• Dominique (7/5): Une localisation intéressante, mais peu de contact avec le personnel - Localisation dans un quartier résidentiel, calme, commerces proches, facilités de stationnement. Restaurant à côté de l'hôtel, bon accueil, possibilité de petit déjeuner en terrasse sous les arbres, prix corrects. Personnel non joignable après 17 h. L'enregistrement automatique est facile, cependant, on ne peut joindre personne pour signaler un problème.

• Cerda (3/5): Tråkigt upplevelse med krypp och högljud drn ventilationen - Rummet hade så fin dekoration, Hostalen hade bra kommunikation förbindelse med Tram tåget och buss bara runt hörnet, en restaurang brevdid och supermarket mitt emott. Stället såg charmigt ut. Receptionisten var mycket trevligt och bad om ursäkt och sa att detta hade aldrig hänt förut och var vänlig att erbjuda oss ett annat rum men vi föredrog att inte stanna där och fick pengarna tillbaka, det var inga problem med återbetalning. Toalettens fläckt lätt som en borrmaskin, ett så högt ljud när man tänder lampan. Dessutom hade sängn, kuddar vägglös och andra krypp och jag hoppade av min dotters skrik, detta gjorde att vi lämnade platsen omedelbart och vi letade efter någon annanstans att övernatta. Det värsta var att sängen var fullt med insekter som kröp under täcken, kuddar, det vad äckligt och chockerande. Det finns Cala med 20 minuters promenad men ingen strand i närheten, man måste åka en bit till Albufera stranden i så fall.

Codzienne sprzątanie pokoju, miła obsługa i świetna knajpka przy obiekcie. W pobliżu przystanki komunikacji miejskiej (tramwaj i autobus), dzika plaża, kawałek dalej - piękna piaszczysta plaża. Ewidentnie maja problem z kanalizacją, czasami było czuć nieprzyjemny zapach.

• WILLBAFORCE (4/5): Decent facilities and great location. - The room was clean - the bed was comfortable. Shower was good and the staff were perfectly pleasant when I did encounter them. The other guests ruined 1 night of my stay. Constant shouting and disruption at 3/4am - no staff were present. If this is a "party" hostel, this should be made clear. One other guests actually came out of their room and screamed for the others to shut up, which they never did. It was at least an hour and no staff came to quieten them down.

However it might be their intention. (Old French decorations, pictures and art). A chest with mirrors and eyeless masks hung on walls. We were accommodated in two single beds although we are a married couple so not super comfortable. The bathroom was spacious and clean. The facilities were kept up. We were given a reccomendarioj to eat a "La Palloza" restaurant which belongs to the same owners and is located right next to the hostal. We were charged twice what we ordered. The prices do not seem reasonable compared to better restaurants in the area. We would suggest not going there. Overall our experience was good and it felt more like a hotel than a hostal. Front desk attendant was nice upon check-in. The room was under ground and was clean. The decorative theme however was not super appealing. However it might be their intention. (Old French decorations, pictures and art). A chest with mirrors and eyeless masks hung on walls. We were accommodated in two single beds although we are a married couple so not super comfortable. The bathroom was spacious and clean. The facilities were kept up. They only had a few English channels on the TV. They had a heater and a/c. I developed a really bad headache while asleep which I thought it might have been related to the heater. We were suggested to eat a "La Palloza" restaurant which belongs to the same owners and is located right next to the hostal. We were charged twice what we ordered. The prices do not seem reasonable compared to better restaurants in the area. We would suggest not going there. Overall our experience was good and it felt more like a hotel than a hostal.

• Randoing (1/5): EMPESTE LE TABAC - La chambre EMPESTAIT le tabac froid, même avec la fenêtre ouverte. Ça puait tellement que la fenêtre était déjà ouverte quand je l'ai récupérée. Avec le chauffage allumé juste en-dessous. Tout les tissus et literie étaient imprégnés, c'était presque irrespirable. L'ensemble de mon bagage et de mes vêtements sont imprégnés de cette odeur. En plus la salle de bain était sale. J'ai fait des photos. Je demande clairement le remboursement intégral de ce que j'ai payé. J'ai envoyé message et mail hier vers 17h30 à l'hôtel pour que l'on me rembourse et que je cherche un autre logement pour la nuit. Malheureusement on ne m'a pas répondu. Recevoir des clients de cette manière est absolument irrespectueux ! Merci de me rembourser la nuit horrible passée dans cet hôtel

Las paredes son de papel, se escucha a cualquier persona que pasa andando por el pasillo. La TV no funcionaba. Y reservé con un mes de antelación la habitación pidiendo cama grande y fueron separadas.

• Dermot (4/5): Not good enough - We liked the location & the place in general Any problem was to quote "your problem" especially by one member of staff - who was extremely rude and in fact refused to answer phone, or come out from office to reception. We were asked to move room on two separate occasions (due to a light/light switch not functioning causing lights to constantly turn on/off in rapid succession and another time would not function at all) with no help, whatsoever from staff. There was no regard for Health & Safety issues, no continuity between night shift staff and day shift.....etc. etc There was almost no english speaking person on the staff..Overall, it was unsatisfactory, for us on this occasion. Finally, we had no kettle, no coffee facility which, surely, is a basic requirement and no phone (to contact reception - ,

Uele a sucio como se tuviera acabado de hacer sexo en la habitación horrible llegué con las niñas fue pésimo,camarera mal educada el atendente de la recepción no te mira la cara ,un método horrible de maquina para hacer tu chekinh super dificile ,lo peor es la limpieza y el olor de las habitaciones por 120 euros la noche busque algo mejor .no volveremos jamás .

• Guy Martial (8/5): Dans l’ensemble c’est un endroit magnifique et je le recommande. - La chambre était propre , le wifi fonctionne parfaitement 24h/24. La dame dans le restaurant juste à côté ainsi que la réceptionniste étaient accueillantes. La dame qui fait le nettoyage de la chambre est polie et semblait cool aussi. En revanche, l’accès à la chambre lors d’une arrivée tardive mérite d’être amélioré. Nous sommes arrivés à 23h, après la fermeture de la réception, et l’utilisation de la borne à l’entrée pour récupérer la carte de la chambre a été très compliquée. On a été obligé d’appeler mais là aussi c’était difficile car au téléphone la dame parlait espagnol. C’est un point à améliorer, déjà le voyage a été long et fatiguant et arrivé à l’hôtel on doit faire face à un autre challenge.

• Filomena Silva (8/5): - The hostel is nice and has recently been refurbished. It has a great lounge area at the entrance were you can have a drink and smoke. It has a vending machine outside with some drinks and snacks. You don't need to worry about check-in time because it is autonomous and done through a machine that's placed outside. They even rung you the same day with the instructions for the machine. Not having noone at the reception desk at any time. My room was in the ground zero, but it looked more like a basement and the window was so high that I couldn't see through it

• Joseba (5/5): Bien calidad-precio. - El hostal está muy bien calidad precio. Bien ubicado, con facilidad de aparcamiento y para pasar una noche por trabajo, todo muy correcto. Está limpio, el baño es cómodo, tiene secador de pelo y se agradece que la televisión tenga androidtv para poder pasar el tiempo. Me gustó la terraza y que el bar está abierto desde las 8 hasta las 00:00 No me gustó que solicité una cama grande, se me confirmó que sí y luego cuando llegué, tenía una habitación con 3 camitas pequeñas. Soy grande y no pude dormir bien. La puerta de entrada a la planta estaba rota y costaba salir.

• África (9/5): Descanso junto al mar en un hostal con encanto y buena atención - Una estancia maravillosa en un hostal encantador. La ubicación en la zona costera de Alicante es ideal para disfrutar del mar y el ambiente relajado. Las instalaciones están muy cuidadas: la piscina es perfecta para refrescarse, el restaurante ofrece platos deliciosos, y la máquina de vending resulta muy práctica en cualquier momento del día. Además, cuentan con todos los accesos bien señalizados y adaptados, lo cual se agradece mucho. Destaco especialmente la atención del personal: cercanos, amables y siempre dispuestos a ayudar. ¡Repetiremos sin duda! Las habitaciones estaban limpias, bien equipadas y cómodas, aunque personalmente encontré las almohadas bastante duras. Claro, para gustos, colores... seguramente habrá quienes las prefieran así. Un detalle a mejorar sería la máquina de vending: el precio del agua pequeña (1,30 €) me pareció algo elevado, y en el momento no disponían de cambio, lo que dificultó su uso. Aun así, el entorno, la atención y las instalaciones en general hacen que merezca la pena la estancia. ¡Gracias por todo!
