Disposta in un'ottima posizione, molto silenziosa e dotata di punti di interesse per una vacanza: un bar molto fornito, due supermercati, una pizzeria, un ufficio postale e possibilità di parcheggio in strada. I proprietari sono delle bravissime persone molto disponibili e il fatto di saperli sotto di noi, ci ha rassicurato. Consigliatissima. Niente da evidenziare

• Inmaculada (9/5): - La ibicacion muy buena. El anfitrion nos facilito mucho la estancia en su casa. El unico problema fue la dificultad que tuvimos para ajustar la temperatura del agua en las duchas porqie salia fria o muy caliente.

• Matteo (8/5): Vicino a tutto, lo consiglierei - Posizione comoda e strategica per visitare la Sicilia occidentale. Buon rapporto qualità prezzo. Comodo il frigo e la lavatrice. Bella terrazza panoramica dove poter fare anche la brace. Proprietà gentile e disponibile. Facilità di parcheggio. Essendo un appartamento ci aspettavamo magari di trovare qualche prodotto per la pulizia o semplicemente olio e sale per il condimento, ma non c’erano.

• Elena (10/5): Soggiorno piacevole a Castellammare del Golfo - Villa Gelvi ci è piaciuta molto perché è in una posizione strategica.. a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro, ma in un posto comodo per uscire con la macchina e zero problemi a parcheggiare. Il nostro bimbo di due anni ha apprezzato molto la terrazza che aveva vari giochi (altalena, bici, macchinina, ecc.) I proprietari molto gentili!
• Domenico (8/5): - gestore gentilissimo e disponibile, posizione strategica sia per raggiungere il centro che per escursioni fuori appartamento ormai un po' datato. Pavimenti e sanitari avrebbero bisogno di una rinnovata. Curerei meglio anche l'area esterna dell'ingresso: un po'più di ordine non guasterebbe. Lodevole fare la raccolta differenziata dei rifiuti ma la distesa di bidoncini nell'area di accoglienza all'ingresso non si può vedere.

• Daniela (10/5): Appartamento vicino a tutti i servizi. Consigliatissimo! - Appartamento al primo piano. Vicino a tutti i sevizi a pochi passi (market, pasticceria, ristorante/pizzeria) Spiaggia poco distante. Comodità del parcheggio sotto casa sempre libero. Casa accogliente e pulita, con una bella terrazzina ( e una grande terrazza in comune al piano superiore), Abbiamo trovato gentilezza, cortesia e simpatia! Posto strategico per vedere bellissimi posti nei dintorni Castellammare molto bella. In particolare la zona per porto vecchio con tanti ristoranti e bancarelle per una bella passeggiata e vista sul porto. Una vera chicca.

• Giulia (8/5): "Villa Gelvi" è il nome giusto! - Abbiamo trascorso un bellissimo soggiorno, la struttura è situata in una zona molto tranquilla ma non lontanissima dal centro. Si arriva al porto di Castellammare in una ventina di minuti a piedi. L'appartamento è dotato di tutti i comfort, asciugamani, biancheria da letto e utensili per la cucina. Ugo, il proprietario, persona molto cordiale e gentile. La palazzina è molto bella e curata, così come anche il giardinetto al piano terra, le stanze sullo stesso piano sono ben distinte l'una dall'altra e garantiscono la privacy. Rimodernerei le stanze con arredi più nuovi e moderni per renderla ancora più attrattiva.

• Cinzia (10/5): Soggiorno indimenticabile - Io e la mia famiglia siamo stati 8 giorni a Castellammare del Golfo e dintorni. L'appartamento aveva due camere da letto matrimoniali,un bagno e una cucina-soggiorno. Tutte le stanze erano balconate e al piano superiore vi era una bellissima terrazza dotata di barbecue,tavoli,sedie,sdraio e lo stendibiancheria.Era un piacere trascorrere la sera in terrazza al ritorno dalle passeggiate serali. Il proprietario della casa,il signor Ugo,una persona gentilissima e ci ha accolto benissimo. Una cosa che ci è piaciuta particolarmente è che non abbiamo mai avuto problemi di parcheggio,la macchina l'abbiamo sempre parcheggiata davanti casa,inoltre per dove si trova l'immobile non è una zona trafficata pertanto la notte si dormiva serenamente. Tutto perfetto
• Adéla (9/5): Superb - This property is amazing for a long stay. You have everything you need from the washing machine to the grill on the rooftop terrace and fully equipped kitchen. This apartment has two separate bedrooms and one kitchen with a living room. It's very spacious and in each of the rooms there is air-conditioning. The host is amazing, they are living on the ground floor of the building and are here to help with everything. Our flight was delayed so we changed our arrival time throughout the day and it wasn't a problem. The host even welcomed us with a bottle of Sicilian wine. The location is also convenient for travelling around as it is close to the main roads leading to Palermo, Trapani, or Scopello. Furthermore, parking in front of the property is free and there's definitely enough spaces. Overall the stay was amazing and perfect for a long relaxing holiday. Nothing. The only thing to expect is a low water pressure in the shower, but I'd say it's normal for Italy and even when they are experiencing a drought and need to save water. Another thing that was not a problem for our family was a little more hard mattresses, but they were comfortable.

• Samantha (10/5): We really enjoyed our stay - The hosts were very informative and clear with instructions on how everything worked. There was a bottle of water and a lovely bottle of Grillo wine chilling in the fridge for our arrival. The apartment was spotlessly clean and contained everything needed for a perfect stay. There is also a fantastic roof terrace available to use. The location was great for us as it was very near to the Bus station. There is also a very good supermarket and a great cafe (Le Corti Cafe) a short walk away. The town centre and Port were a 15 minute walk downhill. We will definitely stay here again when we return. The host Ugo provided information for the best patisserie, the best gelato and the best fish shop in Castelammare. Definitely take the host's advice because it's true.
