- Diogo (8/5): - Quarto bom e limpo. Chuveiro funciona. Funcionários atenciosos. Só não gostei que para acessar o hotel tem que baixar um app para abrir a porta, sendo que para o quarto tem chave. Então não faz muito sentido.
- Baldasso (10/5): -
- Kendry (1/5): - No me gustó nada.

- Cathi (2/5): Beware. Bad unadvertised hostel - Nothing No one there to check in. Had to call a posted phone number at the desk and wait for someone to call you back and then wait longer for someone to show up. Beds were horrible. Rooms were tiny. Everything very old dated. Crack tiles everywhere. Toilet broken and had to use a small glass because the only thing that would fit under water faucet to keep filling the tank of the toilet. No point in calling someone because you’d have to wait forever for them to get there. Not advertise as a hostel but definitely was. When looking for rooms I purposely avoided all rooms that were advertised as a hostel. Some rooms adjacent to back area that restaurants use.
- Cristian (10/5): - Limpieza y el servicio Nada
- Jamie-denise (8/5): - The location was centrally located in the city. The view from until roof was amazing. It was cute and different. Front staff person was amazing and very helpful.
- Enrique Gian Carlo (9/5): - La ubicacion. No tienen parqueo.
- Guest (5/5): - Las sabanas eran de mala calidad
Provlemas con la llave de la entrada
- Carolina (10/5): -
- Carlos (8/5): It was worthy - Location
- tejeda de mata (5/5): Mal servicio al entrar - El agua de la ducha caí bien y caliente, estaba limpio. Se tardan demasiado para dar la entrada a la habitación y la ubicación no es clara
- Hans (8/5): Very good - Very nice and cozy hotel in a fine colonial style.
Nice staff and several places to sit outside in the patio or roof terrace The bed was a little hard. But if you can live with that its perfect
- Rodrigo (9/5): Superb - The location was very close to everything and it was safe.
The staff was super nice and I felt comfortable staying here. Due it being so close to everything, there is a large amount of noise that you hear from traffic, people and other restaurants.
- Audrey (7/5): Good -
- Nathan (9/5): Superb -
- Rachell (5/5): Passable -
- Gabriel (3/5): Great location, facilities too old - Location is great Room is small, and old, old bed, bathroom is not nice, kinda beat up. Wasn’t very clean
- Hernández (10/5): Great! - The room was cleaned.
- Valencia (8/5): Very good -
- Eric (9/5): Great location. - Location was great. Very central to everything we wanted to see. They had a rooftop which was a great bonus to see the view of the volcano and the street. The rooms were not bad for the price. Small and just had the basics which worked for us. Only thing that could have improved was the mattress. It was not that comfortable but it was fine for our short stay.
- Jiri (2/5): Value for money is horrible - The location Basically everything else, the rooms in the bottom part have small windows to the corridor where people constantly walked by and talked (especially during night so you won't get much sleep), there is no hot water (and in November it's quite cold in Antigua), the room smells and feels like you are in some dark bunker, the bed is pretty uncomfortable too, no power outlets near the bed for charging your phone, honestly we don't know what we paid 50€ for, the room is worth not more than 20€, definitely not recommended, you can get similar rooms for less than half of the price in Antigua, we were very happy to leave
- juliof917 (10/5): Little Big Jewel Hotel in Antigua - A small hotel that belong to Hoteles Posada de San carlos.
This little hotel has small very comfortable basic rooms, each of them with private bathroom.
It has a kitchen facility that can be used for the guests to prepare meals if they want to save money in restaurants and traveling in a budget.
Located 5 steps from La Bodegona , a amazing humongous convinience store where you can find all you need for your trip.
Hotel has 9 rooms, they are very clean, beds are comfortable, restrooms with towels provided and soap dispenser at the shower, TV with cable, very cozy ambiance.
My second visit to this one.
Hazel the ownwer made sure I felt at home. She always listen and solve inmediately any issue related to the acommodation.
Location is just 2 blocks and a half from Parque Central ( central park).
THE PRICE IS GREAT.
This hotel has the basic for the traveler no fancy , but family atmosphere. The staff is always smiling and prompt to help.
There is a massage service for a great price. ( they have a list of special massages and facials!!!)
Tours can be arranged for you if you need one.
I really love this one.
- Roberto (5/5): Passable -
- Sanchez (4/5): Disappointing -
- Diana (9/5): Excellent - The hotel is really nice and quiet. The location is great as it is very close to the main square with lots of cafes and restaurants nearby. Although our room was close to the entrance it was very quiet.
- Walter (8/5): Overpriced for Holy Week peak season but adequate. José the manager/everything guy is great. - Good location three blocks from the Parque Central. Several Holy Week processions went right by the hotel and we could observe from the terrace. Clean, comfortable beds, Minimal amenities. Hot water OK. No A/C but a fan was adequate. Rooms are small. No coffee or breakfast service in the hotel but it is available two doors down.
- Lascelles (8/5): Very good -
- Katharine (9/5): Superb - Great hotel, good location and cheap laundry service !
- Ortiz (9/5): Excelente - Nice and clean Good location
- Cutter (4/5): The people who work there were very nice but the room was overall unimpressive for the price. - Location. Smell. They use heavy scented cleaning products.
- Robert (5/5): Passable -
- Rodney (10/5): Exceptional - Member or staff very efficient and friendly.
Posada is spotless and stylish.
Reasonable priced. Nothing
- Emily (8/5): Great place! - Good location, very nice employees and clean! The water didn't get very hot, but that could have been just an issue for that room and I didn't complain because it was tolerable.
- Claudio (3/5): Poor - There is no reataurant. parking lot is not in the premises, you have to pay Q100 upfront. Beds are smaller than shown.
- Angel (10/5): Exceptional -
- Francisco (9/5): Nice and clean - The staff was nice and very polite . The rooms were clean and comfortable. Going up the steps to my room was a bit of a challenge , not having breakfast in the posada.
- Denise (6/5): Pleasant - Centrally located with quiet courtyard. Plenty of hot water and super helpful staff. Lighting was good and there was place for hanging clothes and storing packs. Room was very dark and the ceiling in need of repair. Property was noisy at nighttime with sound of other guests’ happy conversations echoing around courtyard.
- Enrique (9/5): Superb - quiet and close to everything everything was good. Air conditioning would help. but the fan did its job...
- Irene (8/5): Very good -
- Jason (8/5): Very good -
- Vincent (7/5): Good -
- Carolina (4/5): Disappointing - Staff was friendly and the room was clean and the location excellent One of the hostess closed the main door I had to stay in a different hotel and the next day I couldn't pack my bags on time for my next tour. I almost got left. The hotel needs to coordinate better the main entrance and have somebody 24/7 at the door.
- Anna (8/5): very nice place to stay in Antigua - great location
nice paintings on walls
nice rooftop terrace it could be cleaner
you had to wait long for warm water
room was pretty small
- Cqb84 (9/5): Superb -
- Gavin (8/5): Very good - The location was great and the place was neat and clean. Cool rooftop. Jose at the front desk was very helpful and friendly.
- Thomas (8/5): Good hotel - Comfortable bed. Clean room. Hot water and great showerhead. Location is great. Last minute late checkin was no problem. Ground level room was next to the restaurant desk, which caused loud noises when the phone rang. Rooms are not sound proof. Price was a bit steep
- Krzysztof (1/5): Completely unhappy and unsatisfied - There was no body at the front desk on arrival. Rooms are not clean , Towels look more like rags than actual towels. Unpleasant smell in the rooms. We request 2 rooms with windows and private bathrooms. First they offer us 2 rooms with shared bathroom then give us 2 rooms in which one have a window to a kitchen !!!! Mop closet are bigger than this room. Also they attempt to change us more then it was on booking . Besides location nothing else worth to stay in this hotel specially for the price. Same quality hostel cost half this price
- Ioannis (10/5): excellent location-great value for money - excellent location, very clean and regural room service, hot water, very friendly stuff, quiet and peacuful nothing
- Pierre (8/5): Very good -
- Pat (6/5): Basic hotel room reasonable value for money. - Very basic hotel but reasonably clean room. Friendly staff. Value for money. Very uncomfortable bed, tatty sheets.
Dirty , smelly outside area.
Charged 10%extra to pay by credit card.
- Dion (8/5): Very good -
- Itay (6/5): not good but good enough for a night - nice location. nice staff. was enough for one night. A LOT of mosquitos in the room. almost no windows. tiny room. the shower flow was very weak.
- Sirisome (7/5): Good -
- Alejandra (6/5): Pleasant -
- Lisette (10/5): Would highly recommend. incredibly cheap but very safe clean and spacious rooms! -
- Shervin (8/5): Very good -
