Rajesh (1/5): Very old furnished and needs good cleaning and renovated - On arrival the place was not clean and very dirty with stuffy smell , bed sheets were old and dirty , had to use the sheets not the comforter, very old furniture and old bathroom , shower head didn’t work properly, overall wouldn’t stay there again , needs renovation and no access from carpark to room , had to carry things long way around , would not recommend See above and staff didn’t help how they should have handled the situation, didn’t get into the place till after 4pm , gave us other places which were away from Nelson bay itself , very disappointing as we had kids and were tired from travelling, would not recommend to book this place
