• Mark Derbyshire (4/5): Not the hotel it looks online. - The only good thing about this hotel was the gentleman at reception, Kuldip Vara. Very good communications, able to solve problems and just get the job done. Everything else was bad other than Kuldip Vara working at Reception. The food options were terrible, staff were aimlessly walking about unable to fulfil basic duties and just overall very poor. We sat to have a Pizza as this was the only option at the time of arrival and it was hard work to get an order placed and food to arrive. The staff were very clueless. We tried to ruin with it but after a while it got quite irritating. The layout of the hotel is the worst I have ever seen. It has an atrium feel with winding staircase and the restaurant is right in the middle. The night we were there there was a birthday party going on and the noise and music was horrendous. We hardly slept. The sheets had seen better days. They were bobbly indicating they were old and used numerous times. They had faded into a dull white almost yellow colour. We had no towels or toiletries in our room and has to ask 4 times for these to be delivered. Finally I had to personally go down to reception and ask Kuldip who was very embarrassed and said he would personally go and get this done. I would not recommend this hotel.

• Ricardo Magnago (9/5): Good option in the middle of downtown - Clean rooms, spacious and updated Staff always very steady to help you Good gym Across the street there's a shopping mall Around the corner a Pizza Hut and a dely restaurant could have more options for westerners. 2 kind of sandwiches and no pizza or other kind of option besides traditional india food. So if you're a foreigner be prepared.
• Mahesh (9/5): - I booked Bizz Hotel last minute through Booking.com, and it turned out to be a great place to stay. The location is perfect — close to all the high-street brands, restaurants, and coffee shops. The rooms are spacious, well-equipped, and very comfortable. The on-site restaurant and café serve good food and have a pleasant atmosphere. I’d highly recommend it for both short and long stays. It could do with a gym which would be nice .

• Vish (8/5): It was consistantly good experience. Loved the breakfast, liked the services and the staff. - Consistant good rooms, staff and especially breakfast. It is a realy good hotel with good staff. Everything is almost fine. Somethings some small things here and there may not be perfect, but i wouldn't worry and still go back to the Bizz.

• Mayur (9/5): Overall a very good hotel and staff are very helpful. - As a family this was out 4th visit at The Bizz Hotel. We have always found them very welcoming and have looked after us. The rooms are nice and clean, being vaisnav's we do not eat onion or garlic. There is never much of a choice for breakfast for us. That was the only concern that we had. Selection of breakfast items for people who do not eat onion or garlic.
• Jayesh (6/5): Pleasant - Excellent location, right on the famous Yagnik Road. Very delicious food - some of the best I have eaten in hotels. Maybe because it's meant to be a business hotel, but the room was rather basic. No tissue box. Very few toiletries in the bathroom. The bathroom felt very dark, especially with the dark coloured walls. Difficult to shave in such poor light.
• Jeegar (5/5): Not too bad but also not great. - I liked the location and the cleanliness. The hotel needs maintenance, i stayed for 2 nights and i couldn't sleep one night due to AC not working. They repaired the AC twice but still it wasn't working properly. Also they didn't change the room for me until end of the second day when i refused to stay for any more in the hotel. They gave me a premium room but only when the whole second day was passed when it was time to sleep.

We had all of our bathroom sets replaced daily when some parts hadn’t even been used, and there was still plenty of use left in the soap. This is so wasteful and not good for the environment.

Don’t go if you want to sleep! - Spacious roo, comfy bed, good food BUT noisy noisy noisy Most rooms on all floors are overlooking the central area where the restaurant is located. Also the rooms are not sound proof. So in our case we were awake till 2AM. Terrible when fellow guests don’t care about their behaviour. Receptionist was slow in reaction. Try to avoid this hotel.

• Tejus (1/5): Mould pouring out the shower and toilets that don’t flush! They didn’t care. - Nothing. Service was terrible, multiple things in the room didn’t work including the toilet and the hotel offered nothing to rectify the issue. Leaking sink, mould coming out of the shower and fridge was broken. This was in a suite room too and when raised with the hotel, they weren’t willing to do anything about it. They will now respond saying they did everything and I have nothing to be disappointed with, but don’t believe it. The service was horrendous and the room was disgustingly bad.

• Pedro (1/5): Bad - Location is good 1. The room needs deep cleaning, hair everywhere, stains everywhere, dirty bedding 2. Toilet keeps breaking, loud noises at night 3. The lady manager was extremely rude after we complained of they made us change rooms, their service, the cleanliness. She offered complementary shuttle service but that wasn't enough to compensate for paying over 120 GBP per night for such a terrible and dirty place. Her attitude can't be justified. 4. Value for money is just terrible 5. Staff is responsive but management is the worst you will find, she is entitled and rude to guests

• Reshma (5/5): Nice hotel but very poor hospitality and service - - bed and shower were very good - good location - Indian breakfast options are good (fresh dosa / masala omelette) - service was very poor. When asking for something, it took a very long time or didn’t happen at all - they damaged our clothes when we gave them for laundry (not accidental damage, they wrote the room number on the white clothes with a permanent black marker, on some clothes it was even visible when worn. After much complaint, 3 attempts to remove, they left a hole in a very expensive white shirt. They didn’t refund for the shirt - only waived the room service charges. - room keys often didn’t work, we had to go up and down 2-3 times at some points to get into our room - it took 30mins in the restaurant (we were the only table there) to get milk for tea - we asked for hot water, which they then brought a kettle, plugged and turned on, and then never gave us the hot water, we had to get it ourselves - we sat at a table that was not cleaned because it was near family, and no one came over to clean it. We had to remove all the dirty cutlery ourselves into another table - staff are not properly trained on hospitality, they are friendly but need to learn more about how to host and treat guests to ensure guests are well looked after.

• Rashmikant (1/5): It was really bad hotel with staff unhelpful, rude and unprofessional - Hotel layout was so badly designed all rooms were in a circular shape with open on all floors with location of first floor restaurant in middle. Any noise carried to all rooms, specially 2nd floor. We requested that we didn’t want our party to be located on that floor from our first short stay, which kept us all awake with the loud music until midnight. The hotel did not take this into account and allocated half of our party into second floors. On our third floor room, we found that in the room had a such a bad old and dangerous office which was standing on the middle section and not on its legs The room was not cleaned regularly using same sheets. Found pillow cases left in the room. One day for 24 hours our had power cuts which kept on going even when it was re-set, within minutes electricity kept tripping. Location which we had chosen
• Rashmikant (1/5): Disappointed - Nothing The wrong structure and rounded with the rooms located around which was open from first floor restaurant so everything that went on you can hear from your rooms The rooms had a set of curtains which only had one window the other had brick wall
• Rashmikant (2/5): - Right from start the staff were cold and unwelcoming The way the hotel is built is rounding of rooms and open up to 1st floor where the restaurant is located so any noise created come through to all the rooms. When we had stayed on our first visit and requested that none of our party should be located there and found half of our party had been put into 2nd floors We had so many problems with rooms my office chair was broken very old and was not stable We had electric cut out for 24 hours and took that long to sort out the issues We found that staff members would talk above when people were on the phone Taken very long time for breakfast omelette when arrived was very cold. We made the complaint to people and nothing happened or hotel offered us anything As we had 7 rooms booked and as we had paid so we could not move to another hotel but found that other people found the same issues and moved to another hotel
