a car. There were limited shops and restaurants within walkable distances. Some staffs could not understand English so you need to use a translator, but it was not a big of deal.
