- Linda R (2/5): - This was an awful stay. My husband and I picked one evening to go to hotel to swim, hot tub, and dine. We arrived and checked in and told pool closed. We asked for a discount as it ruined the entire purpose of the evening. We were told pool would open in morning and we could use it and check out an hour late. We stayed and at 9am got pool wrist bands from front desk. Went to pool and swam for 5 minutes when a manager came in and said we could not swim. So there we are- in swim suits and wet and told can’t swim! This was so crazy!! We are told we can swim we are told we can’t swim. We have asked for a full refund. Not only could we not relax- we were given the run around. This stay was absolute insanity.

- Mary (10/5): - Pros: We had a last minute booking. The staff at check-in were extremely friendly and welcoming. The room was very clean, plus there was a frig w/ 2 bottles of water. The parking and surrounding area was very safe. They have multiple cameras in the parking lot and also patrol the lot constantly. Cons: we asked for wine glasses or plastic cups to use for the wine we bought, but they could only offer paper coffee cups. Also we went to get breakfast at 7am so we could continue our travels and found out the restaurants don’t open till 8am. They did recommend Dennys, which ended up being very good with great wait staff! I would recommend and stay her again.

Normally, I would not do a review, but with how much the price was for this particular evening, I left very unhappy. We found chip crumbs on the carpet and there was no hot water. I had to wait for someone to come to the service desk for a few minutes to let them know.

It seems like recent reviews have some concerns regarding maintenance so probably they are working on it. We only had breakfast in Home Plate. Good price and portion!

- Nathan (8/5): - The bowling alley needs some TLC. We spent 1.5 hours on a lane that broke down 4 times before the staff moved us to a working lane. The Juniper Steakhouse food was good but immediately they sat us at a table with a filthy seat covered in white goo and someones disgarded clothing at the table. Im not sure what the white goo was but im glad i noticed it and did not sit in it. The staff didnt remove the clothing while i was there. The quezadas comedy club had great performers but i would not reccomend the 9:30 timeslot as they cut off table service promptly at 10PM with more than an hour of showtime left. I felt that was pretty ridiculous. The hotel room was clean and nicely set up. Staff was friendly.

I paid $200 and couldn't even use the pool. You're a guest until 11am and then you're not welcome. I won't return .

- David (2/5): - Terrible experience — I will never be back. The staff was rude and came across as discriminatory. The property prioritizes golf greens over even a small patch of grass for dogs. Parking is a headache with no easy access other than the main lobby with stupid key card elevators that are impossible to use when you have your hands full, and the only covered option is valet. I could list more issues, but honestly, I’m exhausted by the repeated disappointments. The one redeeming factor is that customer service usually tries to make things right after mistakes, but eventually you just get fed up. That’s where I’m at.
