Margaret (10/5): Stay on the south side of the Arno River for a plesant stay - Quick walk across the Arno River to everything. Several local places to eat nearby. The view of the churches and history from our room gave a nice sense of Florence Some noisy guests directly above us. A call to management resolved the noise.

April (9/5): Beautiful convenient location in an amazing city! - We loved being away from the hustle and bustle of the city center, but it was so convenient to everything we wanted to do. The penthouse apartment with the balcony was absolutely amazing. Lots of space! Breathtaking views. One minor thing- we didn’t realize reception closed at 2pm and my husband couldn’t get in while my daughter and I were out shopping. I think there was supposed to be a code to get in the building, but I missed that somehow. Very minor issue to an otherwise perfect stay!

L'appartamento era all'ultimo piano e luminosissimo; molto grande per 3 persone. Bagno comodo e la piccola cucina in stanza, anche se non l'abbiamo utilizzata, è veramente comoda anche solo per l'acqua fresca e il caffè. Il primo giorno ho avuto un problema con la serratura della stanza ma lo abbiamo risolto con un breve scambio su WhatsApp con la proprietà che è stata gentilissima e disponibile. Se dovessi tornare a Firenze, soggiornerei volentieri di nuovo qui. Nulla.

Joseph (9/5): Heerlijk appartement aan de Arno met uitzicht op de oude stad - Mooi gerenoveerde appartementen, met smaak ingericht. Erg goede bedden, heerlijke douche met uitstekende waterdruk, waterdispenser voor drinkwater dus geen flessen nodig, wasmachine en droger beschikbaar voor gasten. Auto geparkeerd bij garage Tintori; niet goedkoop maar de auto werd bij vertrek keurig afgeleverd bij het appartement. Al met al een erg comfortabel verblijf!

Genaue Instruktionen und rasche Kommunikation. Das Appartment ist noch schöner, als auf den Bildern und die Preis Leistung ist top. Es gibt relativ nahe, viele öffentliche Parkplätze, die zu den üblichen Tarifen bezahlt werden „müssen“. Sehr schnell in der Stadt, wunderschöner Ausblick und ruhig. Wir kommen definitiv wieder.

Lea (7/5): - Gut ausgestattet, schön eingerichtet, sauber und gepflegt. Unkompliziertes Check-in, gute Erreichbarkeit des Personals via Whatsapp. Die Lage ist zwar schön, aber nicht wirklich zentral. Bei 4er-Belegung war das Appartement schon sehr eng und es gab nur einen sehr kleinen Tisch mit zwei Stühlen. So macht die Küchenzeile dann eher wenig Sinn.

Lori (10/5): We had a quick one night stay in Florence, if we ever return I will definitely rebook here - The room was surprisingly larger than expected. It was a great location and the staff extremely helpful. They left excellent check in instructions and when our door wasn’t working properly were very quick to reply and fix the problem. There isn’t anything I didn’t like about the property. If we ever return to Florence I would choose it again.

juanchodaccach (10/5): Amazing place at an amazing convenient location - all walking distance and quiet - Perfect location across the river with access to Florence from Beginning to end. Just cross either the fist bridge to Santa Croce or walk 10 min riverside to PonteVechio. Then when you go to Piazza Michelangelo for the sunset your hotel is just downhill. Make sure you grab dinner (reservation needed) at the Osteria behind the hotel. There is no reception person in evening but they communicate efficiently via WhatsApp. Clean, modern and perfect for families. Highly recommended

Irina (10/5): Stunning historical apartment near all the Florence landmarks - A very spacious and well-appointed apartment in an absolutely stunning historical building, 4 meters ceiling and tall windows, fully functional kitchen, 2 bathrooms with showers which come in so handy when you travel with a family. The location is very convenient to explore the city center and Otrarno on foot. Just loved it so much, 10 out of 10! There’s nothing NOT to like, just a tiny warning: if you go there by car, don’t waste your time trying to park near the apartment, the embankment is densely packed with cars. We just went to Parking garage Mediterranean across the river, and walked 10 minutes back to the apartment.

Karthik (9/5): Excellent room for families - The room and its location is excellent. We had a very comfortable stay. Walkable to most attractions. Bus stop is right in front of the hotel. The AC doesn’t seem to cool the room fast enough. Not a big issue as you can open the windows.

Nous avions un appartement au rez de chaussée donnant sur la route qui longe le fleuve, celle-ci est très passante, on entendait donc beaucoup les bruits des véhicules même la nuit. Pour ceux qui ont le sommeil léger, préférez un des appartements qui ne donnent pas sur cette rue.
Nicola (9/5): ritornerò a soggiornare al Serristori - ottima posizione! Appena fuori dal centro storico. L'ideale per non subire il caos del turismo del centro, che tuttavia resta raggiungibile a piedi in pochi minuti godendo di una ottima passeggiata lungo l'Arno. Camere molto curate nell'arredo, perfetto! Letti comodissimi. Camere silenziose. Bagno super. Servizio di parcheggio al coperto custodito convenzionato, con ritiro a domicilio a prezzi molto competitivi. Cucina ben attrezzata. Personale molto gentile e disponibile a dare suggerimenti per ristoranti. mancano negozi nella zona per fare un minimo di provvista, anche solo per comprare qualcosa per la colazione o per uno spuntino. Consiglio di portarsi viveri da casa per chi vuole usare la cucina ben attrezzata.

Luiza (9/5): - We really enjoyed our stay at Serristori Palace.The location was very good, with a picturesque view of the Arno River and Ponte. The room was very comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed. My children liked the room very much, and the beds were very comfortable. For me, it was very important that the bathroom and kitchen were spotless, so we could use them without any worries. We will definitely come back next time we are in Florence! The Wi-Fi in the bedroom worked poorly.
