Es muy caro para lo que es el hotel. El desayuno comenzaba a las 8. Imposible para una persona que tiene que trabajar. La insonorización entre habitaciones es malísima. Una pareja tenía la televisión encendida a las 3.30 am, imposible dormir. Lo mismo con el ruido de las duchas o los inodoros.

Bolivar (8/5): Gran sitio con mucho potencial, cosas que pueden mejorar. - La ubicación, la estructura, la habitación fue cómoda el personal de recepción fue amable. La señora del buffet tenía una actitud despectiva e hizo referencia de que no nos correspondía el buffet del desayuno cosa que pudo verificar con recepción y después hizo referencia a su propia des coordinación con el tema, yo y mi pareja nos incomodamos por el inconveniente. El WiFi es complejo de conectar y se cae la conexión constantemente, el TV de la habitación estaba torcido y solo se ve un canal.

Oier (3/5): Mejorable - El precio Los baños sucios, la habitación enana. Taquillas metálicas imposible no hacer ruido al abrirla. Y casualidad pero los compañeros de habitación lo peor de la experiencia, toda la noche saliendo y entrando, con el móvil con volumen. El respeto lo dejaron en casa.

Guery (5/5): - l'hôtel est bien situé car nous étions au pied du stade , idéal pour rentrer après le match . petit déjeuner très chère pour le choix proposé, le distributeur de bouteilles extérieur est chère et en plus pas de monnaie de rendu. La climatisation est bridé donc on peux rien modifier température , ventilation.

Sossegado, sem quaisquer barulhos de hóspedes. Funcionários da receção simpáticos! Não houve nada desagradável.

The breakfast was also really good. Generally, great value for money. On top of that, perfect location just halfway between the city centre and airport. Absolutely nothing I didn't like.

Mateusz (8/5): - Świetna lokalizacja,hotel czysty i dobrze wyposażony-jedyny problem to brak szafy, która pomieściła by ubrania, były zaledwie 4 wieszaki na 3 osoby. Do Bernabeu 15 min pieszo,do centrum trzeba już jednak poświęcić około 40 minut na środki transportu. Metro tuż za rogiem. Jedyny mankament,to być może za rzadkie sprzątanie łazienki i toalety. Nie zawsze jednak jest to wina hotelu,a gości którzy nie potrafią po sobie posprzątać 🤷

Sipos (9/5): Szükségleteinket megfelelően kielégítette - Tiszta, megfelelő méretű szoba. Jó reggeli. Egyik takarítás után a személyzet nyitva hagyta a szoba ajtónkat. Szerencsére semmi sem tűnt el. Lehetne 1-2 angol nyelvű csatorna, vagy okos tv, illetve jól jött volna egy kert vagy zárt terasz a dohányzáshoz, de nem okozott problémát egyik észrevétel sem.
