• li (3/5): 酒店入住的体验就是在入住之前产生了很多问题，但是后来都解决了10分的话，我只能给六分 - 房间比较满意，地脚在市中心房间也很大，给几点建议房间没有提供免费或者是收费的换洗床上用品，其中产生了一个重要的问题，当时在房间进入登记的时候，他要求提供客人所有的信息，包括境内客人的身份证号及家庭住址的详细信息，还要经过刷脸认证booking协商之后，商家告诉我这是意大利的法律规定，但提供不了任何有依据的法律文件，在入住的时候商家给我的时间是下午3:00之前，当我到达之后，商家一直没有给我任何入住的信息，包括楼层钥匙及开门密码，然后我找到booking后马上发给了我相关的信息，让我在门外拜拜，等了两个多小时，在这个方面我非常不满意，也非常生气，商家的这种做法让顾客伤心，但有时间我还会推荐客人去入住这个地方 商家提供的地方还可以，但是比较麻烦，因为他要进行相关的身份认证，包括你的护照信息，你国内家庭所有信息包括你的身份证号要进行刷脸，当时因为这个问题跟booking平台和商家交涉了很长时间，booking也给我答复，这是意大利的法律文件规定，但是他也提供不了任何文件

• Loreto (5/5): great location and very clean - clean and centrally located the walls are paper thin and you can hear everyone in the next room and across courtyard an alarm went off in the hallway at 11pm and it took almost 2 hours for them to resolve it not to mention it took quite a bit of time and a number of different text exchanges through auto text responses to finally get to to a human and get them to address the matter later that night at 4am there was some kind of argument and people trying to get into the room next door i had to go out twice - so we essentially got about two hours of sleep that night lastly the elevator door on the 4th floor sometimes get stuck open - resulting in us having to walk up 5 flights - once with all our luggage!

• Vimla (10/5): Excellent stay, super easy, fun, family friendly and the perfect location for exploring Madrid. - Absolutely incredible location, you're right in the centre. That being said, you're also right above a nightclub. Whilst it could have been quieter - the noise didn't bother us and the kids slept through it. Equally, ear plugs were provided but given there's a nightclub literally on the ground floor, it wasn't that noisy. It's definitely the trade off of being so central. You get loads of towels which was excellent, the roof terrace was incredible and the beds were really comfortable. The drains smelt slightly but nothing too awful, we weren't there in peak season and can imagine it being worse in the heat. The lift is really small, we couldn't fit our travel buggy and suitcase in it so expect to do multiple trips.

Mauvaise insonorisation et surtout pas très lumineux.

• Mirjana (7/5): A clean and perfectly located apartment, if you do not mind poor soundproofing. - The location is excellent—very central and easy to reach. There are fantastic restaurants nearby, and the proximity to the metro makes getting around the city very convenient. The building and the room were both clean and well-maintained. The walls are quite thin, so you can hear everything in the neighboring rooms. We dealt with noise from parties and crying children until the early hours of the morning throughout our stay, which wasn't ideal. Additionally, the sofa bed is not particularly comfortable for adults.

• Jess (8/5): Clean and convenient. Lovely balcony too but very noisy street at night during the weekend. - Very clean flat, well equipped kitchen and good bedding and towels. Spacious balcony with great furniture. Location is central. The staff were helpful and it suited our needs very well. There were no doors in the apartment except for the bathrooms. Everything was open plan which I didnt understand from the description. It was ok for me, my husband and the kids but my mother didnt have much privacy at night on the mezzanine. Also, only one cupboard for potentially 6 people - ok for two nights but I would have struggled with storing more clothes and hanging space if for longer. Also, we had to have the windows open for the heat and it was incredibly noisy outside until about 6-7am in the morning (Fri & Sat night). Nice touch to add ear plugs but heavy sleepers only can really have a rest in this flat if you want the windows open at night.

C’est la deuxième fois que je louais dans cet immeuble. Notre petit appartement donnait uniquement sur des cours intérieurs, c’était très très très sombre, il n’y avait pas de fenêtre dans le salon. J’aurai préféré en être informée, je n’aurai pas loué ce type de bien, si je l’avais su en amont.

• HUGH (9/5): Good value, comfortable and central. - Nicely fitted studios with everything you need for a couple of days. Very central, clean, well equipped and the bed was really comfortable. Noise from the corridor and it's busy street, but it goes with the neighbourhood.

• Soraya (9/5): Céntrico y calidad precio un 10! - El apartamento está en pleno centro, súper súper cómodo para conocer la ciudad y además la limpieza un 10. El personal también, muy muy amable! Nos alojamos en el ático y aunque estaba todo a estrenar, tienes que subir el último piso andando porque el ascensor solo llega al quinto y al ir con una bebé con carrito, y muchas maletas, no era muy cómodo. Un poco de ruido por la noche.
• Auriel (5/5): Good location and clean but noisy - Central location, clean. The confusion over payment meant I didnt get my access code and had to wait at the property over an hour. Another guest had the same problem. It seems the company is having technical issues. I've never experienced anything like this before. The other issue I experienced was the rave that went on until 4am somewhere in the vicinity. They need to invest in sound proofing. Awkward as i had to get a taxi to the airport at 6am...

• Ignacio (9/5): Apartamento completo y nuevo, bien ubicado. Repetiremos! - Ubicación y limpieza. Todo nuevo, casi a estrenar: 2 smartTV, cocina completa con cafetera Nespresso, tetera, tostadora grande, nevera, lavadora, plancha y tabla. Baño con ducha y toallas fantásticas, secador potente y bien iluminado. Dejaron unas cápsulas de café, infusiones, azúcar, sal, etc. Carrefour en la puerta. Fallaba la cerradura. El edredón muy gordo, las almohadas muy grandes y duras, pero eso va por gustos
• Mateo (9/5): Buena ubicación - Ubicacion , muy buena. El apart es tal cual la foto. El personal físico, q estaba alli, muy amable. El personal telemático o contacto on line, erróneo. Claves enviadas incompletas, etc . Supongo q estarían en pruebas. La idea de la autogestión es buena, práctica, con mas ventajas para el empresario, q para uno . Demoré mucho para ingresar, pare renovar una noche más y para la corrección de las claves, q están sin el numeral. ( faltaba una parte , en ambas oportunidades
• Maria (10/5): - La estancia en lime home fue extraordinaria. La ubicación del departamento es excelente cerca La plaza del sol, restorantes. El personal que estaba durante el día fue muy amable y siempre preocupados por nuestra estadía, nos brindaron información sobre algunas atracciones y ciudades cercanas. El departamento estaba muy bien decorado super completo, nos recibieron con cápsulas de café y también con discos para lavar la ropa. Super recomendable, a gendarmes nuestra próxima visita a Madrid con lime home.

Od samego początku problem z meldowaniem, brak pełnych kodów, rzekomy brak płatności. Przerzucanie między booking a własną platformą limehome. Obsługa nie potrafiła pomóc kierowala wyłącznie do kontaktu z ogólnym zespołem pomocy dla przez e-mail. Chłodno w apartamencie, klimatyzacja nie działa tak jak powinna. Widok? Na zsyp: nie to było gwarantowane w przy tej ofercie. Do środka nocy okropny hałas, krzyki; muzyka na full i trzaskanie talerzami. - na pobyt z dzieckiem totalnie odradzam to miejsce. To nie była kwestia centrum i hałasu. Mały blat w kuchni nie da się nic robić, brak suszarki na naczynia, zmywarki. 4 kapsułki kawy na tydzień pobytu, dla 2 osób. Internet - DRAMAT niby połączenie jest ale nic nie działa co skutkowało nawet brakiem filmów na tv. Kanały nie zsynchronizowane. Zasięgu brak - ze względu na te zsypy za oknami, brak wglądu nawet w pogodę za oknem

• Phil (7/5): Good apartment - needs soundproofing. - Central location. Good facilities. Overnight noise from club underneath the first floor apartment. Could not sleep first night - disturbed sleep other nights. Fifth floor apartment for parents fine.

• Guest (7/5): - Extrem gute Lage! Man kann sehr viele Dinge fußläufig erreichen und erkunden, z. B. den Königspalast, die Markthalle, die Metro, die Fußgängerzonen. Unterkunft liegt in einer belebten Umgebung. Lage ist Top! Außerdem ein super unkompliziertes Check-In-Verfahren, alles digital, sehr gut! Man der Unterkunft angemerkt, dass es die Zimmer schon von vielen genutzt wurden;). Sauberkeit war oberflächlich okay, jedoch hier und da hat man gesehen, dass sie sich mehr Mühe geben könnten.

Should have explained that entry code needed to input quickly. Windows with a view would have been a bonus, but we liked that it was quiet from not being on the street.

• Tanja (3/5): - Sauber, bequeme Betten. Personal war sehr freundlich und gut erreichbar. Es war sehr laut. Disco nebenan. An Schlaf war nicht zu denken. Disco ging bis 6:30 Uhr in der Früh. Auch nicht mit Ohrenstöpsel. Es vibrierte im Zimmer. Wir haben uns Beschwert, es wurde uns ein kleineres Appartement mit Schlafsofa im 3. Stock angeboten. Da es aber keine Garantie gab, dass es dort ruhiger ist, wollten wir nicht noch auf ein Bett verzichten. Keine Aussicht. Terrasse ganz unten in einem Schacht. Die einzigen Fenster der Wohnung schauen in Schächte.

• Konstanze Neysters (6/5): Madrid a place to be - Phantastische Lage super zentral, toller Pub und Supermarkt gleich daneben Leider neben einem Nachtclub und daher die ganze Nacht jede Nacht Lärm auf der Strasse. Die Fenster sind leider nicht gut um den Lärm zu mildern

I’ - It was in a great location, excellent facilities Access using the keycodes was a bit hit and miss. Main door didn’t always open and this meant waiting for someone to leave, or people just leaving the door ajar to get back in. But the main problem was the very noisy nightclub next door, with loud music thumping right through until about 5am. Also the plumbing from higher levels was very noisy. Noise from nightclub may not have been so bad for apartments on higher levels. The supplied earplugs weren’t much help.

• Murat Guney (8/5): Very nice - The room is spacious, clean, and equipped with every luxury. The hotel’s location is also fantastic. the room itself is so chic… but only book it if you’re used to noise until morning However, our room faced the street, and sleeping was nearly impossible. The bars stay open until 6 a.m., and the noise from people outside can wake you up several times during the night. The hotel management has thoughtfully placed earplugs next to the bed, but they don’t help much. The real solution is simple: there are double-layered windows—both outer and inner—but their insulation is practically nonexistent. Closing the windows doesn’t make much of a difference. If proper insulation were added to those windows, the noise problem would be solved.
