- Kathryn (3/5): Disappointed - It was a lovely room The television didn’t work and the USB Ports didn’t work and there was no information booklet in the room. We went to the theatre and came back at 10pm no staff in the bar, we did get served however when we wanted a second drink we had to find the bar man, not his fault just a lack of staff. I asked for an accessible room and was informed that there were only three steps which I could manage, however that wasn’t true. I feel like we paid a lot for the accommodation which I wouldn’t mind paying for if everything was right, which it wasn’t.

The lift didn’t work properly. The shower wasn’t great. Breakfast could have done with being served earlier than 8.30am

- Mark (6/5): The hotel was adequate but our party was faced with faulty plumbing and water pressure total failure - The front desk and restaurant staff were friendly and helpful. The building has seen better days but it is the small details that create average ratings. Its location is quiet and well situated for the town and the seaside. A lift should not have a faulty floor selection button for 4 days. Soap dispensers are fine if they dispense properly. It must be tough running the restaurant for dinner but having to commit to limited particular days in advance is tough particularly with young children. We could not commit to that system. Breakfast was adequate at 3 star level. Served with a smile however.

Parking was not free but very low cost and ok during off peak season. Cold water supply low pressure, then failed and had to be repaired. low pressure remained though. Old water pumps made uncomfortable sound while operating. Breakfast was the bare minimum. Room was cleaned once in 4 nights.

Check-in was quick and friendly — special thanks to Wajiha at reception, whose lovely smile and warm service really looked after us during check-in and breakfast. The location is perfect for walking to shops and restaurants, and the breakfast was fresh and tasty. Wi-Fi was fast and reliable. The staff were genuinely helpful and made me feel welcome. Highly recommended — I’d definitely stay again! Nothing

- Hitesh (10/5): Great location, very helpful staff , value for money. - The staff were very helpful especially Vidisha and Kami . Breakfast was okay , could try and add avocado to the toast and poached eggs. Facilities are great , they even let us keep the luggage in the Reception till 4 . The fire alarm went off in the night which was a bit scary but then it stopped after 30 seconds. Apparently someone was smoking .

Für einen kürzeren Aufenthalt ist es bestens geeignet, auch das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt. Das Waschbecken ist sehr klein, aber das ist nicht so gravierend.

- Barbara (5/5): Avoid this Hotel. - Hotel was in a great location. The room was clean and comfortable. Very unhelpful receptionist. No information given about wifi, breakfast times,or keys. No ambience in the hotel. Service and food at breakfast was appalling. They took ages to bring food and then it was the wrong order. Staff had zero customer service skills.
