• Jodie (9/5): After reading reviews the property exceeded our expectations. The pool access was a nice surprise. - Loved the property, particularly the pool access which we weren't expecting. Key pick up and drop off being from a different suburb was not ideal but still worth it for the property.

• jessica (1/5): - Pool access and spa We have stayed at oaks many times in the apartments that oaks check you in to and never had a problem. This specific apartment was through a separate owner I asume, wasn't looked after well. Smell was bad, cockroaches in the cupboards and dirty pots and pans and lock on the door wasn't working. We only stayed one night we had to leave and didn't stay , the apartment is not worth your money, book through oaks resort and pay abit extra for a clean apartment. Photos of the apartment are outdated. There is dirt and marks on all the walls, dirty linen in the cupboards thay wernt changed and we had to put our own linen on the beds as they didn't do it for us. Back sliding door doesnt open properly only opens about 50cm and gets stuck.
• Vita (3/5): Not very well cleaned still a packet of sugarettes with one still in it out side , carpet not clean , and lots of weeds - Of cause the pool how ever I have a bad hip I would have welcome an easier access to the pool It has potential for greatness
• Robert (8/5): Great place to stay as you are next to pool and I have stayed here 5 times prior - Location from car to unit great Pool was fantastic Great location to spa and pool Carpet needs replacement Has a mouldy musky smell as when people come out the pool the carpet get wet by the entrance Remove and replace carpet or put in floorboards Walls need patch and paint as well

Close to beaches and shops, Pool right at your back doorstep with access.board games if your there with kids. could easily sleep 4 people there with the fold out beds also has a kitchen. Minor things.. front door could do with a cleaning or painting. had a damp , stale smell in the apartment and we had to make our own bed sheets were in a bag on the bed Weird.

• Sharon (1/5): Do yourself a huge favour and don’t book - Location The property was in a disgusting state it was dirty dusty and mouldy . You could smell the musty odour through the whole apartment. The bed had a big divot in middle and was very badly stained.It hadn’t been cleaned for months according to the cleaners and the letting agent was hard to contact to complain to as there point of contact is a call centre in Asia . I spoke with owner of property to ask for $300 compensation for the inconvenience caused which he approved but contact with Port Stephen‘s accommodation was a task then had to chase the refund for the next 3 weeks
• Leanne (10/5): This was one of our favourite places to stay to this date and my son had a ball swimming all day in the beautiful pool - Our favourite thing was the swim out verandah the only negative was there was no step for us to get out of the pool Two small negatives was there was no step for us to get out of the pool for our apartment and the big chunky bed there wasn’t much room to get past it and my husband and I kept kicking our toes and knee

• Rocco (3/5): Nice location EXTREMELY DIRTY APARTMENT - The resort pool and amenities are great. Very family friendly Apartment 139 that we stayed in was extremely dirty and very dusty all over apartment musty and mouldy smell through out the apartment and in the kitchen draw’s. Bed sheets left on the bed not made up. Toilet paper roll empty. No WI-FI. Expected better for $300 per night.

• Elizabeth (3/5): Poor - Didn’t have breakfast Having to collect keys and return them offsite. Room wasn’t overly clean. Shower dripped and head fell down Hot water to shower took long time to warm up No wifi

• Grace (3/5): apartment was really in bad shape and not looked after. so many things broken and covered in mould. - the pool. location. parking right outside the door. locked automatic gate to enter the resort. very private appartments not clean. mould everywhere. fresh blood on the quilt. shower head had no pressure. lock on door didn’t work. stained sheets. everything was damp. remote for air conditioner down stairs didn’t work so couldn’t turn it on to dry the apartment out. fan in bathroom didn’t work so that added to the must smell and dampness of the room.
