- Mahammadasfaq (1/5): - The food was on point and the kitchen team were polite. This was a very disappointing stay and far below what you would expect from a hotel of this standard.
I genuinely feel the hotel operates like a smoke house. As a non-smoking guest, it was extremely unpleasant. The room had a strong, embedded smoke smell that immediately caused watery eyes and discomfort. I raised this with reception and requested a room change. They did move us to another floor, and while there was some improvement, the smell was still present and not to a standard you would expect from a hotel of this level.
Another major issue was how the early arrival was handled. We arrived in the early hours with a young family after a long journey and had little choice but to accept whatever was offered. The receptionist insisted on charging a full night’s rate due to the early check-in, despite it only being around a 5-hour period before our actual booking start time. There was no flexibility, no reasonable consideration, and no willingness to find a fair middle ground. In effect, we paid for an entire night just for a few hours’ rest.
Overall, I have stayed at many Ramada properties around the world, but this one falls very short of a reasonable standard. The persistent smoke smell, lack of proper accommodation for non-smokers, and rigid, customer-unfriendly approach to basic situations made this a poor experience. I would not recommend this hotel, especially for families or non-smokers.

- Khalid (2/5): Unfair Room Allocation & Unsatisfactory Service Experience - The place was clean, the staff was friendly, and the food quality was great. I booked and paid for two rooms—one Executive Twin Room and one Deluxe Twin Room—but I was only provided with Deluxe Twin Rooms, which is unfair. Additionally, no slippers were provided despite calling six times and even personally requesting the manager to send at least one pair of slippers for two rooms (four persons).
Furthermore, the TV was not working, and the electric switch was also faulty. This experience was quite disappointing

- Muhammad Tahir (9/5): The best choice to stay in DHA. - Nice location. Helpful staff. Specially Muhammad Usama Qureshi restaurant supervisor and Chaff Mr Wahab. On reception one man was nice name araab I think, others on reception have attitude including 2 ladies they don’t even smile or greet. The both security guards are very nice people at scanning machine. My driver for a day Mr Qaisar was also a nice person. Staff at the main entrance at street is also friendly and professional. I’ll highly recommend to stay there. And remember hotel have a free shuttle service to and from Karachi airport. I’ve enjoyed The breakfast and dinner and they have enough dishes to please you including Nehari , paya, channay Kabab etc. The Halva puri, omelet and lachay Dar pratha always cooked fresh I loved it. The tea quality is not good because of the poor quality milk not because of the staff. The restaurant doesn’t have fly and mosquito catcher, not even single one. That big area should have at least 6 to 7 fly and mosquito catchers. The worst thing they placed the plants inside the restaurant, the plants can be moved outside easily without compromising the view. Besides that I’ll highly recommend to stay there.
