Elizabeth (7/5): Room seemed clean. Staff was friendly. - Good location. Reasonable price. Beds were comfortable. Shower went between cold and hot, back and forth, when showering. There was no hot tub. Extended checkout time was only allowed to 30 minutes and we had asked for 1 hour. The heating unit would get really loud at times and then switch back to quieter.

Jeanette (10/5): A hotel that exceeds expectations - The staff was wonderful from the moment we arrived. Then later called to see if our room met our expectations. It most certainly exceeded our expectations as we appeared to have received an upgrade. This was much appreciated as we are in town for a medical appointment and needed a night to relax before this appointment. Nothing, it was all perfect.

Andrew (2/5): Look elsewhere - We checked into our room, and got there and it smelled unbelievable bad of mildew. The toilet cover was busted, the trash wasn’t taken out. The vent above the shower was hanging down. They did let us move rooms but didn’t have anything that matched our king suite with a whirlpool. They moved us to a queen room without a wirlpool. When I asked about cost difference they wouldn’t give anything because I booked through hotels.com.

The location was perfect for us since it was only a mile and a half from where we wanted to be close to. We hope to stay here again next time we visit!

Calling the main phone number many times to which no one would answer. Check out - Again no one at the counter, with multiple guests waiting, cleaning staff had to go outside where the front counter clerk was smoking to get them to come in and help.
ChrisNorbury (8/5): A pleasant stay with no surprises - The mattress was far too soft for our liking, but that's a personal preference. AC was a bit underpowered. We rented a king suite, and appreciated the separate living/working area and the closed-door bedroom. I recommend the hotel add a non-slip feature to the bath tub. It's a bit risky for older guests. We put a hand towel on the tub floor as a substitute and that helped a lot. The hotel was generally quiet--we were there mid-week. Got a bit of traffic noise from busy Highway 13. Those wanting less noise should request a higher numbered room on either floor. 201, 202, 203 etc., are closer to the road than rooms 210 and higher. Free breakfast is typical for most motels these days. Free cookies at check in are tasty. Staff was efficient and friendly.

She was unable to so she was able to move us to another room, which was very nice of her. I’ve stayed here in the past and never been disappointed.

Lamp was stained. White stain on carpet? Carpet in hall way was all rippled. Fridge freezer door broken.

I booked this hotel because it had a hot tub. They told me the hot tub was out of service and being filled in. there was no discount offered or anything. That was the main reason for going there.

(The only complaint is that the hot tub was filled in! ;-( My daughter and I were hoping to enjoy a relaxing time in it!) Trust me, we found other things to do and places to go to.

I think that should have been disclosed when we booked the room. The breakfast was delicious. It was a little hard to carry our luggage up the stairs and all the way to our room. Overall, it was a nice experience.
725lucasp (8/5): Nice family stay - Kids loved the pool. The breakfast was a fairly typical free hotel breakfast, but had a good variety for adults and kids. The room wasn't perfect, but it was what we needed for the night. A few of the lamps didn't work in the room and the shower drain worked very slowly. Nothing that was a giant inconvenience for us, but I hope they are fixed for the next guests.

Schindler (4/5): Disappointing - My family always loves the breakfast. The front desk personnel was never behind the front desk or even trying to look productive. The only hotel I've ever stayed at where it's okay for staff to lounge in the recliners by the fireplace while their children were swimming in the pool unsupervised.

Teresa (8/5): - We have stayed here before. It is a place our family stays all together and have had great experiences. This one was not as good. We had 3 rooms and our room was the only one where the tv was set to Spanish so that was rough…lol I have never heard of that. In all fairness the manager offered to move us but we were already settled in and only staying for one night. Breakfast was always a pro for the hotel but the sausage was greasy and the eggs were kind of the same and the choice options are limited. We will give it another try next time but wanted to review.
