WhatsApp. Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiterin an der Rezeption beim Check In/Check Out. Empfehlung beim Parken vom Hotel hat super geklappt. Parkgebühr vor Ort in der Unterkunft 2.00 EUR preiswerter als im Parkhaus.

- Kreisky (10/5): Ein zu kurzer Aufenthalt - Die Kommunikation davor und danach war sehr rasch und professionell. Der Empfang war herzlich und absolut problemlos. Für einige Zimmer war sogar ein früherer Check-In möglich. Die Zimmer sind annähernd neu und großzügig ausgestattet. Das Spezialangebot für naheliegende SABA-Garage ist transparent und hat reibungslos funktioniert. Auch das Ein- und Ausladen vor dem Hotel hat sehr gut geklappt. Wenn der Palazzo voll belegt ist, könnte es wenig hellhörig werden.

Teníamos nuestro salón/cocina, dormitorio y baño amplio. Además muy limpio. En el centro de Trieste dando un pequeño paseo. Estuvo todo muy bien, solo tuvimos un problema con la oferta del parking que hay cercano a 15€ en lugar de 19€ que no nos funcionó, pero por lo que leemos al resto de huéspedes les fue bien así que habrá sido casualidad.

Szuper az épület előtt biztosított ki be parkolási lehetőség és a parkolási kedvezmény a közeli parkolóházban. Gyerekkel érkezőknek minden biztosítanak ami szükséges lehet. Korábbi látogatásunkhoz képest a takarítás nem volt maximális. Olyan helyeken ahol kevésbbé látszik megült a por. Érdemes ezeken javítani.

- Jacqueline (9/5): Ótima escolha para conhecer Trieste. - A acomodação superou as nossas expectativas. Recepcionistas atenciosas, tudo muito limpo, elevadores novos, apartamento cheiroso, com um bom chuveiro, muito bem localizado e de fácil acesso a pé aos principais pontos turísticos de Trieste. Chega-se às estações de trem e de ônibus em 10-15 minutos de caminhada. Também há transporte público nas proximidades. O microondas é mais antigo, mas funcionou perfeitamente.
