- Kristy (9/5): - Fantastic location and views! The noise (bass from the music) from the Country Club late at night.
- Rachel (4/5): - It’s a perfect location in theory overlooking the beach and the owners have made a an effort to furnish it nicely It is right next to the country club and on both the Friday and Saturday nights we were kept awake from midnight till 4.00am with the noise of the nightclub and drunk patrons screaming and fighting all night. Then at 7.00am the traffic starts and it’s so noisy It’s such a shame as it’s not the owners fault the apartment is next to such a loud and rough (by day it’s lovely) venue but without soundproofing be prepared to stay up all night

- Allan (5/5): Very disappointing accomodation and extremely expensive - It was dirty and needed a lot of maintenance work to be done . Broken toilet , cracks in walls, ceilings etc . Broken door handle in toilet . Needed to put a spare sheet on lounge as it was very dirty .

- Suegy (8/5): Shoal Bay Central - Great location with a lovely big balcony overlooking the beach. Just a few steps to cafes and restaurants. Nice double garage on site. Well-stocked kitchen. Only 2 microscopic bars of soap for 3 adults for 4 days! There was quite a bit of noise from talking and chair-scraping in the apartment upstairs.

- Jane (10/5): If you are looking for an easy break! Park the car (in lock up garage) and don’t drive it again until you need to leave - Great location, living areas and bedrooms all fresh. Fantastic balcony to sit and watch over the beach. The key pick up was easy, the team there are organised, efficient and very friendly (and we went in a very busy time!) Bathrooms are dated, but that was not were we spent our time, so only minor issue

Very noisey location next to Country Club especially Monday early mornings with all the service trucks. Double glazing on Windows would help When wind blows there is a constant whistling noise from front double doors which don't meet together, They need adjusting.
