• Ryan (9/5): Great apartment with fantastic facilities. Would highly recommend. - Fantastic apartment with great facilities - especially the pool. Surprisingly quiet and private given that there were a lot of families staying in the complex. The pre-registration process did not go very smoothly and seemed unnecessary considering I had already fully paid through booking.com, but they sorted this out without too much hassle when I arrived.

The quality i - Location was good Complimentary coffee etc, one sugar sachet between two people who use more than 1 sugar? Stingy. Two tiny milk pods? Equally stingy. Just as well I brought my own shampoo and conditioner as there was none. Two unopened condom packs on floor in bedroom. Couldn’t help but wonder if they were missed, what else was? I had requested for bed to be made up into two singles. Not done, so I had to sleep on lounge. After 3 hours of driving in immense heat, had to go to another location to pick up keys. Not great.
• Rachael (3/5): A very dirty apartment and felt very uncomfortable. - Location The property was absolutely disgusting. Hair all on the bathroom floor, dust marks on everything, no soap to wash our hands, no face washers, no milk for coffees, no linen for sofa bed, had to buy own sheets.
• Elias (9/5): I believe it was managed by different agency it could be much better - The size of it was good No service they provided only two shower towels no hands or face towels carpet damaged shower door leaking
• Courtney (9/5): Superb - Facilities and location Not a smooth check in. The key had a different number to the room number. No staff at the resort had any idea about our room so it’s not the resorts fault, the owner/landlord of the apartment should provide clearer instructions for check in.

• Carl (3/5): Disappointed - The pool, location to shops. Picking up and returning the key to different premises 10 minutes away. No toiletries in the room, no tissues, no paper towel. No ironing board. The bed was two singles pushed together and where different heights. WiFi didn't work.

• Cheryl (2/5): Lovely resort and pool magnificent. Very inconvenient to have to keep calling agent to supply items - No breakfast provided. Location was quite good. Nothing had been updated in the unit for some time. Furniture shabby,only 1x 2seater divan for couch. This apartment is supposed to be suitable for up to 4 people. No wine glasses or drinking glasses on arrival,no water jug,appliances way too old. I had to report all of this. Agent came the following day to deliver items. Then I opened oven. It was so dirty I could not use it. Nor cleaned between occupancy. Agent said she has too many properties to do full inspection every time.

• Samantha (4/5): We were disappointed. This was not the standard of accommodation that we expected for the money. This property is defini - Good location. Not good value for money. Tired fit-out and furniture, no hairdryer or basic toiletries. TV remote needs replacing - on/off button almost not functional.

The highlight was the wrap around pool, the kids had a ball - Parking was abit tricky, we couldn’t get through the boom gate to get to our apartment. Had to contact after hour care and said to try at the front desk to get the key revalidate. Also we couldn’t work out the Wi-Fi
• Rennee (3/5): not acceptable and completely misleading - being a combined work/family trip we stayed here for the pool for the kids and they enjoyed it I am hoping this email goes directly to the owner. firstly upon arriving to the property the upstairs apartment door did not lock. this is obviously a security concern when having children, we mentioned it however let it be as the bottom door locked we just had to double check it before sleeping if the kids came in last. The the second we walked through the door the second sofa bed that you see when booking the property in the photos was not there. we booked this room because it had the two sofa beds because the kids always prefer seperate beds. I even confirmed at check in that there was linen for both sofa’s. The property description also states king bed sofa bed and single bed. I r is a complete misrepresentation of what is actually in the room and what I paid for. on this note I would like to commend port stephens accomodation the managing agent as they sorted it out for me within the hour, they truly were amazing (however again I was paying all this money for my daughter to sleep on a blow up bed) Then the condition of everything was completely appalling 3 out of the 4 dining room chairs were not usable my daughter sat on one and the seat tilted and she fell and hit her head on the TV cabinet. My husband had a screw driver set and fixed what he could himself however still they were not all usable. There were not 4 of anything in the kitchen if I cooked breakfast one child had to eat from a bowl. the back outdoor chair were two different chairs with makeshift cushions. The photos online of the egg chair on the balcony is a complete misrepresentation as it is all broke. and the cushion was mouldy, I did not let my children sit on it. The scratches and damage to furniture and walls everywhere was not great however this didn’t bother me so much however the big issue that set me over the edge was the cleanliness.
