- billo503 (10/5): Nice Stay! - Stayed for two nights on family trip. Room was clean, but we did run into an issue with a clogged bathroom sink. The front desk was very helpful and responded to our issue to our complete satisfaction. Overall, the staff were very nice, responsive and kind. The breakdast buffet was great, and the waitstaff friendly and responsive. We would definitely stay here again when back in town.

Food was standard crappy cold square potatoes and eggs from a carton. I guess that’s better than egg jello. Very little selection on buffet. Front desk says on my way out “ yeah I will email that receipt to you right away. They didn’t! Had to call the Philippines to get a receipt. Going back to same area next week. My stay won’t be at HGI.. What does Professional.. Service staff Hotel Food selection an quality Look like at $160/night Most people expect more!!

My room was excellent but the semis were loud in 205 over my rain app I sleep with. I struggled sleeping only due to that. There is a hill and the semi engines would kick up right at that exact point.

We were told breakfast was provided when we checked in , go to eat this morning and it’s not free . Being more specific would help all the other ones we have stayed in are .Staff not very friendly or helpful .

We didn’t know what to do at breakfast, didn’t know body tell us where to go, then we get the breakfast buffet and it was cereal, old fruit, bacon wasn’t done, and barley any on the pan. All the staff need to smile more and be more welcoming to the guest. Probably won’t be back at the hotel. The beds were comfy though and the guy aka( he said he a dj) that worked Saturday night was awesome, funny, and nice. Paid 344 for one night and will not be back.

Hotel was conveniently located with many food options within walking distance or a short drive. I used to prefer Holiday Inn Express but have switched exclusively to Hilton properties. Much better experience for about the same amount of money.

I would give the front desk a C-, the room gets an A, and the restaurant gets an F! Oh my! Most items on the menu are not even available. Not even French fries. I suggest you just make it a bar and serve bar bites?

For the amount I paid. Breakfast should have been included as well as a decent room. I also took pictures of an end table that looked as if, it came straight from the dumpster.

- Passenger08961814740 (4/5): Poor Kitchen Staff! - The room was ok. The staff is another story, especially the evening dining. I have experienced this multiple times at this hotel. Tonight, the evening dining was supposed to open at 5pm, the kitchen was still dark at 5:30 and I saw the staff walking around by the check in desk. In the past I found the same kitchen staff to be very rude when I tried to order some dinner. I have not really had a good experience with the diner staff at this location, VERY RUDE.
