- Farzad (10/5): - Very clean and friendly staff. Room had 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Cleaners would come everyday even when you're not home to clean everything up. Breakfast was average but would do the job. Parking spaces available on site. Location is really good and around city centre. Highly recommend if you're going to be out and want to come back to a place to wind down.

They also have a tour guide who is very trustworthy, friendly, good person, and very kind his nama is Abdullah Al Zoubi he was our tour guide to Petra, Wadi Rum, Bethany, Jarash & Roman Theater. He also pi ked us up from the airport and dopped us off to the airport. The people we met at this Hotel are very friendly, nice, warm & kind.. i recommend this place

- Nicole (10/5): - This hotel is outside of the downtown core so it was much quieter. The hotel is walkable to several dining options including the 7th circle. One of the benefits of this hotel was the woman working reception on the dayshift. She was so pleasant and helpful with information and arranging transportation. Always doing so with a big smile!

- Verified traveler (10/5): Great - I stayed for 12 days and unfortunately I wasn't able to extend because the hotel was full. The location is very convenient (not too close to the road but at walking distance from Sweyfieh area). There is also a pharmacy and a grocery in the street. Accomodation is perfect (the room, the laundry, the breakfast) and the pool is clean and well exposed. Next to the pool there's also an area where you can chill at anyy time. The staff is lovely, ever smiling and available. I'm quite sad to leave this hotel.

The location is in the heart of amman and very close to most of the places you may visit... Just i hope that in the future that they can do an upgrade for an expedia gold member booking...

- Thomas (2/5): Too much money for too many problems - I booked a room for 3 persons via hotels.com and i paid for it and when i arrived at the hotel they wanted to charged me more money because they said to me that the room i booked was for 2 persons and the 3rd one have to pay more.... i communicate with hotels.com and still i am waiting for answer and to see what wanna be happen. Also this was not the only problem. We stayed for 3 days and the last day one pipe broke at the bathroom and all our things were bruised... They changed us room to a smaller one but this was better than to just clean our previous room... We use the dryier for many many hours (till morning) but our stuff when we leave the hotel were still wet. At the end after all what we pass through they charged us the extra bed at any case... lol Taxi drivers they dont know exactly where this hotel located and there is not a fully address.. (there is no exist address at all) nothing special nearby little far from the center... Rich breakfast, comfortable room many facilities.... i am not saying is a very bad hotel but with this money i paid i coulded stayed at ''Four seasons'' hotel or to find better hotels with professional stuff working there.... Not happy at all....

We had to request the bedding to be changed due to a stain- argh. Room was not serviced properly- only towels changed and they were often stained. However, requests were always granted and the hotel even bought me skimmed milk. Quiet area but not safe for walking as traffic is busy. Reception helped us with car- thank you. Quiet pool area- lots of sun and shaded areas but pool is cold. Overall the staff are friendly and helpful.

Seems to be a preference for business workers. 15 mins or so to get into the city centre by car, depending on the traffic which can be very busy. Staff were really helpful and friendly.
