- vargas (10/5): Cómoda - Lo fácil y práctico para entrar y llegar.
- Rosa (9/5): -
- Marc (10/5): - Situation geographique
Grand appartement tres bien amenagé et decoré

- Roshanak (8/5): Beautiful wide flat in the centre of London City, great for business stays as well as for tourism - Beautiful, nicely furnished, perfect location, nice windows, wide and spacious, many restrooms, good value for money I think the apartment needs to have decent air conditioning as it was a bit of an oven in June. Also getting in the apartment appeared like getting out of an escape room, as the indications were a bit limited while if some pictures were added would have had better idea of what was expecting me. Also they made a mistake on the code to use for the room and the answers on whatsup were delayed. It was quite confusing in the first place but the other days all good.

- Colin (10/5): First class - Exceptional location and extremely well equipped. Would highly recommend to others. Nothing
- Dean (9/5): -
- Rosalva (10/5): Excelente! - Departamento muy bonito, muy amplio y muy cómodo.
Tiene todo lo que necesitas para una estancia feliz.
La ubicación es muy buena!
- Amir (7/5): Decent place to stay. Nicely decorated and convenient to underground and attractions. - Comfortable beds, good furniture. Location was close to some attractions. Host WhatsApp was not responsive at all. Emergency number was good though. The bedroom carpet is stained and can use a bit of cleaning or update. Showers are hard to operate. Laundry machine does not dry well. Small Kitchen appliances were sparse. Only an electric kettle and a toaster. No coffee maker. Not much in terms of coffee and tea. Would have been nice to have a bottle of water in the fridge. The bar downstairs (just below the unit) gets keg delivery at 7AM and they are dragged and banged right under the bedroom windows.
- Russell (8/5): Very good -
- Danielle (8/5): Great location , large apartment and comfortable furnishings. Felt like home - Property was spacious and had all the amenities you could need. We enjoyed our stay and loved our time in London. Close to bus stops, tube and chemists, food and groceries. Carpets need a good clean .
- Richard (8/5): Very good -
- Murtatha (8/5): The flat was very nice very welled equipped, i had issues with the wifi connection and the lock of the main door, it too -
- David (9/5): Superb -
- Katherine (6/5): Pleasant - Location No hot water for two days
No manual provided for apartment with instructions for processes or household appliances.
- Gavin (10/5): It was ideal for our purposes and we will definitely return if we can - Great location and all the necessary facilities
- Desmond (1/5): diabolically poor management - complained several times that wifi did not work.. they have icknowledged my reports but fasiled to fix it, or even attempt to fix it. THEN ignored EVERY attempt to seek a compromise post visit .. Zero contact . VERY dissatisfied as i had to leave th property in order to work
- Francisco (10/5): - Good place
- Joshua (4/5): Disappointing -
- Wordsworth (8/5): Fantastic apartment for a family. Great location, with plenty of space. -
- Laura (8/5): Very good -
- Abigail (8/5): Very good - Lovely spacious apartment with everything that needed. Sound from the streets below is very loud. Could benefit from double glazed windows.
- Mark (8/5): Ideal for the City - Well located. Everything I needed. Having to fight through the pub forecourt to get in.
- Siddharth (8/5): Very good -
- Bertu (10/5): Exceptional - I couldn't ask for more—clean, comfortable, and great location.
- Nicola (9/5): Superb -
- Mizgin (4/5): - The apartment wasn’t soundproof at all. You could hear everything outside and when we tried to contact the owners, they did not respond.
- Caroline (8/5): A really good alternative to a hotel in the City. Don’t be put off by the noise of the bar in afternoon/ evening the - The generous size and location to the City / office The lift wasn’t working when we first arrived and we were on the 3rd floor! It was working the next day thankfully
- Parker (7/5): I enjoyed my stay. - Spacious central location No one to talk to when things go wrong
- Erika (8/5): Great stay, spacious and good value - The central location and being walking distance from several bus and train stations was great for sightseeing. The property was spacious and having multiple bathrooms was great. It felt safe walking around in the night in that area. I would recommend this location for friends and families coming to stay in London. There is very little noise insulation so all sounds on the street can be heard including garbage trucks early in the morning and people at the pub downstairs (luckily the pub isn't open too late). We stayed for one full week - it would have been nice if someone helped us with the trash or restocked toiletries at least once. Wifi was not great.
- Angelique (8/5): Great location for work. - The place is spacious and fairly well equipped (a few dishes missing, no salt / pepper, etc., but I had no real challenges). It was very clean. Towels are big, fluffy, clean. Views are great. A little run down and in need of fresh paint - but quite comfortable. I realise there are other reviews with noise complaints because it is above a bar but given it was easy to close doors from the front room, hall and bedroom - it was easy to block the noise and I didn't find this an issue. Location is great - several tubes to choose from between 7 - 10 min away. I would stay again.
- Hannah (10/5): Perfect location to Liverpool Street and the city - Everything we needed for 3 days away with work Lift was a little slow but I feel that’s barely a complaint, just a comment
- Karen (8/5): Very good - This apartment is in a spectacular location . Walking distance from Liverpool St and Aldgate train stations. The apartment itself is lovely with a beautiful view of The Gherkin My only qualm was the noise from the courtyard bar downstairs.
- Bobbie (7/5): I would love to do business with you again; clean up your maintenance problems particularly the WIFI - The location was excellent; the maintenance so-so. The personnel were amazing.
The major decisions, Wi-Fi, regular maintenance, how to book, etc all come from the top of whatever organization owns this property. Bad business decisions from them. See above and I want to emphasize that the personnel are amazing, do a rapid response, and generally work hard to clean up situations that should have been handled before a renter arrives.
- Anthony (8/5): Would be happy to stay here again - The property was very roomy and the wardrobe space was huge, we came with six pieces of luggage and had no problem storing the luggage. Only 5 minute walk to the nearest tube station and to restaurants. The bed was very comfortable. We used the washing machine and had drying racks to dry the clothes. I read some reviews about the noise, however in the seven nights we stayed at the property we didn’t experience any excessive noise. The instructions on how to access the property were fairly easy to follow. Getting the right temperature for the shower was very tricky, and the bathroom door stuck and required some force to open it. Instructions on how to turn on the power to the appliances and to operate the appliances would be useful.
- Jennifer (4/5): Very noisy - Large and spacious Over a pub really noisy the noisiest place ever I could not sleep with the loud noises bin truck at 3am church bells vehicles planes people
- Serena (7/5): Good -
- Lauren (10/5): Exceptional -
- Josephine (9/5): Superb -
- Sarah (7/5): Very British - Great location! Ext noisy. There seems to be a bin collection and line bike restock every morning at the wee hours!
- Kathryn (8/5): - The apartment was nice, clean, and perfect for our trip. There were 4 of us, and we stayed for a week. Check-in was simple; once we paid, they sent us the gate and door codes. The noise level was loud during the day, but that was expected for the location. The reason I gave it 4 stars is because it was hot as hell, especially at night. They only had 2 tiny fans that did nothing. The ventilation fan in the smaller bathroom was broken, which didn’t help with the heat. Also, they did not stock enough toilet paper for 4 guests for a week. There is no on-site person to ask for more supplies. The kitchen has a few things, but there is not enough to cook a meal there. There is a corner market nearby with great deals on already-cooked easy meals. Also, the wifi was useless, and there were no instructions on the light switches. I tried for a week to turn off a set of kitchen lights and could never figure it out.
- Francesc (10/5): - Estancia excelente. Un apartamento muy grande, espacios y cómodo, totalmente equipado. Muy bien comunicado y con diferentes zonas y lugares turísticos para visitar a pie.
- William (9/5): Really enjoyed the apartment & location. Would certainly stay here again. Great view of the Gherkin! - The size of the apartment. The location of the accommodation was very good.
Great to be able to walk to the historic sites of London - eg London Tower etc
- Sarah (10/5): Fabulous find would use again - Spacious, comfortable, perfect location for a wedding we were invited to Shame there wasn’t a broom. To sweep up. And no hair dryer.
- Leo (7/5): Good - Close to centre, about half hour walking and the tube combined. Has separate living room, kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. Very poor sound insulation, you can hear everything that's going on outside. Only for those that are sound sleepers.
- Trang (8/5): Great, spacious apartment if you don’t mind the evening noise during the week days. - Location in terms of proximity to a tube station (e.g., Aldgate, Tower Hill) was excellent. Property was spacious and clean and the management team was quick to respond to any inquiries. In terms of the location of the actual building, it is just above a small courtyard that has a pub downstairs, which can get quite loud with the after work drinks crowd (which is only during the week). Bedroom windows are located right above the small courtyard. A bit loud if staying with young children or elderly family members. If you plan on cooking anything, you will need to purchase everything including salt, pepper, cooking oil etc.
- Andela (7/5): Great apartment, but still has a lot of potential - Location, size Small beds, lack of toilet paper, lack of kitchen stuff, bad internet
- Lorraine (9/5): Fantastic, clean apartment with really good facilities. Could do with a grab bar for getting in and out of the bath! - Loved the location! The lift was a bit temperamental!
- Kerrie (4/5): Not for us - Good Location to trains and river
Bathroom products were good
and washing machine Soooooo noisy, pub, Lime bikes, trucks, cars all night….No sound insulation at all. It felt like the people on the street were in the room. The blinds did little to keep the light out and had to shut bedroom door to keep street light from shining straight into room. No Internet until the 4th day after many emails. No on site staff. Our door cards were unactivated after 3 days and after many phone calls and standing in full sun this was fixed Their response was “Oh you are staying the week “
Stains on bedroom floors 🫣grotty
- Tatje (10/5): Great location for a busy family - We were able to walk to the Tower of London, All Hallow’s church & sky garden. Many restaurants and eatery were within walking distance. And when we did get an Uber or taxi it was usually £20-£30 to most locations £100 to Heathrow. The location was really great. The flat its self was very convenient for us. Two bed rooms each with its own bathroom and adequate closet space. The four of us were very comfortable. The kitchen had most the things we needed for the heat up and cooking . And fans were in the bedrooms when needed. Having an extra 1/2 hath in the hall was very nice and having a washer was what really sold us on the flat The carpets desperately needed to be clean. I did not like walking barefoot on them. The smaller bedroom had an iron burn on the floor. New carpet is needed but a good steam cleaning would help. A towel and sponge in the kitchen is needed. I did read this in previous reviews and had planned to bring one but forgot. It would have been nice as we used one of the hand towels from the hall bathroom. There is a LOT of noise. The pub actually did not bother us as much as the garbage trucks, and street maintenance noise that starts about 5am. We got up early and didn’t mind it too much but it’s like the windows are all open. It’s noisy. We also had an issue with the hot water in the shower in the smaller bedroom. I called twice they politely said they would send someone, we had a cold shower the whole time we were there. We figured out that we could turn the sink hot water on and then were able to get a warm shower. The bigger bedroom had hot water at all times.
- Richard (8/5): Nice apartments in a great location and good value for money but the internet lets t down each time. - Great location and very light and comfortable. The internet wasn’t very good and stopped going. The response time in getting it fixed was a little slow. Also the hot water ran out in the shower very quickly a couple of times.
- David (5/5): Passable - Size of apartment Customer Service was abysmal. We were unable to get into the apartment and was offered no assistance at all by the call centre. Completely ignored
- Czyzewski (8/5): Very good -
- Geena (10/5): Exceptional -
- Matthew (8/5): Very good -
- Sharon (9/5): Superb -
- Jennifer (8/5): Very good -
- Valerie (9/5): Lovely apartment, great location. - The apartment was spacious, very clean and in a great location. The view of The Gherkin was superb. It was well heated (weather was very cold and wet for the time of year) which was a real bonus. Very nice toiletries were provided. There was great storage in the bedroom. The apartment is also situated in a very secure courtyard. Very close to a variety of public transport. The courtyard also included a pub which was incredibly noisy. This didn't concern me too much as it was closed at the weekend and at 22:30 during the week. There is a lot of building work in the area which is also very noisy and, rather bizarrely, the road sweeper and recycling lorry went past around 05:00.
- Charles (5/5): If you’re thinking 4 star hotel as it is rated you will be sorely disappointed - Location is great for work Lousy customer service. No reception and flexibility on check in and out timings. No baggage check given the preceding issue. Faulty heater at check in. Many basic appliances like toilet paper and hair dryer are not provided unless asked for. Space can be noisy above a bar and in a commercial area so better sealing of the place would help tons
- Carol (8/5): Very good -
- Mary (10/5): This lovely place is nestled in the heart of the high rises & central to most everything. Walked everywhere for meal - Fantastic place, fantastic location. Everything was lovely.
- Meredith (8/5): - The apartment was clean and large. The location was convenient to multiple Underground stations. We did not have issues with noise as others noticed, but the pub in the courtyard does crowded. The furnishings were not super-comfortable if you want to spend any time sitting around in the unit. We cooked dinner multiple times and found the kitchen lacking in basics like towels, napkins etc and cooking oils, salt, pepper, so be prepared to purchase those. Overall, it was a decent stay for us while in London for a week.
- Nick (8/5): Very good -
- Noémie (9/5): Would recommend. - Very spacious apartment with two bedrooms. Clean, but worn - to be expected in London. Located 5. min walk from London tower. Safe and nice area - Would definitely book again. All info. regarding the stay received on e-mail a few days before arriving. Worked superbly. We had some difficulties with how to lock the door when leaving the apartment the first time- our fault, but would have been nice with a short intro. about the workings of the apartment etc - a note on the wall or something :-) - a bit noisy due to garbage being collected in the mornings etc - but all in all nothing bad to say about the place. Might need a bit of a sprucing up, but nothing that ruined the stay for us.
- Verified traveler (2/5): Don’t stay - This place was an awful experience. No communication sent about how to self check in and had to ring the office several times whilst stood outside, spoke to rude staff members who consistently hung up on me. The door also did not lock when leaving.
- Scott (8/5): Very good -
- Gareth (7/5): Convenient & spacious, with good amenities. Confusing key collection instructions - Room was spacious and very conveniently located, with a great coffee shop on the ground floor. It was very noisy at night. There is a pub in the rear courtyard and there noisy garbage trucks every night/ very early in the morning.
- Nelson (8/5): It was a very nice apartment with a lot of underground’s nearby. Also some coffee places en restaurants nearby. Spitafie - Very nice location and big apartment with good facilities We tried to contact Native a couple of times but they where not available at all. We tried via WhatsApp and phone call but they never replied. In the end we didn’t have any contact with anyone from Native.
- Esmaiel (3/5): Unattended Check-In and Sleepless Nights - -The cleanness of the apartment
-The location is OK 1. Upon arrival, I experienced a significant delay in gaining access to the apartment. I was left waiting outside for 30 minutes in cold conditions, due to the absence of staff on-site. Ultimately, I had to figure out how to enter the building without any assistance, as no one from the management reached out to support me. In addition, I found a couple one night standing in-front of the building door, for one hour as they claim, without any support.
2. Regrettably, I left a valuable necklace on the bedside table. Despite promptly reporting this to the management upon check-out, it has been six days with no response. This lack of communication leads me to believe that there might be little intention to return my property.
3. The apartment suffers from inadequate soundproofing. External noises, including footsteps on the street and frequent sirens from emergency vehicles, were clearly audible and disruptive to my sleep throughout the night.
- Iris (8/5): Good appartment, clean and well kept. - The Appartment was as described. Access to the building and the safe containing the keys was well described. My call to Native, asking how to lock the door from the outside was answered quickly. The bedrooms had sound insulation, the living room had single glazing. The heating worked well.
The pub is only busy during weekdays and closed on the weekends and on bank holidays and as well between Christmas and new Year. So the cour was quiet in this time. As the pub was closed between Christmas and New Year, the court of the building was only sparely lit after dark and felt a little isolated, but the gate to the street was often closed, so we had to use a code to open it.
- Asghar (7/5): My stay remained pleasant. - Location of the property Nothing
- Alastair (8/5): Very good -
- Arpan (8/5): Phenomenal location, close to Liverpool Street and the Gherkin. Initial access is a bit tricky.. remember to walk inside - Fantastic location and cool layout! Bed on the smaller side, it’s a double rather than a queen/king
- Peng (8/5): Very good -
- Marta (10/5): Beyond expectations. Would definitely stay there again - I particularly liked the location of the apartment, and the spaces that the apartment itself offered: it's huge, and the view from the living room is spectacular
- Jason (2/5): After staying with Native for many years we will not be staying here again. Too many issues with heat and hot water and - We were without heat and hot water for 3 days on our week long trip. We had agreed upon a late check out and then got locked out of our flat with our bags inside on the morning we were leaving. Almost missed our ride to the airport because of this.
- Richard (8/5): Ideal location for a week exploring London - Comfortable, well furnished apartment in an excellent location close to East End tourist sites & with easy access to London Underground, Thames river buses etc for exploring further afield. Quite noisy some nights with people exploring local night-life. Appartment doesn’t have double glazing so perhaps not for light sleepers.
- Kay (9/5): We will be back - It was an wonderful location. Ideal for us. Internet not stable but fixed ASAP
- Heidi (5/5): Decent stay in a central location - Good access to underground stations, but located in the business district, so doesn't have the neighbourhood feel some may be looking for.
Our unit was on the far side of the building so there was no noise from the bar below.
The heating worked well and the bed was comfortable (but quite small for 2 people at only 140 cm wide). The water temperature and pressure were all over the place making showering rather unpleasant.
Two rolls of toilet paper for 2 people during a weeklong stay is not enough.
The cleaning staff knocked on our door early the day of departure to find out when we were going to leave rather than just waiting until the 10 am checkout, or inquiring in advance via the booking message system.
The unit felt quite dark and the lighting overall was insufficient in the bathroom and living room. The bedroom and kitchen were ok.
- Wenya (8/5): Very good -
- Nuowa (9/5): Superb -
- Robert (8/5): A perfect location and easy to get to popular sites - The location was extremely convent and close to Aldgate metro, restaurants, pubs. The apartment was very spacious for two of us and enjoyed coming home at night to relax It can be very noisy at night and early mornings with garbage trucks and noise from the late nighters from the pub downstairs.
- Anat (10/5): Comfortable and good location - The apartment was very nice, clean and comfortable very closed to the tube station, the kitchen was great and very useful, The bathroom was small and not so comfortable, there was no place to put anything, the communication with the staff was bad, took long time to get answers f from them
- Ekaterina (8/5): Good value for money! - Affordable place in the center, close to the metro of Aldgate. Good value for money. Clean. Complete an good kitchen. Apartment 19 (4th floor with elevator) had a nice view on the Gherkin. The window’s are still single glass panes. That means a lot of sound from the street gets into the apartment (and a lot of heat gets out, but the heating could manage nicely in October but I’m not sure if it’s get really cold)
- Aimee (10/5): Home away from home in the heart of London! - The apartment is truly comfortable and a real home-away-from-home. It has all thebutensilsnand dishes and pots you may need, as well as a dishwasher and washing machine ensuite. Our bedroom faced the back ventilation of another building, so we didn't have any noise at night when sleeping. Bed was comfy and thermostat was available to alter the temperature as needed. Would definitely stay again! The only issue is that we stayed for two weeks, and while the once per week housekeeping rule is fine, we required extra toilet paper and had to ask a few times to get more. For the price of the unit, I would recommend that housekeeping check in with all tenants on a daily basis to ask about stuff like this, or if someone is booked for a longer stay to provide more than 2 rolls of TP from the beginning.
- Catherine (9/5): Really enjoyed the homey feel of this 2 bdrm. It was perfect for our stay. Will surely be back. - Close to the train station. Very comfortable. Felt like home. Poor lighting in the walkway between the street and the pub. Also our last morning, when we woke up there was no wifi.
- Xavier (10/5): Excellent location and nice /cosy flat . -
- Christopher (10/5): - Location was convenient. Quiet after hours. Room was spacious.
- Jeffrey (8/5): Great location, but could use some maintenance! - The location was perfect. The layout of the apartment was excellent. We liked the added security of a locked door to the building. There were no USB plugs in the apartment, which would be very helpful for international travelers. The dishwasher did not clean the dishes well at all. The sofa legs were all loose and stripped, so they could not be tightened, making us wonder if it would collapse at some point.
- Marion (8/5): Think I might try this location again - N/a Information on access to be received earlier. Some of the lights didnt work or the plug in the sink.
- Dean (10/5): Will come back again, and recommend it - Very clean, central location, quite, great pub. All was fine.
