Alessandra (7/5): Eu esperaria mais, fiquei decepcionada. - Gostei da piscina, tinha uma temperatura agradável. O único detalhe dela é que está com a escada quebrada, se for alguém q necessite usar vai ter dificuldades. A moça que faz o café da manhã a Lu, ela é muito prestativa e faz de tudo pra agradar, minha mãe não estava bem do estômago, ela fez até chazinho pra ela. Trata a gente como uma pessoa da família . O chalé que fiquei tinha cheiro forte de mofo, e eu que tenho alergia tive uma crise alérgica atacou minha sinusite e fiquei muito mal, passei as noites com muita dor de cabeça. Eles limpam bem o chalé, no entanto parece que o mofo se alastrou nas madeiras por se instalações antiga, precisa de uma reforma para se modernizar . Falei na recepção de ter ficado com a saúde prejudicada, ele ofereceu outro chalé, porém por talvez ter ficado fechado estava tbm com cheiro forte, então permaneci no mesmo até o final da estadia. O café da manhã é reaproveitado a maioria dos itens do dia anterior e como ficamos 05 dias acaba sendo muito repetitivo, me parece que a pousada quer economizar, mesmo assim a Lu tenta usar da sua criatividade com o que tem .

Brunah (10/5): - A localização é excelente. O café da manhã é uma delícia. O tamanho da acomodação é ótimo. O ambiente todo é muito bonito e agradável.
Claudia (8/5): Entorno privilegiado y lugar tranquilo - La ubicación al final de Santinho es privilegiada si quieres estar cerca de la naturaleza. El entorno del lugar es precioso, mucho verde y mucha tranquilidad. Tiene un hermoso mirador para ir con niños. El desayuno es rico, muy casero y fresco, y hasta vimos monos. El personal que atiende muy amable, cercano, disponible para todo lo que necesitáramos. La limpieza (camas y baño) y cambio de toallas es día por medio. La piscina súper rica para estar con niños. Las habitaciones silenciosas, se descansa muy bien. Para ir a restaurantes en Ingleses o a una farmacia, tienes que tomar un auto (Uber funcionan muy bien). Para comida y compras diarias, solo hay que caminar una cuadra larga hasta la calle principal. Las habitaciones son antiguas, podría ser bueno hacer algunos arreglos de pintura y renovar utensilios de cocina y manteles, toallas, sábanas. Solo tiene AC en el dormitorio principal. En el lugar del desayuno tampoco hay AC, es caluroso.

Uns wurde sogar eine Flasche Sekt ins Bungalow gestellt, da wir im vorhinein angegeb - Die ruhige Lage, das super Frühstück, die Freundlichkeit des Personals, die Klimaanlage, Sauberkeit des Bades, der Hotel-Hund Stella, die Aussichtsplattform und die Möglichkeit kleine Affen zu sehen. Die Ausstattung der Küche hätte für längere Zeit nicht gereicht, das Dach war bei Regen ein bisschen undicht.
Rafael (1/5): Muito abaixo das expectativas e custo benefício ruim - Check-in sem complicações e profissionais educados. Limpeza, manutenção, e disponibilidade da equipe no local. A administração do estabelecimento precisa revisar alguns pontos: O chalé com banheira de hidromassagem tinha vidro da porta trincado, as paredes precisavam de manutenção com diversas marcas de infiltração, inclusive mostrando cimento entre outros detalhes. Quando a equipe mostrou a banheira observei que algum tipo de sujeira foi direcionada pro ralo naquela hora passando a impressão que não foi devidamente higienizada. O valor estava muito acima de outros estabelecimentos na região sem a mesma qualidade e disponibilidade de equipe no local, isto é, passou a experiência de aluguel de propriedade (ex.: “Airbnb”) e não pousada/hotelaria.

Evelyne (8/5): We enjoyed our stay.We were close to the Santinho beach. However I would recommend to rent a car. - very good breakfast with fresh fruit , eggs on order, various types of bread and cakes.They even provided gluten free bread and cake for me. Very nice garden and swimming pool. Free parking. it is a family run hotel and all members of the family are very nice and helpful. Our chalet needs to be renovated: the stove was out of order, (they had to bring an old microwave that we could use),the fan did not work, fawcet in the kitchen and electric plugs were in bad shape. Utensils , glasses and cutlery to the bare, bare minimum.
