- SOOHYUN (10/5): It was close to the city center, and parking was very convenient. - The accommodation was clean, and the check-in and parking instructions were sent in advance via WhatsApp, which made everything easy and smooth. The kitchen was clean and everything worked well. The bathroom had underfloor heating, so it wasn’t cold at all. The Old Town was very easy to access—just cross a small bridge in front of the accommodation. There was nothing in particular that was inconvenient.

- rodrigo javier (10/5): Excelente ubicación para una visita a Zadar de dos días - La ubicación del departamento era realmente excelente , estaba a muy pocas cuadras del casco histórico y las instalaciones eran de primer nivel, muy moderno y automatizado casi todo el departamento, realmente un lujo y volveríamos sin dudarlo y lo recomendamos, inclusive tenía parking free al lado del departamento, con indicaciones muy precisas para ubicar el departamento y con todo el apoyo del propietario para cualquier problema que surgiera. Lo pasamos excelente!!

Bosshard (8/5): Für ein oder zwei Nächte sehr empfehlenswert. - Die zentrale Lage, der Kaffee am Morgen im Bistro, das sehr schöne Bad (Dusche), die kleine Küche hat sogar eine Geschirrwaschmaschine, wir haben aber die Küche nicht benutzt, weil wir nur eine Nacht waren. Die an und für sich sehr weiche Matratze fühlte sich nicht gut an wegen Unebenheit. Das Fenster lässt sich nicht öffnen, da die Lüftung ausschliesslich über die Klimaanlage geregelt wird.

You have everything you need etc. And the location is just great. 10 mins walk to the old town. Things that can be improved: the listing mentioned "laundry" which made me think there was a washing machine, but this isn't true. You can't wash your clothes here. Also the listing mentioned 11am check out time, but at 10.30am a lady came to basically kick us out saying that the checkout time is at 10am. Another thing to keep in mind, there is no way of opening any windows. You get air from outside from the aircon, but the windows don't open, which is annoying.

- Michaela (9/5): Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt sehr zu empfehlen. Betten super bequem! - Der Check-In war sehr einfach und das Zimmer selbsterklärend. Trotz der recht zentralen Lage war es ruhig. Die Betten waren enorm bequem. Die Küchenausstattung war für uns auch vollkommen ausreichend und es waren auch einige Dinge zur Nutzung vorhanden. Die Dusche war auch super und alles war sauber. Man konnte das Zimmer komplett abdunkeln. Alles elektronisch bedienbar. Leider gab es mit dem Parkplatz erstmal ein Missverständnis. Nachdem der Mitarbeiter dann doch festgestellt hatte, dass ich "inklusive Parkplatz" gebucht hatte, war es gar kein Problem. Mir wurde eine Karte mit einem Parkplatz und einer Beschreibung, wie man ihn finden kann im Zimmer hinterlegt. Allerdings hatten wir mit Glück und kurzer Wartezeit direkt vor der Unterkunft einen kostenlosen Parkplatz gefunden und das Auto dort einfach stehenlassen, weil man leicht in die Altstadt laufen kann.

Great to have a proper freezer to refreeze the cold pack for the picnic. I don’t know if it’s one way glass but returning at night it wasn’t easy to see that the shutters were up. I was too tired to go out and check so just closed the shutters! The parking is in an underground park which was good in the heat of the summer, and walking distance to the old town.

El sofa cama no estaba hecho y en el armario solo habia sabanas individuales con lo que si se tapaba un niño se destapaba el otro. Ademas de haber solo dos taburetes en la mesa se la cocina y dos juegos de toallas para 4 personas…. Por contra, esta muy bien situado, cerca del centro Histórico aunque si llegas en domingo como nosotros, la zona está muy desangelada. El apartamento es muy pequeño. Para una noche bien pero no se si para más resultará agobiante…

- Yohann (7/5): Idéal pour 2 sans voitures, pas pour un séjour long en famille - Appartement récent, plutôt bien équipé et décoré avec soin. Appartement propre, produit de toilette disponible. Kitchenette équipée. Literie confortable y compris le canapé lit (attention convient en taille a des enfants seulement), climatisation silencieuse et efficace. Localisation idéale très proche du vieux Zadar. Check in autonome bien ficelé avec vidéo de démonstration. Le parking mentionné consiste en réalité en des places de stationnement non payantes sur la voie publique, dont certaine sont une dépose minute d'une école maternelle (qui fait centre de loisir en août). Aucune disponible pendant notre séjour :/ Appartement très petit, surtout pour 4: 2 chaises seulement autour de la petite table haute. Impossible de mettre 2 grandes valises sans complément obstruer les passages.
- Judit (8/5): Perfecto para una noche y visitar el centro histórico - La ubicación es perfecta para visitar la ciudad sin estar dentro de la zona histórica. A solo 5 minutos y con parking gratuito alrededores. El apartamento es pequeño pero suficiente para pasar 1-2 días. Antes de llegar, el personal del hotel nos mandó dos vídeos muy útiles indicando como entrar al apartamento y donde poder aparcar, fueron muy amables e hicimos el check in on-line muy rápido. Para tres personas es justo y debes dejar el sofá cama cerrado porque sino no hay espacio. Las ventanas no se abren y dan a pie de calle. Deberían cambiar el colchón ya que la cama hace bajada.

La atención es muy rápida y nos dejaron acceder un poco antes de la hora del check in. Para 4 personas se queda muy justo, hay una pequeña barra para comer 2 personas. Tuvimos que hacer dos turnos.
- Noelia (8/5): - El apartamento estaba bien, muy limpio y nuevo. La ubicación es buena y se puede aparcar sin problema. Al centro se puede ir andando. Demasiado pequeño para una familia de 4. El espacio era muy limitado. Tuvimos que preparar nosotros el sofá cama y luego lo entendimos porque si lo abrías ya no había espacio ni para pasar prácticamente. Además tienen de decoración unos troncos absurdamente pesados que dificultan aún más la estancia.

- JAVIER (10/5): Gran opción para Zadar - Nos encantó, muy bien ubicado, a 10 -15:min andando del centro. Muy limpio, muy bien acondicionado y el dueño nos envió vídeos de como llegar, como acceder y donde aparcar gratis. Perfecto para 2 y algo más justo con 2 niños, pero al ir solo a dormir, no afecta. La play Station no funcionaba, tampoco nada relevante, ya que no íbamos a eso, pero hubiera estado bien para los niños.

- Gullbritt (9/5): Utmärkt läge i vackra Zadar - Rent och fräscht. Nära till gamla stan. Plus att inget problem med sen ankomst. Garaget gammalt och slitet.

La possibilité de stationner sa voiture dans un parking couvert. Peut-être la difficulté à trouver la place de parking pour le stationnement de notre voiture.

- Cécile (9/5): - Facilité pour accéder au logement avec des instructions claires par SMS, très bon accueil à la réception, et réactivité. C'était propre et l'équipement était suffisant pour notre séjour. Petit bonus pour la place de parking. Rien.
