- Mohamed (10/5): - Hôtel propre, agréable et facilement accessible. Il y a des restaurants et des commerces juste en bas de l’hôtel. L’établissement dispose également de toutes les commodités : supermarché, coiffeur, piscine, salle de sport, kids club, etc. Concernant les 10 derniers jours du Ramadan, il faut prévoir jusqu’à 2 heures d’avance pour rejoindre La Mecque à cause des routes bloquées par les autorités. La navette de l’hôtel doit s’arrêter à des stations imposées, puis il faut prendre les bus de La Mecque pour rejoindre le lieu sacré, surtout vers Salât al-Maghrib. Le retour se fait de la même manière, sinon il est possible de prendre un taxi privé. Je recommande vivement 👍 Tout est OK

- Jemco (3/5): Terrible Experience - Initially, it was okay. Check in was smooth and fast and the room was spacious. Poor communication from the Manager and his team. We came in from Haram at about 4am only to find out that part of the hotel had no light, we couldn't use the lift and our room is on the 20th floor, there was no WiFi, nothing. We had to pray Fajr in the mosque on the first floor, we couldn't access our room, we slept there in the mosque on bare rug like beggars. All the while, no single person explained what was going on to us. The front desk Staff could not speak fluent English and didn't have much information. We were stranded for over 6 hours until someone helped us to our room through another set of lifts (this information was not available to us earlier). By the time we accessed our room, there was no light, nothing. It was a complete mess.. We eventually had to request for a change of room, we were downgraded as we were given a smaller room compared to what we paid for, the manager is such a racist, didn't attend to us well, infact he didn't answer us. Even after telling them at the front desk that we need our room cleaned, for 2 days, we kept on coming back to dirty room, no change of towels, nothing. I will never return there and I will never recommend that hotel to anyone

- سعاد (8/5): لن اكررها - اتساع الغرفة والسرير كان مريح فندق جيد لولا لعده عن الحرم بعده عن الحرم استخدام باصات نقل عام حتى الوصول لباصات الفندق استخدمت التاكسي بدل من الباصات الافطار بسيط اعطيت غرفة بالدور الاول وكنت اسمع اصوات الاغاني في صالة الافراح التي تقع في نفس الفندق كل ليلة

- Majed (6/5): Communication must be improved - The reception was a major downside. The staff seemed overwhelmed and not properly trained for front-desk duties. Another big issue was communication — no one ever answered the phone at the hotel. We tried to make changes, but there was no response. Overall, communication skills, both online and in person, were a very serious weakness. Apart from that, the stay itself was okay. The hotel was decent, and there were no other major issues.

- samer (8/5): Excellent in everything’s - The reception staff provided poor service. They gave us our room keys without offering to help with our luggage or showing us where the elevators were located. Additionally, we requested fresh towels twice, but our request was never fulfilled.

(7/5): Nicht entsprechend unserer Erwartungen und nicht entsprechend einem 5 Stern Hotel. - Langes warten an Rezeption ca.20 Minuten bis wir bedingt wurden, wir hatten ca. 1 Stunde und 45 Minuten gewartet, bis wir unser Zimmer bekommen haben. Die Zimmer waren nicht gerichtet wie wir bei Booking.com gebucht hatten, wir haben zwei Zimmer für 6 Personen reserviert und haben wir ein Zimmer mit einem Doppelbett und das 2. Zimmer mit 2 Betten erhalten.

- Rawia (7/5): Good stay - The room was sebaceous well cleaned, the bed and the pillows are clean and comfortable, the bathroom is clean with good shower. I did not like the curtain on the window because it is too narrow that it doesn’t cover the whole window, so you can’t get the darkness during night to get enough sleep., I wish they change it and use blackout to cover the window.

- mohammadc172 (6/5): 3 star service - -Freezing cold swimming pool -Cold Jacuzzi with broken water heater -Shuttle bus goes hourly and you likely need to be standing as it’s packed. Then get a 2nd bus on public transport to the Haram. Nobody explains where to get on/off for the connection. So many hours are wasted for a 10 minute journey. -Staff don’t speak English but then again it’s Saudi where they don’t give any importance to teach English from early schooling. So much for Saudi Vision 2030.
