- Sharon (7/5): Good location, but the rooms have poor lighting and the price of the room is too high for what you get. - Rooms are large, comfortable bed, good location. The whole hotel is very dark. The front desk area is dark. Our room, including our bathroom, was too dark.
- Sianna (6/5): - Room had water damage to cabinets and there was damage to the bathtub. Toilet paper felt like what you’d expect in a gas station bathroom not an expensive hotel. Beds, sheets, and pillows were just okay.

- Tamara (6/5): - Front desk staff on Sept 28th was rude and condescending. Implied that I did not pay to upgrade my room. When I needed to extend my stay the day before, I was willing to downgrade to a different room and move to pay a lower fee, the employee at the time (on the 27th) was very accommodating and suggested I could just stay in the room, which was accepted and appreciated. The staff that was rude implied that she needed to have a conversation with that employee….as to indicate that she would be in trouble. A customer should not feel as though they have done something wrong or that they may have gotten someone in trouble for something they didn’t request.

- Joseph (8/5): Bad check in - The check in was a weird experience, the lady that was working on Aug 23 treated me like it was my first time checking into a hotel then proceeded to serve another guy who butted inline. It was one of the most painful check-in experiences I’ve experienced in a long time.

- Jody (8/5): - Overall the property was great. It was close to my needs. The restaurant wasn't done it's Reno's or construction and couldn't be accessed from the hotel. You had to walk outside to access it. Not horrible, but it was cold and raining. Waitress was super nice and the food was average. They didn't have everything as advertised on the breakfast menu. But I'm sure they are still getting things together as I'm sure it's a new build. Great job so far ! Those with mud caked boots walking through the hotel and leaving mud clumps. Shame on you !

The attached Wendall Clarke's Restaurant was in the midst of construction, but was still open. The table had a film of dust, and the experience was not pleasant. It should perhaps be shut down until renovations are complete.

- Helen (8/5): Comfortable stay. - Comfortable stay and good location. Traveled for Business with my family coming along. Only complaint I would have is our room was 213 right over the Furnace vents. My daughter who likes white noise when she sleeps liked it myself I like silence so it was a bit noisy.

- kevinreidw (10/5): 11/10 - This Hotel is a great option while staying in Grande Prairie. Clean building, chill atmosphere and very friendly staff. The gym is open 24 hours and the hot tub is warm and clean. Super comfy pillows and beds. There is a restaurant in the hotel that serves breakfast and dinner. Super healthy and delicious. Over all a great option when in the City. The location has a lot of great options if wanting to eat out. They have a laundry room for guests not feeling so fresh like myself.

I have been working with Grace who has been amazing at making the experience fantastic. This is why I am a Marriot Bonvoy member. The rooms are very clean and comfortable.

The TV was weird. I think someone else could control my TV. I kept turning it on and it would turn off. I would change the channel and it would change to something else. I just gave up and watched stuff on my laptop.

- jgS2887IW (10/5): Best front desk staff, and Hotel in Grande Prairie. - The front desk staff is awesome. Each of the staff I interacted with were gracious, friendly and very professional. The Hotel is always very clean, great gym for the size, rooms are awesome and blinds and shades make for a great sleep. The only downside is when the room doors slam shut. Hard to sleep after a night shift. The duvet, pillow options and mattresses are fantastic. This is my second extended stay with this Hotel. Over 45 days with them in Jan/Feb and May/June and I can honestly say they made my time feel as if I was at home with friends. You get to know the front desk staff after this many days. Grace’s has an engaging smile and warm heart that greeted me each day. Allan takes the time to listen to his guests which is evident in his high attention to detail. Simran and Janelle are kind, caring and always greet you with a smile or laugh. Jeylen is the night auditor and every morning after my night shift she and I would share a little banter about “how my day/night shift went” - she made me laugh every day and I had a hard time not smiling all the way to my room. Overall each of these staff members was top notch. Thanks to all of you for making me feel at home, while I am away working. Jim G

- stylishcanadian (4/5): Minimalist to a Fault - This is a newer hotel in G.P. which was great however, it’s sparse to a fault. The rooms are ginormous with hardly any furniture and small closets. The bathrooms are the WORST- there were no shelves in the showers, no shelve in the vanity, and NO hooks for towels. If you want minimalist design- you get it here. Minimal to a FAULT. When you have to store your toiletries on the shower floor and bend for everything it becomes painful & annoying. Draping your towel over the door or a chair is ridiculous! There’s tons of space- they cheaped out on details that could have made this hotel great. The pool area was nice and clean.

- Susan (3/5): We will not be back. My son spent 25000 at your hotel/Lukas Pesut/no more…… - Nothing, but location was close to my son’s home. We checked in on Thursday and we’re not advised room service was only every other day. Room service was almost non-existent. From Friday until Sunday evening we called the front desk twice requesting (plus went to the desk to ask for towels and coffee) service and finally the fellow that works in the laundry room came to tidy the room. One evening it was 10pm when they delivered clean towels and coffee but left no creamers, hand towels etc. but the used towels and 2 day old garbage were not taken out. On another day they left coffee but no coffee cups. We requested early check in when we initially booked and received an email stating they would try and accommodate but received no further reply from the hotel. The day we arrived our room was not ready. We tried to have a swim and hot tub but the jets weren’t working and the hot tub water was luke warm.
