• Naynesh (10/5): Pleasant stayin a place that lives up to its name - Very very close to Vatican. Charming rooms and cozy feel. Safe and secure. Felt like home but with out the work of cleaning and preparing. Hood spread of breakfast. Carrying suitcase up the stairs.
• Alison (9/5): - Although our room was quite small it was well thought out and comfortable. Good lighting and aircon. Great location for our visit to Rome Open Tennis! Excellent communication from host. No real problems. It was on first floor with no lift, which may not suit everyone.

• Ricardo (5/5): NO SATISFECHO - La habitación y el baño cómodo Ellos ofrecen servicio de hotel con parking, no es ningún hotel , entrada por escalera 2 piso y el parking es público y hay que pagar , tambien la aplicación me cobro 36€ de tazas municipales y despues el propietario me pidió pagar otra vez los 36€ cosa que me pareció un robo , no recomendable , à y el frigorífico estaba sucio y tenia comida podrida dentro.NO RECOMENDABLE

Die Ausstattung der Küche war sehr grosszügig, die Lage war perfekt (Vatikan Museen, grosser Markt, Restaurants) und die Kommunikation hat ausgezeichnet funktioniert. Gastgeberin sehr zuvorkommend und die Dekoration gemütlich. Es hat etwas länger gedauert bis warmes Wasser ins Bad gekommen ist.
• MOREL76 (10/5): Tutto perfetto e curato nel dettaglio! - Ci siamo sentiti accolti e coccolati, pur non avendo visto i proprietari sono stati attenti e presenti rispondendo alle nostre esigenze ed andando oltre le aspettative. Le camere e la cucina sono arredate con cura e dotate di ogni confort, si percepisce l'attenzione verso l'ospite. La posizione della struttura è ottima, vicina al Vaticano ma anche a metro e autobus che permettono di raggiungere il resto della città. E' stato davvero un ottimo soggiorno!

• Maciej (10/5): Świetne położenie, blisko metro, knajpki, Watykan. - Bardzo dogodne położenie, krok od klimatycznych knajpek z kuchnią regionalną, dwa kroki od Wejście do Muzeum Wskaźnikowego. Przyjemny klimat pokoju, nieco zakłócony samowłącznikiem lampy wejściowej. Możliwość skorzystania z kuchni, pyszna kawa, ciasteczka serwowana przez gospodarza obiektu.

• Zalán (8/5): Jó szálláshely, de kiváló is lehet egy kicsit jobb kommunikációval és több odafigyeléssel. - Jó elhelyezkedés, angolul írásban kommunikáló szállásadó, kényelmes ágy, megfelelő szoba berendezés. A szállásadó nagyon segjtőkész volt, például érkezéskor a csomagjainkat otthagyhattuk bejelentkezés előre megbeszélt időpontjáig és a távozáskor a kijelentkezés után is órákra, de még a reptéri transzferben is nagy segítségünkre volt a szállásadó. A takarító személyzettel nem lehetett jól angolul kommunikálni, ezért voltak félreértések, például a koszos törölközőt nem csereléték ki azonnal, illetve a közös konyhában lévő hűtőből eltúntek a szendvicseink.

• Kyu-Ik (10/5): Wonderful Stay Near the Vatican - We had a very pleasant stay at Vaticano Charming Rooms. The location is excellent, just a short walk to the Vatican and also convenient for buses and the metro. The room was clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated, with everything we needed during our stay. Communication with the host was always smooth and quick, and they were very kind and welcoming. We arrived earlier than the official check-in time, but they kindly allowed us to enter the room in advance, which we greatly appreciated. The kitchen was always available with coffee, juice, and some snacks, making us feel at home. Overall, we were fully satisfied and truly enjoyed our time here. If we visit Rome again, we would be happy to return to this place. Highly recommended!

Кава, чай, різні снеки, напої були доступні на кухні для всіх у будь-який час. На сніданок навіть нас чекали на столі круасани, чого ми не очікували. З хазяїном, звʼязувались через WhatsApp, що дуже зручно. Ми з дочкою залишились з дуже гарними враженнями. Наступного разу тільки сюди!

The place is perfectly situated, just steps away from the Vatican and within walking distance to many other major attractions. The accommodation is very charming, clean, and welcoming. Shower smaller but not a deal breaker, everything was truly wonderful

We had a slight problem, she helped us with everything, she was interested in what was going on and wrote to us all the time! I recommend it to everyone. 3-4 minutes walk from the Vatican.

• Marco (10/5): We were very happy and comfortable….thank you! - The location was great. Lots of buses and about a5 minute walk to the metro. We were very happy with everything. The owner kindly left us some orange juice and oat milk in the fridge and there was a Nespresso coffee machine. We were in Rome to celebrate a friend’s birthday and so we didn’t use the kitchen apart from to make a morning coffee. The room was spotless and cleaned every day. We would definitely stay here again.
• Amy (10/5): This was an excellent accommodation! - The communication with the owner was good. We asked for a couple of items for our stay, and they were very accommodating. The free coffee and snacks were also a nice touch! Also, the air conditioner worked well. This did not impact us much, but because it is one apartment with three accommodations, I can see how if the other guests were not respectful of quiet in the common area that noise could be an issue. I am a VERY light sleeper, so I woke up when the other guests were rolling their suitcases out early in the morning. My husband slept through with no problem. This is not something that should not impact your decision to stay here; it is just something to be prepared for if you are an extremely light sleeper.

• Peter (10/5): Perfect location for exploring Rome from. - The location was perfect as it is just steps away from Vatican City and also close to a subway stop for ease of getting around the city of Rome. The accommodation was clean, neat and very nicely appointed with all you need for your stay. Host met us on arrival and arranged for a taxi to the airport when our stay was done. Would definitely recommend this place as a great place with a great location!

• Lovorka (10/5): Wonderful host, good location, quiet, comfortable and clean accommodation - The apartment is nicely decorated, clean, with clean bathroom and s good shower and hot water. There is no noise from the street, and the street is quiet and safe at night. The location is close to the Vatican, we visited most of the sights on foot, but the metro station is also nearby. The host is available all the time and responds quickly to messages and all inquiries. The accommodation is equipped with a common kitchen, with tea, coffee, breakfast items (butter, toast, coffee, tea, muffin). We felt Like at home, and our stay was made especially beautiful by the wonderful hosts, and we thank them for the coffee and company before leaving for the plane. All recommendations for this accommodation. We will come back again.
• Oguzhan (9/5): Superb - Even though we had to enter quite late, we were able to enter without any problems and the owners did not charge any extra fees for this. This was very nice. When we first checked in, the bed sheets seemed like they hadn't been changed. In fact, I don't think they had been changed. There were hairs and body hairs on the bed and pillows, "probably" from previous guests. When we told the owner, they immediately changed them with clean sheets the same day. We were very pleased with this speed and service.

• Tim (9/5): Absolutely loved it and loved our walks / tours of Rome - this is the perfect place to stay for it all. - Giulia & Francesco have created such a lovely, welcoming home away from home. With every attention to detail, the Charming Rooms have everything you need to make your stay comfortable, safe and convenient. There are also many fine touches we didn’t expect which add to the appeal. The rooms are immaculate & spotlessly clean (with daily cleaning service). The rooms are very well located just a short walk from the Vatican and also half way between 2 metro stations (500m to Ottaviano which is a nice walk with plenty to see, but stairs to tackle with luggage or 500m opposite way to Cipro, not as much to see, but easier with heavy luggage (lift instead of stairs & good path if using via Andrea Doria))! We had a great stay & strongly recommend!! The only minor considerations (for awareness): the shower takes a while to get hot water, but that’s not unusual in older buildings (at first we weren’t sure if we need to turn something on such as in electric UK showers!); and there are a few stairs to go up which could be tough with heavy luggage!

If you travel by public transport you can also easily reach it. The hosts are very friendly and welcoming, communicate in excellent English over whatsapp. The room is comfortable and clean. Exactly what you need for a nice city visit!

• Ourania (7/5): Nice location - This B&B was located close to a metro station, allowing for easy transportation to and from the city centre. This is of course highly important in such a big city, as Rome. The room had enough space for 2 people, a simple, sweet breakfast was always available and the room was cleaned every day. The B&B is in a very old building and the room had a very weird smell every time we were entering it. We tried to leave the windows open every day, but the cleaning lady kept closing them. So we always had to open the windows again and wait for a few minutes for the bad smell to be reduced. The walls were also dirty from the years of use, thus a small restoration is needed.

• Stefan (10/5): Cosy base for strolls through Rome - Three independent rooms each with own bathroom, sharing a cosy perfectly equipped kitchen that is remotely supervised by video camera. perfectly cleaned every day and bed made like in hotels. close to entry of Vatican museums. Can be reached by car, parking across the street in garage available, center of Rome easily accessible on foot, passing Peter’s Dome, crossing Tiber river on one of the bridges
• Marius (10/5): Excellent accommodation, close to Vatican - Excellent location, on a quiet back street, at 3-4 minutes of walking distance to the Vatican Museums' entrance. Great if you want to visit the Vatican early in the morning. The kitchen is stocked with sweets and juice for a quick morning snack, which was a nice surprise. It was also one of the cleanest accommodations we stayed at throughout Italy, better even than some 4* hotels. The hosts were helpful and responsive on WhatsApp, even though we didn't meet them during our stay - mainly due to us being out from early morning to after midnight. There's also a small bar on the ground floor, Cantinero, with friendly people and where we stopped every evening for a nightcap :) The bed wasn't the most comfortable, but everything else made up for it.
• Verified traveler (4/5): - We got to the hotel and there was nobody there we knocked on all the doors we waited an hour and then we left we ended up having to book a reservation at another hotel.
