• Andrey (10/5): Nice hotel in a chill neighbourhood - Nice hotel in a convenient location close to the shoreline. The breakfast is served a la carte in the restaurant next door, decent choice. Parking is on the reserved paces near the hotel.

We had lovely views over the lake and our own private balcony. The bathroom was a good size as was the bedroom with really good quality Wi-Fi.

Resepsiyon çok kibar ancak çözüm konusunda çok yeterli değil. Canlı müzik sesi çok fazla.Erken uyumanız gerekirse biraz zorlanabilirsiniz.

Kahvaltı salonundaki personel ilgisizdi.Kahvemizi aldık.Kahvaltımızı menüden seçip sipariş verdik.50 dakika bekledikten sonra bu kadar sabırlı olmadığımızı farkettik.Sorduğumuzda siparişin içeriye verilmediğini ama az beklersek hazırlanacağını söylediler🤣 Göl turu randevumuz olduğu için kaktık.Ertesi gün ise aynı durum olabileceğini düşündüğümüz için kahvaltı yapmadan otelden ayrıldık.Fakat Otel gerçekten çok güzel.

Kljub izredno prijaznem osebju, je ta zadeva bila nezagotovljena ker prostor, ki pripada (ali vsaj tako piše)hotelu in je namenjen le gostjem hotela, je bilo uporabljano od lokalnega prebivalstva. Je pa glede na ceno storitve, ki je pričakujete, nepričakovano. Drugo, sobe imajo centralno urejen sitem ogrevanja s klimatsko napravo. Problem je ta, da ne morete regulirati temperature, ali date na maksimum, ali sploh ne ogrevate. Ne vem, kako je sploh komu ekonomski ali ekološki interes, da ogreva cesto!?! Hotel je nov, sem tudi letnico preverila ampak, vsa tekoča, mala popravila, niso niti taknjena ker da zelo slabi utis. Recimo, kar nekaj poškodovane stene v skupnih prostorih.

• Jerrie Bach (6/5): Fine place if you are a smooker otherwise dont stay there. - The location for sure The nice, helpful kind receptionist doing the daytime, she was good and professional. The clearing lady that took care of my laundry. The room was perfectly clean and the bed and pillows where great. The room has a good finish and material. 1) The flight came in at 0730 to the Orchid airport. But unfortunate you cant you check in before 1400 hour. 2) The have loud music playing Friday and Saturday from 2130- 0100 and even though that my room was in an other part of the hotel. Its keep you up and awake. After a long travel, a with 6 hours with no room, that was not what l needed. 3) SMOKING, the day after the music, you come dowm to the restaurant, where people have been smoking all evening. Its was stinky. And that's the main issue with staying at the SU hotel. The really one place to stay for breackfast, lunch and dinners, is also the smoking area. 4) My room seems to smelt like someone had been smoking there or close by. 5) One afternoon, l came home after a long walk, my keycard did not work, the male receptionist, was nowhere to find, l waited and even tried to call the hotel. He had let the phone stay in the reception. I then had to go asking for him in the restaurant, and he was found outside in the front of the hotel, smoking. 6) The window door to the balcony was difficult to keep 100 closed. 7) l had a chicken burger brought up to my room. Unfortunate the chicken was poorly prepared and l did not eat it.

• Tomaž (8/5): - View from the hotel to the lake is amazing. Walking distance to the city of Ohrid. Staff at breakfast were exceptional. There is no reading light on the bed.

There are parking spaces in front of the hotel. Staff is friendly. Breakfast is basic, but the coffee was good! Pets are allowed for a fee of 12 euros. Everything was normal.

Rooftop restaurant was gereserveerd voor een private party. In de bar/restaurant beneden wil je niet eten; ontzettend lawaaierig (wel gezellig druk) en rokerig. Tsjonge, wat wordt hier nog veel gerookt.

• kudret (4/5): - My room was at the back building with very limited view. I thought that this was a “lake view” hotel. Breakfast was OK. Overall, this is not a 4 star hotel as advertised if you stay at the building at the back.

• yechiel (8/5): - המיקום היה מצוין. ארוחת הבוקר הייתה טובה מאוד המזגן לא עבד. התארחנו בסוף שבוע ובלילות בחדר האוכל היו מופעים רועשים מאוד עד אחרי חצות.
• Rita (9/5): - Breakfast was very good. There were 2 restaurants, one overlooking the lake with music (sometimes a bit too lisd) and one at the rooftop with a panoramic view. Parking in front of the hotel. AC was an asset on a hot day. Nice walk along the Lake with a lot of restaurants. Water overflowing from the shower.

• Jochen (8/5): - Schönes sauberes Hotel, freundlich und hilfsbereit Buffet sehr gut. Lage direkt am See Zimmer war etwas klein, für eine Person ging es. Bad zu klein, sehr eng. Kaum freie Steckdosen (für Ladegeräte )

• HIROAKI (6/5): - 場所は海沿いの好立地。 ただ、シャワーからお湯が出なくて、かなり身体が冷えてしまった。このホテルは5つ星というが、シャンプーなどの最低限のアメニティも用意されていないので、事前に持って行くことをお勧めします。 スタッフの対応はとても良かったです。
• Marko's (9/5): Prvi put na Ohridu...odlično i udobno. - Odlična lokacija i hrana. Doručak ne tako bogat, ali ukusan. Restoran na vrhu hotela i odmah u prizemlju udoban lokal. Soba sa pogledom na jezero je bila na drugome spratu i nije bilo buke. Odlično za mirni san. Kreveti su bili mekani i malo neudobni. Morali smo da pređemo na pomoćni jer je bio tvrđi. Mini bar je bez grickalica i slatkiša. Samo jedno pivo! Navikli smo na bogatiji sadržaj😅😅😅

• Veronica (8/5): - Great view from the room balcony over the Ohrid Lake. Very supportive staff. Breakfast could definitely be improved - wasn't worth more than a 7. It was in the hotel's bar/bistro downstairs, shared with non-customers who were smoking. We had to stand in line for coffee at the bar, after waitresses who took orders from said non-guests.
• Kelvin (6/5): - Good location and the restaurant on the roof was fabulous. The room had peeling paint and plaster and the bed was the worst we’ve experienced on our 5 week trip .
