Nos quedamos solo una noche y abandonamos el alojamiento antes de la hora de desayuno y el personal nos dejó una bolsita en la cocina la noche anterior para que pudiéramos llevarnos el desayuno. Además, le preguntamos si habían utensilios para comprar y prepararnos un te y nos indicaron que no hacía falta que compráramos nada, se ofrecieron y nos hicieron el te. The location was near to all the best spots, quiet but in the same time you could get to it very easily. The room was clean, super comfortable and the terraces are amazing to enjoy your time at the hotel. Special kudos to Mohamed, that was super friendly and professional, he helped us booking a taxi service for 3am and he even walked with us to find the driver, I deeply appreciate all his help. I highly recommend this spot if you're looking for an amazing time in Marrakech! Nothing.

He helped us with any problems we had and was always very patient with us. I don’t think we could have found a better host if we tried. All the other staff were great too. Location was ideal in the middle of the medina. It has two lovely rooftops to lounge around in and the rooms are spacious and clean. If you’re looking for an authentic Riad in the heart of the medina then this is the place for you. Overall an amazing property with a great host. I have no complaints whatsoever.

• Halina (9/5): Riad Wink - Bardzo spokojny riad w sercu mediny, bardzo miły i pomocny personel. Czysto i przyjemnie. Prawdziwy riad , jak z dawnych czasów. Wspaniałe tarasy na dachu, gdzie można odpocząć po męczących dniach, lub rano nabrać sił na następny dzień. Bardzo dobre i obfite śniadania. W pokoju była klimatyzacja i naprawdę duże łóżko. Mieliśmy pokój z bardzo maleńką lazienką, ciężko się było tam obrócić, jednak muszę dodać, że był tam zarówno prysznic, jak i umywalka i toaleta.

Les photos des différentes terrasses sont trompeuses : couleurs défraîchies et murs abîmés, banquettes dans son jus... bref quelques travaux et efforts de décoration seraient à faire...Dommage car les tapis sont si jolis au Maroc !

Fue extremadamente amable y en todo momento buscó que nos sintiéramos cómodas durante nuestra estancia. Además, nos dio muy buenas recomendaciones para conocer la ciudad. Se nota que realmente le importa ofrecer un servicio de calidad y que los huéspedes se sientan bien atendidos. Siempre fue muy educado y cercano. El desayuno también fue buenísimo, ¡10/10! Un solo enchufe para todo el cuarto (siendo una habitación para 3), que si bien había zapatilla eléctrica, ésta no se podía enchufar porque el tamaño de la entrada era más chico que el del enchufe. Tuvimos que improvisar enchufando la zapatilla eléctrica en el baño y cruzar el cable por todo el pasillo hasta el cuarto para poder enchufar los dispositivos.

Very pleasant, friendly manager, Mohamed, who was attentive and ensured we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. This Riad is in the heart of the Medina, very authentic accommodation. It was exceptionally cold weather during our stay in Marrakech (early March) We were pretty chilly in the Riad, this is obviously as they are designed to keep heat out! Take warm clothing if going early in the year.

The rooms have air condition, which was great because it was very cold in January. The host, Mohamed was amazing. He helped us with every request and answered every question we had even before our trip. Pokoje czyste i zadbane, choć niewielkie — idealne dla osób nastawionych na zwiedzanie. Było trochę chłodno, ale po włączeniu ogrzewania zrobiło się bardzo komfortowo. Godziny śniadania nie pasowały do naszego planu, jednak właściciel Mohamed bez problemu przygotował je wcześniej. Śniadanie było pyszne. .

• Lidia (9/5): Hospitalidad y tranquilidad, haciéndote sentir como en casa - Tenía muchas dudas a la hora de reservar este riad: que las fotos no fueran fieles a la realidad, muchos comentarios hablaban sobre mala limpieza o que era un alojamiento difícil de encontrar (esto último bastante común a veces en Marrakech). Sin embargo, fue todo lo contrario!!! Estuvimos súper contentos con la buena elección: muy buen precio, excelente ubicación, zona muy segura y lo encontramos a la primera (llegamos de madrugada, cansados y perdernos era lo último que nos apetecía). Es un alojamiento humilde, acogedor y con encanto. Tiene 3 zonas en la azotea preciosas. Las habitaciones son cómodas, estuvimos en una triple y fue suficientemente espaciosa. Todo el riad está impecable, muy limpio. En cuanto a la amabilidad del personal, de 10, tanto Mohamed como su compañera que nos preparaba el desayuno cercanos, correctos y muy hospitalarios. Respondieron en todo momento a nuestras peticiones y hubo una comunicación fluida en todo aquello que pudimos necesitar. ¡Ojo! es un riad, lo que significa que tiene un patio central al aire libre. Durante el invierno lo cubren con una lona como techo, pero a pesar de ello, entraba la corriente y al alojarnos en diciembre, pasábamos frío en el desayuno. En otra época del año estoy segura de que es mucho más confortable y se puede disfrutar al máximo de esa zona. No nos resultó un problema, pero a las personas sensibles a los ruidos recomendaría que preguntasen primero qué habitación les van a asignar. Nuestra habitación era la de la planta baja al lado de la cocina y el desayuno, por lo que es una zona de más trasiego o posible ruido. Por el resto, ¡todo perfecto!
• Kata (8/5): - The room was clean, the staff members kind and helpful. We only stayed for one night, it was a perfect stopover before our road trip. The breakfast was excellent. Oh, and the beds were very comfortable. We needed to ask multiple people to help us to find the location as it is right in the souks.

• Miriam (3/5): Deja mucho que desear - La disposición de Mohamed y la opción de tener el desayuno para llevar los días que salíamos temprano de excursión. Nos alojamos 4 personas en la Suite. La bombilla parpadeaba constantemente, nos dijo que nos la cambiaba en un rato y no la llegó a cambiar. La habitación tenía un único ventanal en lo alto y no tenia cortina ni persiana, entraba la luz y cuando subía gente a la azotea no había intimidad. La limpieza brilla por su ausencia.. en 5 días que estuvimos alojados no entraron ninguno a hacer la habitación ni a limpiar. La entrada al Riad está en un callejón estrecho y la primera vez nos costó encontrarlo. En definitiva, no merece la pena lo que cuesta, deja mucho que desear.

• Aine (10/5): Experience a traditional riad - Small riad of approx 6 rooms. Muhammed was so.helpful and generous with his time. It is an interesting experience. Took a moment to get used to the lack of light inside. Fantastic breakfast. Very clean and comfortable. Very good location to the jmanna el fna. Great spot! Smaller than we expected looking at photos but very cosy and great experience. Alleyway entrance smelled of urine. Probably need to be washed everyday. I did see a few men using it. That was off putting as we had to wait untill one man was finished to get into the accomodation. Even tho tight alley into riad did feel safe.

• David (8/5): - Este foarte aproape de piață Jemaa el fna. Ești deja pe străduțele din bazar. Navigatorul ne-a dus direct la întrare. Crede în instinct și întra pe pe “cea mai îngustă strada" di Marrakech 😁🤗. Gazdele au fost disponibile și foarte drăguțe. Se mai poate lucra la decorul teraselor.

• Krishnakumar (5/5): Only good for 1 night. Why people are giving good ratings to this ? - The host manager is what making me give 5 to this run down riad. Almost everything from room size to facilities to narrow stairs and to location which gets water logged of it rains. I don’t understand how this place got so many good reviews.
