• Sebastian (10/5): - Very friendly staff. Clean room. Good coffee. A little bit further from the city centre, but I enjoyed the view from the windows. You could see most of the city.

• Emmanuel Yaw (5/5): Unhelpful - I lost my phone near the hotel and no one offered to help me when they could have stoped the guy nor make me watch the CCTV footage to get a picture of the guy. The only thing the could tell me was that it a normal occurrence. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone as you might loose your very important thing and they won’t offer any help.

De plus, ils ont un problème avec l’eau, au p’tit déjeuner, ils donnent jamais, ils te demandent de payer l’eau LOL !

• Bouguerra (10/5): Un séjour calme et agréable, avec une belle énergie et un accueil toujours aussi chaleureux. - Excellente nuit dans cet hôtel ! Dès l'arrivée, on se sent bien accueilli et une belle énergie se dégage de l'endroit. Une mention spéciale pour le personnel, que je connais depuis longtemps et qui garde toujours le même accueil chaleureux et sincere, c'est rare et vraiment appréciable. Le calme est remarquable, j'ai réussi à terminer tout mon travail en un temps record, ce qui ne m'arrive pas souvent en déplacement ! J'ai aussi beaucoup apprécié la bibliothèque au rez-de-chaussée, un espace chaleureux et inattendu qui ajoute vraiment du charme. Je repars ravie et je recommande sans hésitation. À très bientôt ! Rien à signaler.

• Davide (1/5): Waste of time trying to recover a never returned jacket - breakfast not included We forgot a jacket in the closet in our room, I sent an email to address listed on they website on the same day but it bounced back because their mail is not correct then I sent a message through booking app asking them to recover the jacket that we could pick it up on our return. They replied that everything was fine. Getting there they didn't return the jacket, saying that was never found and the replay sent automatically by booking staff without their knowledge. Definitely avoid this hotel next time.

• Carl (6/5): - Courteous staff. Clean rooms. Comfy mattress. Decent bathroom. Good breakfast Not enough towels put in rooms. Lots of smoking in the lobby. Whilst the mattress was good the pillows were very large and firm and therefore quite uncomfortable

• Hamza (2/5): The hotel needs to improve its room cleaning standards. - The hotel has a private parking 🅿️ and located in the center of the city. The rooms were not clean. I asked the receptionist to change the room more than twice, but the same issue remained. There was also a very bad smell in the restaurant in front of the reception area, Additionally, there are no non-smoking rooms available.

• Shaar (9/5): Great if you have a car. Not too far to the center (you can walk). Friendly, helpful staff. - I had a car and appreciated the underground parking. It's tight though - even with my tiny car. The staff were excellent. The room was pretty good, reasonably clean. The location isn't bad - not too far to walk to the center. Seems pretty safe but there isn't much happening in the immediate area (which I think is good, it was quiet). I also liked how easy it was to get to since driving in Tunis can be a nightmare. It's just off a major road. People smoke a lot in Tunisia, so there was cigarette smoke at breakfast, in the lobby, and hallways. It didn't bother me in my room though.
