Было одеяло, комфортная кровать, плотные шторы. Не очень чисто, шум с улицы и соседи сверху постоянно что-то двигали, берите беруши.

- Dafne (8/5): - Cabe destacar la amabilidad y atención del personal en todo momento. Las instalaciones son correctas, y tiene un restaurante muy bonito en la última planta. El desayuno es tipo buffet, tiene lo necesario para un buen desayuno. Aunque parece que está bien ubicado, está situado en la parte moderna de fez, quedando la medina a distancias muy largas (casi 1 hora caminando). No lo recomiendo si tú idea es callejar y usar el transporte lo menos posible. Acabas caminando mucha distancia para llegar al hotel.

- Ali (4/5): - The lady working day time and the man in night time both are very rude and not welcoming at all, however the door guy was super friendly I stayed twice at the hotel and both times were very bad considering the smell coming from the toilet

Conclusione siamo usciti per andare a mangiare in altro ristorante!

- Ashley (6/5): - Upon checkin they couldn’t find our booking and told us we didn’t have one. They gave us a room and then tried to charge us for it the next day. Thankfully I had the receipt for my purchase and was able to show this and eventually had the charges withdrawn after they were insistent that I had to pay again. Additionally there was constant noise of furniture moving above us the whole time.

Breakfast was really poor only very little staff there and they didnt had even omelette or sausages or something like that. The hotel has a very sweet nice rooftop and i tried once a dinner and a lunch. Perfect quality greetings to chef

The hotel is located on a very noisy street, and the rooms have absolutely no soundproofing. The breakfast was disappointing. On the first night, we had a choice of eggs, soups, and vegetables, but the next day, when more guests arrived, the buffet was almost empty—just boiled eggs, no fruits, no yogurt, etc.
