- Layla Wahid (5/5): Disappointing Room Arrangement and Unprofessional Massage Service - The location , the cleanliness. There was no fridge in the room. We had specifically selected two single beds, but were instead given one queen bed, which was inconvenient. I would also advise guests not to take the massage service. After a long day, we requested two masseurs for a 90-minute session. They only arrived at 9:40 pm. From the start, they were talking loudly about personal matters, repeatedly asking each other how much time was left. The massage quality was poor as they were constantly using their phones while massaging. The session ended at 10:47 pm, which was well short of the promised 90 minutes. They then washed their hands, collected the payment, and left without explanation. Although this is a third-party service, the hotel should ensure that any vendor they engage is professional and reliable, as it directly affects the guest experience.

The window in my room opened to the outdoor air conditioning units and the boilers because of which it was quite noisy. We may have just ended up in an unlucky room though.

I booked 2 rooms for 3 adults but later my son chose to join me so become 4 person and i was charged xtra 100,000 plus another 100,000 for early chekin @ 12:00pm. Where my stay at fave hotel batam with early checkin with no charges and standard rooms normally accommodate 2 adults with no xtra charges. Fyi I frequent your hotel whenever I travel to tg pinang.

- Mohamad Fahmi (8/5): WORTH TO STAY - Pleasant stay overall with a few minor hiccups. The hotel was lovely, with friendly and welcoming staff who made the experience enjoyable. I especially appreciated the cosy rooftop dining areaâit had a great ambiance and served delicious food. One small issue was during adzan time, when the speaker volume wasnât turned down, which slightly disrupted the peaceful atmosphere. Also, breakfast could be improved by ensuring items are topped up when running low. My room had a wall view, which wasnât ideal, but that mightâve been my oversight during booking. Still, it didnât take away too much from the overall experience. Overall, my stay was decent, but there were a few areas that could be improved. Breakfast wasnât topped up when items were running low, which was a bit disappointing. I was also assigned a room with a wall viewâperhaps I shouldâve requested a room with a better view or selected the right option during booking. That said, it wasnât a major issue and didnât significantly affect my stay.

- Meiny (10/5): We had a great time staying at Nite & Day Laguna - Great location in the middle of town centre. Easy to get around. We are able to go on morning walk and run along the waterfront, and explore shops on the main road. Breakfast menu has a good variety of food. Quite a few steps to get to the lift and to the room. The window in our room has a view into the abandoned shopping centre. Quite weird and creepy, but we left the curtain shut, so that wasnât too bad.

Location is good, night market just a few steps away. Hotel is very close to ferry terminal. They made me pay for " breakage" for staining the bedsheet due to my monthly period. I wouldn't mind paying if I break something but stain can be washed away! Not guest friendly and lack of empathy in my opinion. Also they are very strict with check in time so please don't expect to check in earlier even if you are 30 mins earlier than check in time.
