Hana (5/5): Muss nicht nochmal sein - - Die Unterkunft befindet sich in der Nähe des Zentrums von Göreme - Frühstück war gut - Sauberkeit und Ausstattung des Zimmers wär mässig - Zimmer hat zu wenige Steckdosen - Transport zum Hotel welchen wir über das Hotel gebucht haben, hat nicht einwandfrei funktioniert. Wir mussten den doppelten Preis bezahlen, da der Preis sich anscheinend nur auf eine Richtung bezog. Hotel war unkooperativ bei der Abwicklung dieses "Missverständnisses". Empfehle ein Taxi zum Hotel zu nehmen, ist günstiger und komfortabler. Zudem war der Transport zum Hotel kein Privattransport sondern mit anderen Gästen die in andere Hotels gebracht wurden.

BrunaT. (8/5): Ottima accomodation nel centro di Goreme! - La struttura è in una posizione super comoda, al centro di Goreme a due passi dai negozietti, ristoranti e la Valle Rossa. La stanza molto accogliente e carina! Si sentono purtroppo i rumori proveniente dal corridoio, ma per questo direi che è più nel buon senso degli altri viaggiatori di non fare molto caos per non disturbare, soprattutto di notte... Colazione a buffet mista tra salato e dolce (non super abbondante e varia per il dolce, ma direi il giusto per non creare sprechi). Staff cordiale e gentile! :) Nulla in particolare da segnalare, solo i letti un po' rumorosi, ma niente di non sopportabile :)

Tengan cuidado cuando ofrecen tours en el hotel nosotros pagamos 15 euros de más, ya que en otros lugares son más económicos, además nos querían vender el tour de los globos a 200 euros, aunque es fluctuante el precio, no lo compren en el hotel, al final pagamos 140 euros por persona, por la temporada.!

Motorräder können ggf auch beim Serviceeingang abgestellt werden. Ein Licht über dem Badezimmer fehlt. Das Rasieren/Schminken ist deshalb schwierig.

Catena (8/5): Overall, we had a really pleasant and memorable stay, especially because of the location and the incredible views. - We had a great stay at Milat Cave Cappadocia. The location is superb, very close to the main center, which makes everything really convenient. Unlike the other side of Göreme where hotels are located higher up and you often need to walk uphill like a hike, this one is much more accessible and easy to get to. The area is also very quiet and relaxing, so you really can’t go wrong with the location. The hotel has multiple terraces, and the view of the hot air balloons is absolutely magical, especially in the morning. The terrace feels almost private, you don’t need to rush or compete for a good spot, which makes the experience even better. The rooms are clean, and the bed is very comfortable, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Breakfast could be improved as the selection is quite limited. The staff are also not very comfortable interacting or speaking with guests, but they still assist when needed.

Maria (8/5): Excelentes vistas - Buena ubicación, vistas privilegiadas para ver los valles y los globos. Desayuno variado y abundante. Personal amable, la mayoría hablaban inglés. Camas y almohadas cómodas. Tiene varias terrazas con sofás y magnificas vistas El tamaño de la habitación era justito. El baño estaba poco iluminado y los chorritos de la ducha salían en todas direcciones, de hecho se mojaba todo el baño cada que que nos duchabamos.

Tehreem (4/5): It was fine... but not great. - We liked the location as it's near to the city centre and we love it's terrace, it's morning view of hot air ballon. Our bed was damp and everything was full of moist smell and humid. Moreover, there was no lock in the bathroom, AC was not working well, as a room was full of moist. Side wall lamps were also not working. There are so many things that were not working. It was chaotic.
Karla (9/5): Very comfortable and breakfast was superb! - Breakfast, staff and location were excellent ! Shampoo and body wash missing from shower.
Khushnud (8/5): Good - Location was in goreme, just 3-4 mins walk from goreme town centre. Property was very clean, beds were comfortable, rooms were spacious. View from the terrace was amazing. We did not like that they served breakfast in our room rather than arranging buffet breakfast

Alicia (9/5): Hotel perfecto para Göreme - la ubicación es perfecta y la zona es muy tranquila. El hotel también perfecto, desayuno rico y con unas terrazas espectaculares para ver los globos volar por la mañana. La ducha. Salía el agua para todos lados. Por lo demás, todo perfecto.
Camila Jeanette (7/5): All in all, our two-day stay was good. The receptionists were all helpful and accommodating. - The location is close to everything and is the best place to stay for experiencing hot air balloons from the rooftop deck Breakfast was served in the room because we were informed that the roof deck, where breakfast is usually served, was under renovation. Since we had an early flight, we checked out early; however, no one offered even a simple takeaway breakfast. Additionally, the issue with the wall heater in the bathroom was never resolved, despite being escalated on our first day. The bathroom needs additional lightning specially in the mirror area. The television was too small and not functioning properly. As tourists, a Smart TV would be recommended, as we were unable to watch Turkish channels.
Daniel Gomez (7/5): - Lugar muy bonito, la gente de recepción nos atendió muy bien, lo que si, la azotea estaba fuera de servicio, y era una de las razones por las cuales mas preferimos este lugar, de igual modo fue una buena estancia la azotea

Corbinelli (9/5): Bello bello - Bellissimo hotel, peccato la terrazza non era addobbata perché in bassa stagione e perciò ci hanno portato la colazione in camera che era un po’ scarsa. Ma durante il periodo di alta stagione con la colazione in terrazza credo che sia diversa. Tutto sommato ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, parcheggio disponibile fuori dall’hotel e tutti i punti di interesse raggiungibile a pochi minuti di macchina. Il centro di Goreme si raggiunge invece a 5 minuti a piedi. Soggiorno molto gradito e super consigliato.

Lameya (7/5): - The room was nice and big enough, with all the amenities needed to stay for multiple days. The furniture seemed a bit old, but overall it was okay and not too bad.
Eduardo (3/5): - The location is great. Rooms are big and comfortable. Terrace views are amazing. The woman in the reception was very friendly. Upon our arrival we were told that one terrace (there were 2) was closed due to renovation (nobody mentioned that before). Because of that, a breakfast buffet was not available, instead it was served directly in the room. No common area. That breakfast was really poor and full of sugars. When we asked for more eggs and meat (proteins) we were ignored the first day. Later, we got an omelette. Coffee and milk came in instant sachets due to having a kettle in the room (so forget about typical turkish coffee). To improve this, 2 windows were broken and no more rooms available. We fixed one but the other remained open and temperatures reached -14° during our visit. We told this to reception and they offered to change the room but our belongings were there and couldn't do it (an activity was programmed). They offered to fix it and used tape but failed... So we used several towels to seal it. It worked. The main door that gave access to our building cracked like the knees of an elderly person and it woke us up every morning. I don't blame the people working in reception, just management for not announcing the reality: no breakfast buffet, poor breakfast served instead, no terrace and facilities that could be improved.
