• OMAR (9/5): Hotel cuidado, limpio y en perfecta ubicación - El hotel se encuentra cerca de la estación de trenes y de autobuses por lo que es ideal! Siempre encontramos la habitación y espacios comunes limpios. El personal fue atento en todo momento, proporcionando ayuda y consejos. En cuanto a la ubicación se encuentra muy cerca del centro al cual se puede ir caminando sin problema. Estancia perfecta si se quiere ver Pamukkale y Hierápolis y descubrir la ciudad de Denizli. Nada negativo a destacar de nuestra estancia.

• Francesca Maria (10/5): Struttura comoda e ottima posizione - Posizione comodissima, vicino alla stazione dei bus. La struttura è molto grande, con reception aperta 24h/7 e lo staff ha saputo aiutarci nelle nostre richieste. Camera accogliente, climatizzata, con minibar e tutti gli essenziali in bagno. Colazione molto abbondante sia dolce che salata. Struttura consigliata se si deve soggiornare qualche giorno a denizli.
• Tatiana (9/5): - La proximité avec la gare routière, proche de tous les bus. Beaucoup de supérettes et de restaurants à proximité. Un petit effort sur la propreté mais ça restait correct. La porte de notre chambre était très dure à fermer.
• Amaia (7/5): Buen campamento base para ver Pamukkale - La ubicación. Nos alojamos aquí para poder visitar Pamukkale y fue una de las mejores decisiones del viaje dado que está a un minuto caminando de la estación de autobuses. La habitación está muy bien y el desayuno también, aunque a la hora que empezaba el desayuno (7:00) no habían puesto toda la comida. Cuando entramos a la habitación olía a tabaco. No somos fumadores y nos molestó un poco. Pero es verdad que no sabíamos que es un país donde se fuma mucho y probablemente no solicitamos la habitación de no fumadores. Ya hemos aprendido para la próxima.
• Cristina (7/5): - The receptionist doesn’t speak English. Also we ask him information for the bus that we should take and be doesn’t answer. The luggage handler was the only kind person ! When we arrive at the room the flushing water didn’t work.

• Roman (4/5): - Приехали чисто ради визита на Памуккале Обшарпанные номера, уборка номера на 2 балла(весь пол был в липких пятнах, пол там видимо моют через раз, волосы от предыдущих постояльцев, это очень неприятно такое находить) На завтраке есть нечего, омлеты и яйца платные(200 лир за омлет). Администратор долго делал вид, что не может списать деньги с карты и просил отменить бронирование через Booking. И это все за отель почти 10 тысяч рублей за сутки, комфорта 0.
• Martina (7/5): Sehr bemühtes Personal, zentrale Lage mit Parkplatz, gutes Frühstück und sanierte Zimmer - Das Frühstücksbuffet hatte eine große Auswahl an kalten und warmen Speisen, dazu Kaffee, Tee, Wasser und Fruchtsaft. Es war sehr gut. In unserem Zimmer hat es trotz des allgemeinen Rauchverbots etwas nach Rauch gerochen und uns wurde sofort und sehr freundlich ein Upgrade in ein anderes, größeres Zimmer angeboten. Dafür herzlichen Dank! Die Zimmer sind etwas nachlässig gepflegt und könnten sauberer sein.

• Gwen (8/5): Very good - Location was perfect, just a short walk from the bus station. The receptionist was very friendly and even helped us with the minibus to Pamukkale. The room was clean and comfortable. Blanket was too small.

Staff helped us to get some food for dinner as none of the nearby restaurants were open and no online delivery was available, as we arrived late to the place. Staff stayed with us to get on call with a nearby restaurant and order some food for us. He was very helpful and friendly Everything was great. Nothing to complain about, Breakfast could have been much better. No fruits on breakfast. But it's been the same with most of the hotels I stayed in Turkey. Maybe they're not used to having fruits for dinner. Otherwise everything else was great

• jeeha (8/5): - 데니즐리 버스터미널 바로 앞이고 시내번화가까지 도보로 이동 가능해서 파묵칼레와 공항 오갈 때 아주 편했습니다. 건물 자체는 낡았는데 리모델링한지 얼마 안 됐는지 내부는 깨끗하고 청결하게 관리되고 있어서 아주 편안하게 묵었습니다. 다만 큰길가라 차량소음과 매연 등에 민감한 분들은 감안하셔야 할 것 같아요.

Sinon on avait réservé une chambre quadruple et on nous a remis une chambre standard avec 2 lits d appoint ! Hôtel.com n’est pas un site fiable pour la réservation d hôtel très déçue sur les informations et les chambres
• Georgi (10/5): Exceptional - Very nice hotel, 10 min walk from the downtown area. There is a free parking lot next to the hotel. Very friendly staff at the reception. Unexpectedly our first evening at the hotel we were visited by one of the staff members and we were given a complimentary fruit plate, which was a very nice surprise. Also there were complimentary water bottles very day.
• Gökhan (10/5): - Wir hatten das Vergnügen, im Grand Keskin Hotel in Denizli zu übernachten und ich kann es nur wärmstens empfehlen. Hier sind einige Gründe, warum: Geräumige Zimmer (Familienzimmer): Mein Zimmer war groß und geräumig, was mir ein angenehmes Gefühl von Komfort verlieh. Es befand sich im 7.OG, sodass wir sogar eine gute Sicht bis Pamukkale hatten. Neue Ausstattung: Die Einrichtung war modern und neu. Besonders das renovierte Badezimmer mit der großzügigen Dusche hat und beeindruckt. Überwachter Parkbereich mit E-Ladesäule: Als Elektroautofahrer war ich begeistert, dass das Hotel einen überwachten Parkbereich mit einer DC-Schnellladesäule für E-Autos bietet. Reichhaltiges Frühstück: Das Frühstück bot eine breite Auswahl an Speisen und Getränken. Der helle und moderne Frühstücksbereich trug zusätzlich zu einem angenehmen Start in den Tag bei. Hilfsbereites Personal: Das Personal war äußerst nett und hilfsbereit, was meinen Aufenthalt noch angenehmer machte. Super Lage: Die Lage ist extrem zentral, sodass man zu Fuss in 5 Min mitten in der Innerstadt ist. Insgesamt war unser Aufenthalt im Grand Keskin Hotel eine rundum positive Erfahrung. Wenn du nach Denizli reist, solltest du dieses Hotel definitiv in Betracht ziehen.

• Yui Sze (10/5): - 酒店正在處於翻身狀態，大堂正在裝修。房間應該翻新完畢，非常新淨及整潔。 酒店位置優越，位處於火車站對面及巴士站側根。我從Selcuk 撘夜間火車來，只住了一睌，第二天一早未天光就前往棉花堡了，所以沒有享用到自助早餐。 酒店房間新淨，床夠大很舒適，房間提供的設備也齊全。 唯一是價錢少少貴，不過位置太優越了，已且新淨。

• Valentin (4/5): Disappointing - The staff is nice and the breakfast is huge with quite a lot of choice, it's actually the only thing I've enjoyed there. My room was so dirty. I didn't go to the bathroom at all in my room, it was too disgusting. There was hair in the shower and the toilet was so dirty. There was piss on it and pubic hair. The trash hadn't been removed. Litteraly I don't recommend. And the front desk lady also asked me to repay on arrival for the room, while I paid it all directly from booking.com . After an argue she finally accepted to give me my room key.

• Ju (9/5): A nice place to stay - The price is cheap. The staff is nice and helpful. The location is great, if you are going to Pamukkale or anywhere by bus, the bus station is just 3 mins away. It’s a bit old, but for this price it’s alright. Also, it's more expensive to book it on booking.com, just walk-in, you'll get better price.
• Waraphorn (8/5): Very good - The hotel is very near to the bus station. You can walk to the hotel and walk back to catch the bus to some other places. The hotel staff in the evening can't speak English. You can talk to another in the morning, anyway.
• Ulugbek (3/5): Ula - Location,staff, breakfast Bathroom is very old and needs refreshment. Corridors and rooms need more light because it is very dark.
• Olesia (4/5): If possible, avoid this place. for 35 euros you can find much better conditions - The hotel has a car park but it was full. staff speaks english, good location if you go to pamukkale everything is very run down, smoky corridors and the room, the air conditioner did not work well, the breakfast is just terrible

Aldığımız yanıt ise otel müdürü çıkarken araçları duzelttirin demiş yaniomutan emir vermiş,çalışanlarda yassag hemşerim araçları düzeltin uygulaması şeklinde bir doğaçlama yaptılar. Tavsiye etmem,ertesi gün kahvaltıyi denemedim bile.

• inci (8/5): - Otelin otogara çok yakın olması Pamukkale gezimizi kolaylaştırdı. Şehir merkezine de yürüyüş mesafesinde. Temizliğinden ve kahvaltıdan memnun kaldık. Denizli'ye tekrar gittiğimizde bu oteli tercih edeceğiz.
• Luise (6/5): ok for one night - Pretty worn-out place, amenities would desperately need a make-over but the room is big enough&clean. WiFi didn' t work, neither with the mobile phones nor with the laptop. Anyway staff tried to make it work but communication is somewhat difficult as English is sparsely spoken. Location is convient, just a 2 minute-walk from Denizli otogar&railway station. Catch a dolmus to Pamukkale from platform 76 downstairs. There are a couple of handy trains per day headed for Izmir Basmane.
• Tommylily (4/5): Tour across Turkey - Not bad for what it costs but personally I dislike the carpeted floor, and bathroom is somewhat aged and in need of refurb and or Deep clean. Also our room was very dark with poor lighting throughout. Breakfast is unfriendly to lactose intolerant folk. Mainly cheeses, hard boiled eggs. Again in need of update. However it was only £26 per night.
• EDVARD (8/5): Buono - Breve soggiorno, tutto ok, illuminazione nella camera un po scarsa. Colazione ok. Vicinissimo alla stazione ferroviaria e degli autobus per Pammukale. Everything ok, room could have been more iluminated. breakfast was good. Very near bus and train stations.

• kcreney59 (10/5): GREAT HOLIDAY - Second time around at the Keskin Hotel and and it just gets better . Hotel was faultless and very clean . The hotel management couldn't do enough for you . Great location as it is only a 10 min walk into town . We are already booking up to return again next year . We travelled on the 20th sept for 2 weeks and the weather was perfect . All around 10 out of 10 ... Just cant beat it ! Nice to see a lovely new bar and chill out area ... somewhere lovely to sit and relax
