Nargile bölümünde çalışan Edip'e ayrıca teşekkür etmek istiyorum. Bize ,mükemmel bir nargile hazırladı. Girişten itibaren kusursuz bir deneyimdi.

Konumu çok kötü. Denize uzak dinlenme alanını casinoya vermişler. Yıllardır Kıbrıs’ın birçok 5 yıldızlı otelinde kalırız ama bu otel kadar casino müşterisi odaklı bi otel daha görmedim. Her şey dahil konsepti fiyasko. Rakı için pcakbaşına yönlendiriliyorsunuz ya da oda sevisine. Hamburger için casino ya da oda servisi. En dandik otellerde bile snack vs bi atıştırmalık olanağı vardır. Bi pastane var sadece tatlı ağırlıklı. Yemekler saatlerinde az ve öz lezzetli.otelde tek hissettiğiniz casino müşterisi değilseniz takılın ve gidin. Tatil için değil oyun için geliyorsanız doğru oteldesiniz. Doğum günüme denk getirmiştik belirtmiştim sağıolsunlar odaya şarap meyve ve pasta göndermişler hakkını yiyemem. Ama Kıbrıs’ın başka otellerinde akşam yemeğiyle sürprizler yapmışlardı. Kategorize ediyorlar müşterileri çok rahatsız olduk ve tadilat var.lobinin bahçesinde ustalara karşı çay içmek istemedik yan tarafta içelim dedik paralı ya da casino müşterisi olmak gerekiyor. Her şey dahil değil de tam pansiyon plus gibi düşünün. Sabah tadilat sesiyle uyanmak berbattı

Misafir ilişkilerindeki Helin Hanım odamıza meyve ve şarap bıraktırmış süpriz olarak :) çok düşünceli😍 Her an istediğimiz şey ayağımıza geldi. Çok keyifli bir tatil oldu. Oda sıcaklığı normalin üstündeydi. Konum olarak biraz zor bir yer merkeze uzak ama her şey otelde var. Casino yoğunken çalışanlar biraz duymamazlıktan gelebiliyor.

• Buğra (10/5): Çok güzel ve keyifliydi. - Normal kara manzaralı oda satın almışken, otele geldiğimizde şaşırdık. Bize suit villa verilmiş. Üstelik 1 ay sonraki evlilik yıldönümümüzü bilmeden ve böyle bir şey talep etmeden. Bu da yetmedi ertesi gün bu bilgiye sahip olduklarında odaya şarap, meyve, pasta ve çok tatlı not bir not yollandı. Çıkış günü ise ricamız üzerine 12:00’de boşaltılması gereken odayı 15:00’de teslim ettik. Personel güler yüzlüydü. Konumu denize yakın olsaydı şahane olurdu. Personel sayısı bence az.
• TUĞÇE (10/5): HARİKA - Konaklamamızın başlangıcında yaşadığımız ufak bir aksaklığın, Misafir İlişkileri’nden Aybüke Hanım tarafından hızlı bir şekilde çözüme ulaştırılması bizi çok memnun etti. Kendisine özellikle çok teşekkür ederiz.Samimiyeti,güler yüzü ve profesyonelliği ile konaklamamızı çok daha keyifli hale getirdi. Odalar konforlu ve temizdi. Restoran ekibi oldukça ilgili ve yardımseverdi. Yemek çeşitliliği fazlaydı ve lezzetler gayet başarılıydı.Balık restoranından ise Mervan Bey ve Diana Hanım’a teşekkür ederiz.Genel olarak hem otelin imkanlarından hem de çalışanların ilgisinden çok memnun kaldık.Yakın zamanda tekrar gitmek için sabırsızlanıyoruz.Tüm ekibe sevgiler,teşekkürler.
• Izabella (5/5): - Красивый дизайн отеля Очень однообразная кухня, очередь за едой , часто пустые тарелки , спустя какое то время еду доносили , но это очень неудобно Обслуживание похоже на отель в тестовом режиме, нужно было звать официанта чтобы убрал со стола , принёс приборы и так по несколько раз , близость к морю указана первая линия , а по факту находится далеко , плюс в том , что вез трансфер , но все чаще всего было занято , приходилось ждать шезлонги

• Leanne (10/5): Would stay again - I said in 3 hotels in northern Cyprus and this as by far the best, the food sensational, the suite lovely and the spa facilities exceptional. Staff extremely welcoming. Some construction outside but it’s unavoidable.

• Mohd (4/5): Deceptive Staff and Broken Promises – Avoid This Place - It was a normal stay with basic amenities. The location is remote, which may suit some. Terrible experience. Staff lied about resolving my issue and promised a refund that never came. Once I checked out, they ignored me completely. Very unprofessional and dishonest.
• Alva (5/5): Good, clean but service was a disappointment - The hotel is very beautiful and the view from my room was nice. It was very clean and the bed was super comfortable. The room was big and had everything you might need. The girl who greeted me from the Guest Exellence team was really nice, I don't remember her name but it was her boyfriend who assisted me with my bag. Unfortunately, this hotel is not as good as it could be. The staff isn't very service-minded or helpful in the sense that it felt "unpersonal". There was a lot of staff everywhere, but most did not speak English and I didn't feel that they really wanted to even try to be understood or understand me. I was also contacted over WhatsApp asking me for a review before I had even checked out - and I was referred to as "Sir". Considering there is an entire group of staff dedicated to the guest experience it could have been better. At the spa, she didn't even look at me when saying goodbye as I left. I've worked at one of the most prestige-filled hotels in Sweden and this kind of service would not be accepted there. Unfortunately not as good as I hoped or expected at a hotel of this tier. Also be careful with the mini vs maxi bar thing. The mini bar is included but not the maxi bar, but it is a tiny sign that says "maxi bar" and although it says on the paper you're given that it isn't included in the all inclusive, they don't mention it at the check-in (but they say that the mini-bar is included).

• Tinatin (9/5): Fantastic Hotel with Delicious Dining and Beach Club - The hotel offers an outstanding culinary experience. The breakfast, lunch, and dinner were consistently delicious, with a wide variety of options to satisfy every palate. There are several restaurants and lounges on-site, each providing a unique and enjoyable dining atmosphere. The pool area is also very spacious, well-maintained, and equipped with everything you need for a relaxing day by the water. The hotel’s beach club is also fantastic, offering a relaxing atmosphere with beautiful views and excellent service. However, the location of the hotel is not ideal. The beach club is not within walking distance, and you can only reach it by taking a shuttle that runs every hour. This limited schedule made it a bit challenging to plan our day, especially if we wanted to spend more time at the beach or return to the hotel at different times. Overall, if you don’t mind the shuttle schedule, is a great choice.

Swimming pool area excellent and pool bar good although you had to pay for certain drinks was my wedding anniversary and they put cake and fruit in room which was a lovely gesture casino was very expensive. it did not cater for hotel guests who liked to have a small flutter whilst on holiday. it was geared for the professional gambler

We where the only English there and hardly any one else. So really pissed off as we could have to to another hotel.not happy. Ording drinks getting up to get our meal to come back and find the drinks taken a Away.not only once. Also as we were the only English there you would have known what a Nescafé was.we were given different every time and it was not all inclusive and different parts you had to pay for redickulous.so we could only sit in the for ay never going back and never recommend .

• Shoan (1/5): Bad - The view, the bed. The breakfast was good and fresh. Standard on the hotel was like 3 Star. Very rude woman in reception. 90% of the people can't speak English. You don't know what is all inclusive. The quality of the dinner was crap. I'm shocked that no one said something. I will not share or suggest this hotel to someone. I feel totally cheated. 500€ for what? The price said a lot about what people turkey are. You can find a top class hotel for 200€.

Rude stuff, especially in Spa zone (receptionist Melissa👎): we paid for 50 min massage each person of the couple and my husband had only 35 min of massage, after that we went to complain about that to the reception and Melissa literally said “it’s enough for you”👎👎👎 2. Poor breakfast and dinner 3. Stuff doesn’t speak English and avoid non speaking English guests 4. Many drinks including cappuccino and orange fresh is not in all inclusive

• Tina (8/5): Very good - Staff excellent, polite ,efficient, helpful nothing too much trouble. . Reception staff understood very little English but managed to get problem sorted. Our room was in a separate building from the main hotel which was an added bonus as it was nice and quiet. Our aircon was on the wrong setting ,it would have been useful to have instructions in order for us to sort it. We had not realised until we had gone to bed the 1st night and it was very cold in our room , which caused us to have a lack of sleep . But on a positive note it was sorted the next morning. When they did the refurb it would have been good if they placed a covered walkway from hotel to the separate annex as when it rains you get wet. Would have been good to have coffee machines ,hot water in the resturant. In steadof relying on staff to serve you a hot drink. As it was winter the only place to sit inside and have a drink after your meal.was the lobby area, which has very little seating and very little atmosphere. It would have been nice to have some entertainment eg a band , singer especially as it was Christmas., instead of the same pipe music everyday. Would have been nice to sit in the sun around outdoor pool area but unfortunately all the sun loungers etc had been placed in storage.
