Age of resort but it appears that they are spending money to upgrade. Not that they can do anything about age of building. Only minor repairs needed. Went to have shower at 4am but found no hot water. Later that morning it was there.

Couldn’t get hot water in the bathroom sink or shower…was only lukewarm at best! Was expecting some basic cutlery, a few plates & glasses which would have been very handy! There were only a few mugs & teaspoons! So very difficult to eat your takeaway!

Allon (4/5): Some good a fair bit bad but fixable. I was not there for pleasure or long enough for any of it to m - Bed comfortable, linens good quality, clean and fresh. Pillows only two for a double room and they were super cheap quality. Towels clean and fresh and of good quality. No Hot Water - discovered too late to be an issue. Strong cheap chemical smell in room - dissipated over night. The air conditioner when turned on didn't seem to have been used for a while as very musty and also had chemical smell. The unit TV was tuned to two channel 7 channels only with picture. The half dozen other channels had sound but only blue screens.

Had sliding door blinds and curtains, comfortable bed and linen, tv with local tv channels, toiletries provided. Carpark had “Park at your own risk” which made me hesitant with my hire car. There was a spider in the bathroom. I could hear people throughout the night angrily yelling or talking very loudly. Pool didn’t look too nice.

In the end we just left Then when we tried to get a refund they denied us a refund and told us they had camera footage of staff at the reception. The lie and lie. Worst costumes service ever.

The neighborhood feels sketchy and so the lack of security is disconcerting. We had reserved two nights but decided to stay just one night.
